So, I had to pay more than I expected. But, I must say that the facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the right unit size for my needs and gave me a tour of the facility. The security measures are also impressive, with cameras and gated access. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by Trojan Storage. However, I wish they were more transparent about their pricing. It would have saved me some time and hassle. But, if you are looking for a reliable storage facility, Trojan Storage is a good option. Just make sure to clarify the pricing before making a reservation.

I had some issues with my adult children and needed a place to store my belongings. Trojan Storage seemed like a good option since I had been paying on time for 10 months and followed all the rules. However, when I was 16 days late on my payment, they put a lien on my stuff and broke the lock to inventory my belongings for online auctions. This was not a good experience at all. It seems like they care more about getting your stuff than making sure you make your monthly payments. I don't understand why they have good customer reviews. It's important to do your research before signing any contracts with them. Be careful and beware of Trojan Storage!

I recently had a terrible experience with Trojan Storage and I must say, I am not impressed with their services. It's not just me, but many others have also had negative experiences with this company. It's ironic that Trojan claims to be clean, but my experience with them has been anything but that. I have seen rats and rat droppings multiple times in the common areas of the facility. It's not just rats, but there was also an infestation of some strange insects that I had never seen before. Those little critters were really disgusting and I hope I never have to see them again!

Although I am relieved that my own unit is free from rats and insects, it's still disconcerting to see such filth outside my unit. I have heard many others who have units with Trojan bitterly complain about how dirty the facilities are. It's really disappointing to see that a company that claims to be clean and safe for storage is actually not living up to its promises.

Apart from the cleanliness issues, I also had trouble with their customer service. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. I had to wait for a long time to get any response from them and when I did, it was not very satisfactory. It's really frustrating when you are paying for a service and not getting the support you need.

Overall, I would not recommend Trojan Storage to anyone. It's not worth the money and the hassle. There are many other storage facilities out there that offer better services and are more reliable. If you are looking for a clean and safe storage facility, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I went to put stuff in my unit and had an overlock on my unit this was at 815 pm so there was no one to talk to about it my stuff has to sit in the rain over night I've haven't been a customer a week and not sure why they would do that I haven't brought anyone there haven't been there too late I haven't broken any rules there and if there is some issue I issue I thing calling or texting would be a option before you get kicked out of the unit and sense I had no access to the unit do I get charged for that day to my main concern was it was pouring out all day and now everybody I had on my truck is now wet from the rain and thats why I got a storage unit so it didn't get wet there was no email stating there was any issue so im confused
