Tropical Smoothie Cafe review: Kale and apple slaw

The location in HUMBLE TEXAS off of 1960 has been out of the kale and apple slaw for a whole year now. I love to eat healthy for lunch and i work next to the worst location. How is it that every time I visit another location, they all have this and this is the ONLY location that doesn't. Manager says they just don't have it but it is still displayed false advertisement. Can they not go to another location to borrow some> It is ridiculous that they have been out of the kale and apple slaw for close to a year and it be permitted in this company when ALL other lactions have it easily.
