I continue to get parcels from this company. I called them to complain & was told I signed a contract.
I was first charged $123 .50 on June11/16. When I called on July 21/16 to complain because I got another two parcels in the mail, the man said oh you want to cancel your subscription. Where did I sign up for this subscription? I said I would call the Better Business Board & I finally hung up.
I said I would return the other two parcels & he said it wouldn't do any good.
Please help me fix this .Order #[protected]

I too have experience the rath of Tru Belleza on my Visa card. I can't believe
that I was so duped into this scam. I will be charged over 4 payments of this scam product just because I signed up for the "trial" sample of their product.
Oh yes, I contacted them today and they asked me if I had read the "Terms and Agreement" of the contract. I said "What Terms and Agreement?" Yes, after looking back it is in "tiny print" at the bottom. Unreal scam. Something should be done about this, but I don't know how to stop them.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm in if you do.
Free sample.. Not free at all…unauthorized credit card charges
Ordered a trial sample and was charged 4.50 for shipping. which was fine, i knew that.
Now i keep getting their product s and they keep charging my credit card $105, three times… i got 3 bottlers so really there is no free sample!
Im furious.. They said aLL THEy could do was give me a 50 dollar credit when my credit card was charged over 300 dollars .. and cancel my subscription that i didn't sign up for...I asked to speak to a supervisor.. they gave me the run around and said they don't take calls…
this is a total scam and they need to be stopped!
Please help…
So the more i search online i see they now have a separate website thats not linked to their main ordering website stating the terms and conditions…. this was not available during the ordering process
no pricing, no anything was provided..
i called to let them know that they keep sending me the same welcome package and asked the address so i could return them …I thought they would be thankful for not loosing money on their product… but to my surprise i was the fool….
i see im not the only one by reading all the complaints about this company
the man I dealt with on the phone was BoB Anderson

I got a free sample but charged for the shipping CN $5.44, I did not say I would order more product from you guy, but my credit card were charged 2 times. It was unauthorized charges on my card. You should not keep customers' information when the transaction is over. It is taking somebody's money without asking. I need you to refund the money to my visa and I didn't receive any shipment anyway.
Unauthorized credit card charges
I specifically told them when I ordered the samples and they called to confirm my order that it better not be a subscription based product. I argued with the woman on the phone that I wanted it called if it was subscription based.
I emailed them to confirm they would not be charging me anything else beyond the samples. They said no they were only charging me for the samples. I received my statement today and they have charged by almost $300 for products I did not receive and specifically said I did not want.

Instalift
I found their AD on line for a FREE TRIAL of Instalift Wrinkle Control on May 13th. I placed an order giving them my card to charge for delivery of $1.31 and $5.25 US on May 14.
I received a tube of Instalift on June 30, 2016.
I saw my VISA account charged May 27 for $151.30 and again on June 28 for $151.95.
I have been exchanging emails with 6 people. Here is my complaint:
1) According to their terms and conditions that by the way does not appear in their AD, I have 14 days to cancel. How can I cancel when I haven't tried the product, never mind received it? The offer is for a FREE TRIAL.
2) This terms and conditions were not up front or offered for perusal at time of order.
3) This terms and condtions sets up the customer for failure to comply because of delivery time that is unrealistic. I have printed the tracking report of Canada Post. Canada Post did not receive the product until June 7, 2016. I got it on June 30th.
4) Only now did I research reviews of the product. There are pages and pages of complaints of the same business practices of this company. Why hasn't any branch of government in Canada and the USA gone after this company?
I have a stream of e-mails answered by 6 different employees. Two employees have offered to refund me $40US and $50 US respectively.
Until today, July 11, I asked for $151.30US charged on May 27th, but after getting my June VISA statement whereby they charged me another $151.95 US on June 28, I want all of $303.25 US.
This company should be banned from doing business altogether. As a business they should strive to get a good name based on their product and its efficacy, but at the rate they're going, customers are turned off from the product and focus instead on their dishonesty and deceitful business practices.
P.S. I want to attach JPEG of shipping label, Canada Post tracking report, our e-mail exchanges, their guarantee of efficacy of their product, VISA statement for their charges, but these cannot be uploaded. What can I do?
Original Age Defying Wrinkle Serum and Instalift Rapid Wrinkle Control
On May 4, 2016, I ordered 2 trial products from Tru Belleza from a pop-up ad on the Internet. It claimed that Dr. Oz, as well as various movie stars, endorsed their product. I highly respect Dr. Oz so I decided to order a trial product from Tru Belleza. I later found out that Dr. Oz never endorses any products. In fact, he has now started an "It's Not Me" campaign to try to crack down on such "serial criminals" who "steal his name and likeness to steal our money." It is entirely illegal for Tru Belleza to falsely use Dr. Oz's name as an endorsement, (not to mention using the names of many movie stars); as such, Tru Belleza has committed fraud. The only reason I ordered from Tru Belleza was because of the so-called endorsement from Dr. Oz. So under false pretences, on May 4, 2016, I ordered 2 trial products from Tru Belleza for $3.90 and $6.54. (Glorious Skin: [protected]; Skinlabs London: [protected]). During this order, there was an offer for 50% off on the first month for a subscription to the product. I clicked the box which indicated that I did not wish to accept this subscription offer. (I didn't want to subscribe to a product I hadn't tried yet). A while later, that same day, I got a call from a Tru Belleza sales rep to confirm my order. She then offered me the same "special offer" of 50% off for the first month of a subscription. I told her clearly that I did not want this subscription order or any more product. I thought that this matter was settled until a few weeks later, I checked my online banking. I saw 3 unauthorized withdrawals from Tru Belleza, (May 18: $149.61; May 20: $135.92; June 17: $150.16), so I immediately called RBC Visa. I was told to call Tru Belleza to ask what the charges were for, then to ask for a refund. I was also told to wait 15 days and if I had not had my money refunded, then to call back. So I called Tru Belleza that same morning of June 17th. I explained my story to the Tru Belleza rep but he ignored the fact that I had refused any more product with a Tru Belleza rep on May 4th. He maintained that I had automatically signed up for the subscription when I ordered the introductory products. We argued in circles as he continued to ignore my statement that on May 4th, I had told a rep from Tru Belleza that I did not want any more product. I also emphasized that I did not authorize those charges and wanted a full refund for May 18, May 20 and June 17. I became so exasperated with his belligerence that I finally said, "I don't want to keep the product you sent to me any more. It hasn't been opened so I will send it back. What is your address?' He said, "Mam, you can't do that. We just changed our policy. You aren't allowed to return any product." We argued in circles again until I finally said, "This company is a scam. I'm going to report you to my country's fraud department." At that point, he changed his tune and said, " One moment mam. I will discuss this with my manager to see if I can refund any money." Then 3 seconds later he said, " Mam, I just discussed this situation with my manager, (really?...in 3 seconds?!), and he says that I am authorized to refund you $100 from your charges." I told him that I didn't want $100 off, but I wanted all of the charges for May 18, May 20 and June 17 refunded. We argued around in circles for quite a while before he repeatedly threatened, "Mam, you must take this offer. This is all you will ever get. Believe me, if you don't take this, you will never get anything else." We argued some more, with him repeating similar threats. Finally, I felt so worn down and black-mailed that I told him to "do what you can." He said that $100 would come off of my Visa in 2 to 3 days. When I got off the phone, I googled Tru Belleza and found many similar complaints to mine on www.complaintsboard.com with regard to the false endorsements/ads and deceitful business practises of Tru Belleza. I then contacted the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre with my story. The fraud centre advised me to call RBC back and cancel my credit card, and to ask for a full refund. So I called RBC Visa and had my credit card cancelled as a "report of lost and stolen card." I was reassured that I had followed the correct protocol by calling Tru Belleza, but that now I needed to wait 2-3 days. If my money was not refunded by then, I was to call the RBC customer service dispute department. So on June 21st, I went into RBC to see if any of the money had been returned and it had not. So I called the RBC Visa dispute department. He said that because I did not cancel my May 4th order in 14 days, that Tru Belleza was allowed to charge me the inflated full amounts for my purchase. He said that I should be able to contest the June 17th charge since I told a Tru Belleza rep on May 4th that I didn't want any more product. However, given the fraudulent ad which claimed that Dr. Oz and other celebraties endorsed their product, I should be given a refund for all of those charges. Tru Belleza broke the law making such a fraudulent ad so I purchased the product under false pretenses. Like I said, I only purchased this product because I trust Dr. Oz. I still haven't heard back from my bank dispute centre about whether they will refund the money.

They now have a NEW Product name Vita Luminance

I ordered my 14 free trial of both Vita Luminance and Regenelift on May 6, 2016. They charge my account for the full price of these products on May 20th, however I did not receive the items until May 11th. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund however I found out that my 14 day trial beginsa on the date of the order, NOT the date that I actually receive them. How can I try a product when I haven't even received it yet. They cancelled my order but won't refund the full price I was charged. I only get a 15% discount on each product as a credit to my account, which is only $28.55. I am going to report them to every agency I can.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I order my FREE trial, received it after 10 business days, my credit card was charged 15 days AFTER I ordered my FREE trial...$300. The instructions say to use for 90 days...my eyes burned after 3 days. How can a trial be FREE for 90 days if they charge you 15 days after?
The eye serum completely BURNED the skin around my eyes. I tried getting refunded and EVERYTIME I emailed or called a different person answered my claim. I asked for the manager and was told she was not there. When I called back 5 minutes later, they hung up on me, and 3 times again after. I called back an hour later and another agent put me on hold and NEVER came back.
I received 9 emailes from DIFFERENT names for my claim all saying the same thing. I NEVER spoke to a manager.

Not keeping your word and scamming your consumers
Why am I being charged before trying the product and not receiving what I ordered. How could you charge someone if they did not even receive the product and to top it off if you said we have 14 days for trial then if you do not like product to call and no charges will be on your account. But you need to receive product before you can try.
I did not receive product and had no chance of following your requirements(terms)
This is not a way to treat your customers in any way. This is not human to do. It seems like you charge us before giving us opportunity to try product and follow your terms. It is like we are your bait
The only right and honorable thing to do is honor your word and provide me with a full credit once I receive my complete trial package give me 14 days trial and then I follow your terms and conditions.
As a Good honorable, reliable Company would do is honor their word and treat your consumers fairly.
I would never recommend this product to anyone. If you charge before actually trying the product it definitely means the product is false and will not do what you claim that it does. IF you stand by your product and knows it works you have no worries that consumers will buy after the trial period.
How can a company treat people this way for your selfishness . Consumers trust your word. Hope you can live with yourself. Not everyone can throw away money for nothing.
I totally agree, it is all BS. I just continue to email them to annoy them, everyone should do the same.
Trū Belleza Anti-Wrinkle Cream and Trū Belleza Eye Serum
I ordered the free trial for both products on in May and the product, paying the shipping with my credit card. The product was shipped on the 7th of May and took 10 days to receive. The full price for the products were billed to my credit card on May 20th which gave me 3 days to "trial" the product.
I realize it was my own fault that I didn't read the "terms and conditions" after placing the order for the "free trial". However, if the company wanted to be up front with people, then the 14 days should have been explained it their advertisement.
Thankfully my credit card is with Capital One and they email me every time a charge shows up that is questionable so I knew about it before I received my statement and could deal with it at once. I called and canceled future orders and complained about the time I had to actually trial the product and they assured me I would receive a credit of $50 per product and would email my cancellation number, etc.
Did you get the 100.00 credit?

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON CREDITCARDS BY TRU BELLEZA
On April 18th, I have ordered a trial dose from TRU BELLEZA at $11.69.
Afterward, successive $148 amounts (in May 1st), $136.61 3mai, 154.[protected] and $136.15 were deduct from my Visa card and deposited on their bank account in the U.K.
Sophisticated fraud very well organized from
1) E.U., [protected] the civic address of their company of which they do not want to give.
2) packages which leave the Ontario: P.O. Box 500, North York, Ontario. Go have a look on this P.O. Box 500 on the Internet and you will see the number of people who got nabbed.
3) The amounts which they take away to us monthly (New Beauty and Smooth skin) are made through a bank situated in the U.K.
THEY HAVE THE NERVE FOR QUEBEC TO USE THE IMAGE AND CÉLINE DION'S FAME TO SWINDLE MOST PEOPLE POSSIBLE.
Never order on the social networks of unknown companies which do not send you in 14 days a contract in due form.
I saw on forum of complaints that they swindle people since 2014 with TRU BELLEZA!
IN SUMMARY DO NOT LET YOU TEMPT BY MIRACLE PRODUCTS WHETHER IT IS PILLULES TO LOSE WEIGHT, MEDICINE, COSMETICS, etc. the sample of which is free or a moderate cost to make you then extort big amounts on your credit card.
When I realized it, they had already taken away $590.03. I cancel my creditcard and I return them two parcels + a registerd letter, I paid out in addition to the $37 expenses!
SPREAD THIS MESSAGE IN THE LARGEST NUMBER OF YOUR KNOWLEDGES ON THE SOCIAL NETWORKS AND ON THE FORUMS OF COMPLAINTS AND OF SWINDLED!
Be without fear, they are going to reappear on the social media with other swindles and under other names!
Voici ma deuxième plaintes la première à été envoyé le 7 juin, vous demandant de canceller et rembourser ma carte, vous avez pris un montant de 150.03 et un autre de 135.01 et aujourd'hui 148.00 sans autorisation. I ordered a sample for 5.99 I have a screen shot of the order saying 16 days before a charge of 89.95. I received my order 2 days ago. I was charged one day after I received my product of 137.31. I called into complain about the money I am being charged. I no longer want this product. In order to get my money deposited back to me I have to do all this stuff and return the product that I have purchased a sample for 5.99. I don't understand and I am not happy. Please help me under stand why I have to go through all this to return my money of 137.31. Please contact me back at my email [protected]@gmail.com or call me back at [protected]
Between May 1rst and June 3 2016, I was stolen 590.03$ on my credit card by TRU BELLEZA! It is not à FREE sample is mensual membership fee until you cancel your credit card! I don!t understand why Facebook doesnt put an end to this fraud!

Unauthorized credit card charges
May 8, 2016
Mr., Mrs.
I would like to bring to your attention the complaint of Ms. Murielle Veilleux about beauty products Tru Belleza she saw on an advertising page associated with the international singer Céline Dion. The second page of this publicity was to request contact information and also the numbers of hier credit card so it pays for transportation costs. There was a third page to fill and she remembers checked not to receive a subscription. The products advertised fee of just over $ 4 and they were loaded 6.84 and $ 5.54 on 3 March. The products arrived at the home of Mrs. Veilleux after more than 3 weeks of waiting. Meanwhile Tru Belleza have charged the 17 and 19 March the amounts of $ 133.51 and $ 120.15 as renewal without having had the chance to try the products or sample and without his consent.
On March 27 I called to set aside any delivery. The clerk with whom I have had this conversation I was advised that Ms. Veilleux should have canceled the order before the end of the previous month. I offered to return the products and she refused and offered a discount of 90.00 which I accepted. Ms. Veilleux was not to receive products and no charges appear on your credit card. As between me and the attendant repayment of $ 90 was to apply the March because she certified the following month had been canceled.
April she received an account of $ 151.95 and $ 137.70 with a 58.37 discount on each product. I even called and talked to Mike who told me that the products being already sent Ms. Veilleux had to pay. To the 20 of April a box arrived and has not been opened since Ms. Veilleux did not want to deal with this company. I wrote to the company believing that the box was one of their product but that was not the case since this case was an order for the spouse of Ms. Ms Veilleux who has never received goods for the month April despite we received a cancellation number 306130. I am her husband and I am not a perfect bilingual but I try to make myself understood by serving me a translator.
I sincerely believe that this company scam people especially those in Quebec. Here the law is clear the failure to respond to a request does not become an acceptance. The question must be clear and must say yes to accept a contract.
What Ms. Veilleux request is the full refund as there was no compliance with the agreement on 27 March. The sum of $ 289.65 for the month of April and the amount of $ 253.65 for the month of March less repayment of 90.00. There were a few emails between me and Mr Rio Sanchez but no agreement. For the month of April Mrs. Veilleux did not receive the goods and according to the Canada Post Office Products went to Quebec and had to be returned to Kitchener, Ontario, at the request of another person or company. We have the proof in hand with the tracking number provided by Tru Belleza.
I sincerely believe the sincerity of Mrs. Veilleux and not of Tru Belleza. I also know that many complaints were made by women of Quebec and Ontario and elsewhere.
For all these reasons I yours that you take account of my complaint and do a follow up to me to get refund for Ms. Veilleux.
Murielle Veilleux
