Rapid fulfilment is a SCAM.I ordered a product to try it and they kept on sending it to me every month and charging my credit card I called customer service and she told me that she could give me a 50% refund on the product and that she'd send out a refund package. Two months later I called the service back again and they tell me they don't give out refund packages and I'm not entitled to a refund at all because it's my fault.

recurring charges for cheap wrist watches
On Oct. 3, 2017, Oct. 31, 2017, and Aug. 31, 2017, I was charged $97.21 each time. On Aug. 16, 2017, I was charged $6.01, which was the shipping cost for two cheap wrist watches with plastic wristbands and all. The watches were given away, I don't have them to return, and only after realized that I was continuing to be billed this outrageous amount on my credit card. I think Rapid Fulfillment has just fulfilled themselves with my money. My worry is that it is going to ISIS or someplace like that.

I ordered a one month trial of zetaclear. I've now found out that a one month trial is actually a subscription (Only made clear in the fine print) and it keeps arriving monthly. The website I ordered from is unclear and misleading, but I finally found some contact details after much investigation.

My purchase was for an inexpensive chinese watch which I received. It's price was $8.91, fair enough, I thought that was the end of it. Then I received another watch. That's when I called the merchant (sonny designs) this is what they said: They said I electronically signed an agreement to purchase more watches at $98.25 ea. monthly, indefinitely. Also they said I can't return the second watch. I know of no such agreement. I believe I am the victim of fraud. I'm also taking this complaint to Wells Fargo as they are my bank and the credit card issuer.

Called them and they said the had no record of my order, my name, my phone number, which appears on the package missing the last 2 numbers. No record of the auth. number, nothing at all about me. It was charged to my account on 08/29/17 in the amount of $97.21. The phone number is for a distribution house in Pacoima, CA. The phone number on my bank statement said I should talk to my representative. Which I don't have. I did not order this watch, they said to contact my bank and have them get a phone number for me. But the number appears on my statement and that is the one that told me call my rep! Who is my rep? I would like a refund. I believe this is a fraud/scam.

This is a scam. I fell for the postage $6.99 and received the watch (Cheap watch). about a month later I was charged $97.00 on my credit card however the transaction was denied from the Fraud Dept. About a week later they submitted a charge. I called the Dispute department and they rejected the charge and put their name on a reject list. The credit card company said it was taken care of.
I, too, received a $97.21 charge on my Discover Card statement and did not know what this was about. I ordered a watch which was advertised free and only had to pay the shipping charges. I learned from the customer service rep that I missed seeing the fine print stating that if I did not respond within 30 days, I would be charged $97.21 and that a second watch was on it's way. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a Supervisor. I told her that their offer was a SCAM and would complain to the Better Business Bureau. The solution she offered was to give me a 25% discount on the first watch and that when I receive the second watch, she told me to keep it since they are not accepting any returns. I was still not satisfied but
was unable to get her to remove the entire charge.

I ordered a Gladiator torch which was advertised for 19.90 but was then charged 39.90. As soon as I received the invoice via email it stated the 39.90 (for the first time) I immediately cancelled this order.
When I received it, it was damaged and I have sent numerous email to the contact on the invoice without a reply.
As I am in Australia this substandard torch has now cost me around $90 Austalian dollars, which is extremely expensive.

Thought someone gifted me this for mothers day, only to find I was charged $48.85 to my own card without my consent. As soon as I had a moment I looked up the company rapid fulfillment inc to find a slew of complaints. No clue how they got my card, but I suspect an ebay or a skin product by nuskin I ordered from in the last 6mos is the culprit. At any rate, when I called the number on the charge, allen agent 79 was quick to offer my 50% refund if I kept the item (Thats funny cause when I googled the item it"s only worth about $19.99!). If I wanted full refund they would charge me a re-stocking fee and id have to pay for postage?! Needless to say they won the battle but not the war. I said"ok deal" after several failed attempts at threatening them for a full refund. Thats fine, I shall win the war as I have filed a refusal to pay the charge w my bank due to credit card fraud.
