I ordered this item once and it did not work. My initial order was on 28 nov 2016 and I was charged $77.09 for 2 jars when I only initially ordered 1 jar. I received a secondary charge on same day for $26.78 for I don't know what ? ? And now I have received another jar without ordering and was charged a further $67.92! This is fraud on a large scale! I would like all future orders stopped immediately and no further amounts debited from my credit card. Order number 362354 order date 12/24/2016 ship date 12/27/2016 was not ordered by me! I do not want this worthless product and want all future orders and charges stopped immediately! I request a full refund. This product is deceitful and does not do anything other than waste money and time!

I ordered this only once, but Rapid Fulfillment continues to send and bill me for more jars, so far two more, that I have not ordered, nor do I want. The latest was received today, January 17, 2017. Orderd a trial for garcinia cambogia got my trian. Now Noticed on my credicard bill two charges of $89.99 of product i did not order! Ive been trying to call customer service to get and RMA# to return product i did not order before the 14 days it was sent but no answer ive been calling for 3 days now left many masages and nothing. This company is scamming people's credit cards. I ordered a trial size sample of satin youth cream. I was only supposed to pay $4.95 for shipping, but the same day I got the sample, I called my card company.They told me that Rapid Fulfilment has charged my card $89.95+$99.95 for the cream. I called satin youth and demanded a refund. That was a month ago and I still haven't received a refund. I am disabled and don't have a husband or anyone to help support me and that much money could buy my food for a month or longer. I have called them probably 50 times and every person I spoke to has been so rude and have given me several reasons why they haven't done a refund. I even sent the samples back to them and I still haven't got a refund. If they don't refund me very shortly i will place a lawsuit against them for fraud. I will not let them do me this way, I can't afford it. They will not get another penny out of me, and I will get my money back if I have to go to court.

The product doesn't work and they have sent me now 3 jars or worthless product and have charged me $39.95 each time. Yes, Skin-tek is an autoship monthly setup. They ship you the one jar that you actually ordered, and then ship you a jar every month and bill your credit card monthly (2 weeks before shipment). The only way to stop them is to phone them, and pay 50% for the last jar or ship the last jar back to San Diego, CA at your expense and pay a 30% restocking. They will not (and cannot) prove that you ordered autoship, but the options above are your only recourse, unless you dispute their charges with your credit card company.

I received another shipment in december which I did not order and was billed 46.90. I have tried to call rapid fulfillment and the phone # I have will not except incoming calls. I ordered the trial products of this cream. It did nothing after weeks of carefully following the directions. Now I read the many negative complaints. Ok - it's the risk you take. But there was no mention that I was to be enrolled in a monthly order. And so, I am receiving orders I did not make and I am not interested in this product. When I call the service #412.741.7263 I only get a busy signal and an automatic hang-up. This is a terrible product and a terrible company. Please stop these scammers from allowing this to happen. On 12/3/2016, Signed up on line for a free trial for just $4.95 shipping and handling. Because of a previousr bad experience, checked the terms and conditions on the Powerboost.com web site and found they intended to ship and bill an $89.99 charge to my credit card if I didn't cancel before a 14 day trial period was up. On 12/13/2016 I did cancel, but they charged my credit card anyway on 12/18/2016. When I called 12/20/2016 to complain, Rapid Fulfillment, (Zack) couldn't find any account in my name, despite their name and address on the package. Powerboost.com, however, did find my account and gave me a cancellation confirmation number(49380). Their return policy on the website states "Return Policy:
To obtain a refund, you must call us at NUMBER. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box...To receive your refund, please ship your package USPS and you must postmark your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number". However Powerboost.com refused to give me an RMA number because the 14 day trial period has expired. I have not opened the package or tried the product because it must be a hoax if they have to use such shady "bait and switch" tactics to sell it. I want the $89.99 credit card charge refunded. I also insist that they never again send me another shipment or charge my credit card. Furthermore, their sales pitch should also be amended to give full disclosure of the $89.99 "free" trial and how it expires in 14 days, and that the 30 day limit for returns is preempted by the expiration of the free trial, if that is really their policy, (which isn't clear the way it s written). On 12/1 my boyfriend (Bradley m. Mccloud, address; 3131 n 139th street, kansas city, kansas 66109 e-mail; [protected]@aol cell phone number; [protected]) received the product he ordered and paid for on his credit card; a bottle of revitol skin tag removal treatment (**order number: 8279171**) however also enclosed with his placed order was not one but two large 20 fl. Jars of revitol anti aging moisturizing cream he absolutely did not order or want. What man would use this kind of product?! He did not order or want this product. Rapid fulfillment inc. Shamelessly took it upon themselves to send him these unwanted and unauthorized jars of cream. And to add insult to injury, his credit card was also charged for these unsolicited, unwanted and worthless jars of cream that we have seen for $5.99 at our local burlington store. Quite the scam, I must say! When he called to return the unwanted products he was informed "oh you didn't want these? We thought you would like them. Okay, will we can give you both jars for only $40.00". He of course responded that most emphatically he did not want these jars of anti aging cream for women! He them was informed he would have to return them and only once the product was received the charges would be removed from his credit card. Of course at his expense. The audacity of this company! Of course as he proceeds to return the items we see in very small print that we must obtain a return merchandise authorization (Rma) number. And that is the reason for my complaint. I called BOA to dispute the charges. A very helpful lady was awesome and called Rapid at [protected] and spoke to Freddie. BUT Freddie could not find any record of any shipment to me using my Order No: 170968, my CC #, my name, email, or the packing #963.53.
BOA thought this extremely strange and we were not able to cancel any further orders. Freddie could not give us the name of the company they were shipping the stuff for.
BOA is crediting my account and she said the company's bank would then have to reveal the company name and halt any further orders.

I purchased 1 on these item several weeks ago and received it OK. Now I have received another bottle of this without ordering I assume they charged my credit card. It appears to be one f those deals that if you buy one from them they automatically keep sending them each month so they can charge your credit card again.
In November I purchased "Derma Tek" mole remover. In January this company sent me another jar of "Derma Tek of which I did not authorize. This company debited (charged) my credit card for $39.95 and also added an "Amazon" charge of $11.00. I immediately sent the unopened package back to the company. Today (February 4), they sent me another jar of "Dema Tek" of which I did not authorize and again debited (charged) my credit card with the $39.95 plus the $11.00 "Amazon" fee! This company has charged me $79.90 plus the $22.00 "Amazon" fee for a total of $101.90 of unauthorized charges to my VISA! I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT and I want these unauthorized charges to STOP!

This company is clearly NOT in Southern Cali (Well the building might be but their "so called" customer service reps are not. I returned a product on May 2, 2106. Called again today about my refund. They gave me the run around...saying the company was closed. After asking two reps what "closed" meant I finally got one who understood my question and said "out of business". Lets just see if they send me the check they promised (oh that could take up to another 60 days).

On 7/18/16 the above company charged my checking account for products I did not purchase. Specifically, on 7/18 the amount of $88.78 for something called Wrinkleer, and also on 7/18 the amount of $89.85 for something called Maxskincare. I called them with number I found on Dispatch Note but the agents were foreign and were unable to help me as they didn't understand English. I got nowhere so went on line to find the company and register my complaint. I doubt if they'll ever this but I'm trying. I've contacted my bank and had them put out a fraud alert for these two amounts and deny payment. It may be too late but I found the company to be run poorly and I don't want to be out that much money, especially when I only ordered the trial amounts and said I would pay for the shipping, which was $5.95 for each. I now have been screwed!

I have ordered product from Rapid Fulfillment Beauty Impressions and was so interested in getting the product, which cost only for $4.99. After the order was placed, I checked their terms and conditions. I found out that it was subscription and immediately called to the customer services. When the lady heard what I wanted to do, she said that the line was bad and hung up. I got the order and this company charged me for the subscription. Please, read their terms and conditions at first.

I ordered a 30 day supply with the promise that is for any reason I am not satisfied, I could return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchased. I used the product as instructed. I had no weight loss at all. So, I went online to obtain the refund instructions as indicated on the tiny piece of paper enclosed with my order. Low and behold, on the web site, I was informed that any opened or used product will not be refunded. How am I suppose to know if i'm satisfied if I don't open it and use it? What a total scam and terrible product! I hope this helps someone out there avoid this waste of money!
