SNOW Cosmetics You will never receive what you pay for. Do not buy!!

I placed an order 2 months ago. I have been given different tracking numbers, none of which are registered with any carrier. I finally got a non bot email reply after a dozen attempts, they will only give me a refund after I have returned the products- I have never received them! There is nothing to return. Apparently it has been sitting somewhere since December 5th. Delivery date unknown. Do not let them steal from you too!

Recommendation: Do not buy from this business!

Fake tracking number given for December 3, 2023 order. It has been 2 months and it has not been received- order #SNOW501360995.

The helpline never has a person available to speak with. Bot replies with the same information every time.

Received an email reply finally, after about 10 emails, only to say that I must wait to receive the product, return it, then they will consider a refund, after receiving it, with a 10 day processing time. Last update received today says delivery time is unknown.

Worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and now can only assume that I have been stolen from. Already joined others who have turned in a complaint to the BBB.

SNOW Cosmetics Mixed Experience with Snow Teeth Whitening: Great Product, Poor Customer Service

I always like to do my research before buying anything, and that's what I did with Snow. When I was checking out, they had a bunch of extra deals that seemed like a good idea, so I went ahead and got the lighting kit/tray for both my upper and lower teeth. They offered me a second kit/tray for half price, so I thought, why not? But when I got the product, I realized my mistake and started a return. The process was smooth, and I got confirmation of a full refund. But then I found out that they only give store credit, not actual money back. I had bought enough product to last me over a year, so the credit was useless to me. I emailed customer service, but they just pointed me to their return policy, which was really hard to find.

A few days later, I chatted with an agent who was really nice and understanding. He said he would escalate my issue to someone higher up and that I should expect a call back in two days. But it's been ten days, and I still haven't heard anything. It's frustrating because the product works really well, but it's expensive, and the customer service is not great.

Overall, I would recommend Snow if you're willing to spend the money and don't have any issues with your order. But if you do have a problem, be prepared for a long and frustrating process to get it resolved.

I have tried literally ever whitening product, and SNOW is BY FAR the BEST! 1. I saw results within a few days and I continued to use it every single day. 2. The original kit I purchased had the LED light which I got water into the inside while cleaning it and it stopped working. I threw away the mouthpiece thinking there was nothing I could do and would have to purchase a new one. I randomly get a text from SNOW about my experience and I had let them know what happened and I was an idiot for throwing it away without contacting them first. Two minutes later Im being told they are sending me a whole new one, FREE! I was so thankful I didnt have to purchase a new mouthpiece and they replaced it for me despite not having the original. This company is wonderful and so is the product. Thank you for helping me achieve the smile Ive always wanted !

The lightning cord on the mouthpiece stopping holding the connection to her iphone or iPad. I wrote to customer service for a solution. The other cords were fine but shes an Apple user. The company reps responded quickly and sent out a new mouthpiece. So glad of that as this was a gift I gave her and she loves how well it works whitening her teeth.

I was pretty bummed and figured I would reach out to the company to see if I could possibly get a discount on a replacement. Well MUCH to my surprise, I received an email from customer service letting me know that they would send a replacement out to me! WHAT?! How awesome is that! Even after all of that time had passed by, the company was still willing to stand by their product and send me a replacement! I love doing business with companies that treat their customers right...so now I am waiting on the LED toothbrush I ordered to arrive too! (Gotta support a great company!) Can't wait for my sparky smile! Great products, great customer service=a customer for life! Thanks ***!

Snow is the absolute best teeth whitening system. Doesn't make my teeth sensitive at all and ive tried a ton of different brands. Its super convenient and not messy at all. I've been using it for a year and even my dental hygienist asked me what I was using. She said my teeth were so pretty and white and had no staining what so ever even around the gum line. The customer service is amazing I messaged asking about my mouth piece getting a short in the cord and they sent me a brand new one at no charge even though it had been a year since I purchased mine. I can't say enough good things about this brand, their products, and their customer service.

Highly recommend! Not only is it a great product that does exactly what they say, but their customer service is above and beyond! Ive been using the full whitening kit for almost a month and had an issue. After emailing them, their customer service response was within minutes and my situation had been completely solved. I went ahead and ordered 2 more for family members right after. They truly have a great product and stand behind their product!

I am smiling like never before. I have beautiful, bright white teeth! This product works better than any whitening process I have tried. No more sleeping with a mouth full of whitening gel and silicon trays from my dentist.No more waking up to teeth that are not very improved upon (whitened.) And no more waking up to a mouth full of teeth that are very very sensitive. The Snow Whitening System is so easy, fast, and effective. And no more sensitivity from whitening my smile. The Snow Whitening System is also very economical. The company is full service with great customer service to answer any and all questions. I am smiling wide and brightly thanks to the Snow Whitening System! You've got nothing to lose but your stained yellowed teeth!

My first purchase of the whitening kit, I've never had good results from other products. I've used it for 21 days, and though I noticed a difference, I had some questions on the product. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided; they truly look after their customers. The customer service representative was wonderful. She understood me and looked after me. I absolutely love the SNOW Whitening System! Not only does the product work beautifully but the customer service is outstanding! I was initially skeptical about whether this product really does what it says it does and had researched many other products that make similar claims to SNOW but chose SNOW because of its many excellent reviews. Well, it's certainly worthy of those reviews. I'm so happy to not have to wear those silicone trays filled with gel overnight that I got from my dentist and used for years, which didn't come anywhere close to the white teeth I now enjoy because of SNOW. And SNOW's customer service team member, who I dealt with because of an issue I was having with gum sensitivity, was wonderful. The representative replied to my emails quickly, gave advice from SNOW's dental professionals on why I might be having the gum sensitivity, gave instructions on treatment, and even offered a free sample of their sensitive serum. Now THAT'S going above and beyond! Thank you, SNOW, for my white teeth and for living up to your claims and reviews!

As a former customer service manager and small business owner, I know that customer service can make or break an organization. I contacted Snow Teeth Whitening yesterday via email with an issue I was having with their LED mouthpiece and had an excellent experience that was beyond my expectations. I explained that I purchased a starter kit in the hopes of brightening my smile for my daughter's upcoming wedding, but having issues with the LED mouthpiece. "Dusty" responded to my message within 5 minutes of me pressing the send button. Yes, it was great that my issue with the mounthpiece got resolved, but I never expected that my request would be expedited so quickly, handled in such a respectful manner and Dusty even acknowledged my daughter's upcoming wedding...nothing like a personal touch! I was already a fan of Snow Teeth Whitening, but their service is so incredible, I wanted to make sure others would read my review and know this is a company you can trust. They don't just sell you a product - they stand behind it!

Amazing product and great customer service. Best product for enhancing your smile! I have tried many others in the past. They have either burned my gums or created sensitivity in my teeth. Snow is the only one that actually did what it states it will. No sensitivity, no burned gums and my teeth are white! So many people asked me about it because the difference was so noticeable. I have purchased kits as gifts for several family members and they could not be happier. Recently I had to reach out to customer service for a small issue with the mouthpiece. They responded quickly and took care of the issue. The representative was amazing. He was professional and handled the problem immediately. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service. It is outstanding!

Ive had the full Snow teeth whitening kit for about 10 months and it works great if your consistent with it! I constantly get compliments on how white my teeth are! The mouth price just started cutting and working intermittently, I notified customer service and they sent me a brand new kit instantly no questions asked! 10/10

I am very skeptical about most tooth whitening systems. I have tried several and never had results like this. In 2 days I noticed a huge difference. The customer service has been impeccable as well. Checking in on me every few days. Making sure I have no issues. Thank you SNOW!

I brush a minimum of twice daily, floss, & use mouthwash.. Still my teeth never seem to get white. I do drink a lot of coffee "for years" and its been a while since I last whitening my teeth. Mainly because they are super sensitive all the time. Whitening strips make this even worse, but I needed something to help whitening my teeth & was skeptical when I purchased the Snow Whitening Kit. However my teeth are so much whiter and the sensitivity gel they offer is incredible. Not that you'd typically even need it, even the gold maximum strength gel doesn't make my teeth anymore sensitive than normal after 30min sessions (I did need the sensitivity gel once when I fell asleep & product stayed on for over an hour).Yes this product is a bit pricey but I enjoy this product and will continue to use it! This is seriously the best teeth whitening product I've ever used. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for the same going to the dentist, professional whitening! Minus the high *** of the whole process.

I've enjoyed the experience so far. I ordered and received my confirmation email and tracking immediately after. My package was stuck in one city for about five days. I contacted both the courier and the postal service. They weren't any help and suggested I contact the shipper. I contacted Snow, and the representative canceled my first order and shipped another package out that day. Ironically, my original package came in the following day. And the second came in a couple days later. I contacted Snow to see what I needed to do. They told me to keep both packages - gift one. So I did just that and thanked them. I've used the kit 2-3 times and have already seen a slight change. I'm excited about going forward. No bad after taste & no sensitivity issues! Very pleased so far!

WarningI bought SNOW Teeth Whitening kit May 3rd and it wasn't delivered until JUNE 12. I waited patiently for this product and did not even complain because I was trying to be understanding. The delayed shipping wasn't even the worst part! Here it goes... after using this product for a little over a week and following directions, I started to have severe pain on my left-side of my gums. When I looked, my gums were red, swollen, bleeding and covered in white bumps. I don't have cavities and only had the extra strength serum on for 15-20 mins MAX and sometimess less. The recommended time is 10-30 mins. My gums have been in pain ever since and my head is constantly throbbing, I can't eat and sleeping is hard for me as well among many other issues. This company failed to warn and did not provide gum protection. This company claims they are safe, I wish I knew this prior because I would have never purchased this product. I bought it and can't ever use it again and still in pain even as I am writing this. Did I mention I emailed snow's CEO several times and I have YET to get a response.

Unfortunately I am unable to say whether this product works well as the charging station stopped functioning soon after I received the system. Regardless, my primary issue with SNOW has been communication. After several direct attempts to communicate directly with SNOW, it was only after I requested a refund through Afterpay did I hear directly back from a SNOW representative. I will say that I did order the product in June . Given the ongoing issues with the pandemic I can understand that SNOW likely had staffing and logistics issues which likely resulted in things falling behind. On a positive note, once I heard back from a SNOW representative my experience was good and the representative was helpful. I was offered a replacement charging station which I hope to receive within a week and that it will resolve the problem. I honestly can't review the actual product as I haven't really been able to use it to date. Hopefully the replacement charging station works and the product is as good as what I've seen in their advertising. If anyone from SNOW reads these reviews, the primary point I would like to make is that communication is key. I hope the powers that be at SNOW invest in staffing so that direct correspondence with consumers improves considerably.

SNOW Cosmetics has fantastic products, but more importantly, it has an exceptional customer service team. Unfortunately, my first order had some issues. I placed it in mid-December, and by the end of the month, I neither had my products nor had any information about my order status. So I contacted customer service at *** asking for an order update. Within 24 hours, *** replied, explaining the shipping delay. He assured me that the order would ship in 24 to 48 hours. He was quick to address my issue, straightforward with his response, and extremely polite. My order shipped shortly after our email conversation, and it arrived much earlier than expected. SNOW Cosmetics has the best customer service I have experienced. I love the products I purchased, particularly the Fresh Mint Whitening Toothpaste. It is cruelty-free, which I am thrilled to know, and I will continue to buy this item. I have not used it long enough to say whether it whitens teeth like advertisements show, but I like the taste, and my teeth feel super-clean. I highly recommend trying the teeth whitening products from SNOW Cosmetics. The customer service is fantastic, so if an issue arises, there is no doubt that the customer support team will handle it quickly and satisfactorily. The best asset at SNOW is its customer service team.

I absolutely love snow products my teeth have never never ever been this white! My bottom teeth were always more yellow and noticeable than my top teeth now all my teeth are white top and bottom ! I have tha wireless edition and bought my spouse tha original corded version and I fell in love ! Tha corded version has more l e dsso you can whiten tha teeth on tha sides and towards tha back ! Its a win win! Ive been using tha products fa more than a year and I couldnt be happier with tha results ! I usually wear tha mouth piece fa a couple hrs at a time and there is no sensitivity issues! The only issue Ive had was tha l e ds werent lighting up anymore But this is after Ive used it like a millions times so tha lights are *** go out eventually! Tha most wonderful and amazing part is they have sent me replacement accelerator mouthpiecesno charge and Ive gotten em in a matter of days ..I am in tha snow subscription club ..and I use tha extra strength wandand I get discounts on that and other snow products ..! Ive used tha snow toothpaste..tha charcoal floss ..and Im looking forward ta using tha mouthwash and and tha snow strips! Im not one ta take picsbut trust ..I cant wait til tha pandemic is over so I can show em off..! I really am over tha moon that I took a chance wit snow ..and it was one of tha best decisions Ive made

SNOW Cosmetics Snow is a wonderful product and the service they provide has been exceptional

Snow is a wonderful product and the service they provide has been exceptional. For starters, I was refered over by friends which have used Snow for 2 years. They were provided special promo codes to share with their friends and family. I called into the customer sales line and was able to speak to an agent within 15 minutes (not bad considering the pandemic and 1 hour hold lines with other companies). The agent that processed my order made a mistake and processed for 1 wireless kit when I needed 2 wireless kits and did not apply the promo code that I had given her. I caught the mistake a day later when I was looking at my CC transactions and email. Although I had to email Snow 2X and call 3X and left them a message. I had contacted them after business hours and it was over the weekend so that's why I did not have direct access to them. Thomas called me back, he said he received my voice mail and went over the entire order with me. He listened attentively, apologized on behalf of their agent having processed my order incorrectly and provided me with a solution. The best solution was for Snow to refund me the monies that they charged on the original transaction and process a new order. I received my refund back within 3 business days. The new order that was processed ended up being correct, using the correct promo codes that I was provided by my friends and Thomas ended up even throwing in a few free items for the inconvenience. I was advised that the shipment may take up to 4 weeks due to their high demand and the pandemic. I was fine with that and was patient understanding the circumstances at hand. My order arrived in 3 weeks with everything I ordered plus some free items that Thomas had included. Overall, the level of service provided by snow. The follow ups by Thomas after the order was shipped and arrival of the order was very personalized. It showed their company truly cared and valued me as a customer. I ended up placing a couple more orders for smaller items with them to support their business. I am still waiting for my toothpaste and was advised I had pre-ordered and it could take some time. When I asked Thomas recently via email on the status, he advised that it would be on the way shortly and they had recently received their samples. His communication via email was very considerate understanding that we as the consumer want access to the products that we ordered, however the pandemic is out of the hands for Snow. It caused delayed shipments which they could not do anything about. I am giving them 5 stars because they took ownership, they apologizes for any and all inconveniences, they were courteous, the reason for delayed orders was justified. As a consumer that is all I can ask for, is to be heard and acknowledged. Overall they are a growing company and thriving. There is a reason why they have so much demand and that is because of their high quality product. Like any small company blowing up, I am sure they will listen to the feedback and become better and better on what they do from the customer service to the logistics to the quality of their products. Snow I support you and understand you are doing your absolute best to please every customer!

SNOW Cosmetics I ordered the wired kit from Snow back in April, but didn't receive it until May

I ordered the wired kit from Snow back in April, but didn't receive it until May. In March I called and was on hold, then left a voicemail for someone to return my call, and that was never done. I was getting married in August and wanted to have white teeth. I had professional teeth whitening in the early 2000's and my teeth were lighter, but I am very sensitive to the product and even with using fluoride, my teeth are still very sensitive. I saw the multiple ads and *** reviews that were very positive, so I decided to give it a shot. I had just had a dental cleaning and was excited to apply the product within the week. I used the gold wand, which is the strongest and it didn't budge my teeth color, so I tried the silver wand and it didn't work. Someone at Snow followed up with me after I left my review of how I wanted it to work, but it didn't. Since I was outside of the return timeline, I didn't attempt to request a return, but upon reading my negative review, she offered to send me another strong wand, which I tried, and again, it was a no-go. Another representative followed up with me and I told her that it just didn't work, so she offered to send me another wand or a refund. I chose the refund. When I tried to do the refund, the form said I was outside of the time limit, so I wrote back to the representative and let her know, but this time the reply was from, Zach. His first response was that I was outside of the window to return, and what the previous representative meant was a store credit. (This email is a thread dating back until 4/25 - 8/31.) When I wrote back and let him know that was not true, it was to refund my *** card, and had I known that it was a store credit, I would have given the product to a family member. I told him that I would pursue the matter through ***. This was his response ... mind you, my name is not Karen: "Snow Teeth Whitening Support Mon, Aug 31 at 12:28 PM Karen, Zach here - Team Lead reaching out to you once more from SNOW Read our return policy. Good luck with ***. When they contact us, we will explain our return policy and win that battle. *** Enjoy your day. Zach I wrote him back telling him that I did not appreciate being called "Karen" as in the previous emails he had addressed me by my name. And given that "Karen" is the new pejorative these days, I especially did not appreciate it. He wrote me back and told me that he was on a call with someone named Karen and was sorry that he entitled the email by that name. I did not believe him. I submitted my complaint to a representative at *** who seemed very understanding and she asked for me to provide any documentation and proof of delivery, which I did. They closed the case in my favor. This company is unethical in that it wants all 5 star reviews, and when they don't get one, they seemingly try to make it right, which is great customer service, but then to back-pedal on an offer is just wrong. When I told Zach I would do a review, he said: "I apologize that you are not happy with our return policy but our policy is our policy. You are welcome to write a review and talk about your experience. We will definitely reply to it publicly as well to ensure a proper dialogue is met." Again, I was not planning on initiating a return, as I had accepted the return policy, but upon the above experience, is why I went forward to do my return. Stay clear, because I don't believe this product works. Mine was the wired blue light only - special.

Mouthpiece to product stopped working after a month and when I requested a replacement I was told I needed a receipt. The item was a Christmas gift and I didn't have a receipt, but I told my friend the issue and she sent me a copy of the receipt. I forwarded the copy of the receipt and was then told to make a video of the product and that I could still use the serum and my teeth would still whiten. First of all, I'm not going to make videos of the product and what can of horrible customer service is this? Why would my friend need to purchase this kit for $300 when the serum works without the mouthpiece and what type of scam is this? I was then told that if I returned the product for a refund, my friend wouldn't receive a full refund because they couldn't resell the item due to the nature of the product. NOT MY PROBLEM. Very embarrassing for my friend to purchase such an expensive product for her friend that doesn't work.

I attempted to purchase a product on their site and the purchase did not go through but they charged me anyway. So this company has effectively taken money from me since July 30th. I contacted the company for a refund and the representative assured me it would be resolved in 3-5 business days. However, the charge has not been reversed. I want to be reimbursed with interest since this is an obvious case of unauthorized billing!

I placed an order for a Wireless Teeth Whitening Kit (2nd Generation) for $260.49 on March 25. I had not received the product and it never shipped to me at all for many months, I kept getting emails from them that they were delayed for quality inspections. I finally called customer service to cancel the order on July 29. They told me I should expect my refund in 3-5 business days. I checked my bank as if today, August 30, and I do not see their refund at all. My order number #SNOW50580558

I purchased a Snow Teeth Whitening system on 11/28 for a total of $228.05 and received it on 12/5. My husband called on 12/22 to let them know the system stopped working. They promised to send a replacement. We called again on 1/1, 1/8, 1/14, and 2/1. During those calls they made various claims, including on 1/8 that the device was in stock and would be sent out within 48 hrs, only to tell me on 1/14 it was out of stock and it wouldn't be back in stock until sometime in February. Also on 1/14, they promised a lesser priced model until the more expensive one was back in stock, and that a supervisor would call, and of course neither happened. During that call I asked for a refund, and I was told that since it was more than a month, I wasn't eligible for refund, which is laughable since the orig call was well within 30 days. I tried calling several times on 2/2, but never got through on 2/2 so I decided to file a complaint.

I ordered from "Snow" on April 20th. I spent 273$ on this kit. They told me the packages would be shipping out the 15th of May but when I track my order (#SNOW50622107) it still says processing. I have emailed them countless amounts of times but just get an automated message saying they will be shipped on the 15th. I would like to know where my order is and when I will receive it; IF I do. If they can't send my package out then I would like a refund but unfortunately they have stopped responding to me.

ORDER PLACED 2021/03/25 TOTAL *** USD ORDER #SNOW50579348 Multiple attempts to email/message the company about not yet receiving my order. Was provided an Email on April 20th stating they would be receiving the inventory to ship that week. Then another Email saying they were in rigorous testing of their product until May 21st at the latest. All of these emails offer an Upgrade to a similar product that offers fewer accessories with no discount. This company continues to advertise and push this product which they cannot produce in a timely fashion. I just want the product I ordered at this point.

SNOW Cosmetics It began Christmas of last year

It began Christmas of last year.Our son gave me a Snow Teeth Whitening Kit for a gift. I used it for about 14 days with no improvement in my teeth and the light was defective. I reported it and they sent me a label to return it, which I did. They said they were out of the product but a new one was coming in April and they would send me one then. I waited and waited and finally it came about the middle of May. I used it for 40 straight days for 30 minutes each day and got absolutely NO change in my teeth, except that it loosened my crown and caused it to fall out. Zach was their employee with whom I had been corresponding. He said he had been promoted but, if I had any concerns. to contact him. I did so several times but got no response. I asked that he send me a label so I could return the product and that he send me a check for $254.00, which is what he had told me the product cost. This has been extremely stressful for me. I purchased my kit for $354.72 on March 28,2021. The website did not mention anything about a back order.Since then I have been in communication with the company multiple times attempting to get an estimate on when my order will ship. I am unable to track my order as their page reports it does not exist, and they offered me a less expensive option as a replacement, which would have been okay if they also would have refunded the difference in cost. I would like to know how others have received their orders or if the reviews are fake.

I placed an order on 3/22. It shows everything in stock and on time. $389! I received everything except the main product. I have called several times since to get an update. I was told it was being held for quality check in ***. I would get it soon. Its been two months. I cancelled my subscription that I was still charged for today. I called this morning and demanded a refund of everything. Was told ok no problem. I would get an email confirmation of the refunds. An hour later nothing. I called back only to find out she did nothing. Oh and that I will be charged a 15% restocking fee for items I cant use! This place is a joke! Made in America but havent talked to someone in America all day!

I wish that I looked up more reviews before I purchased the snow whitening kit. I even paid for the latest version which is the red wireless along with a 3 month subcription and after two uses the red light stopped working. I immediately reported and even sent the video they requested same day but after about 4 call attempts they ask me to return the item and on top of 15% restocking fee I also will be reaponsible for a fee for return label to get refunded. This is ridiculous for a new customer who was very much looking forward for this item and instead of replacing they imposed more waiting time on top of inconvenience when the product is defective. I demanded a full refund instead of replacement because now i am no longer interested but instead I did not get a response yet again. I dont trust this company please cancel my subscription and give me my money back

I placed my order on May 11th totaling $104.94 for 4 items and 2 free items as part of the promotion. When the package arrived, I only received 3 items and 3 were missing. I called the *** phone number listed on their website to complain they asked me to take picture of the package + the items that I received as proof and email them which I did and I found it ridiculous to ask your customer take pictures. The next day they sent me a new tracking number for the 3 items and when I received the second package, I received 2 items instead of 3 items. I called them again and they apologized and promised to send me the other item missing + 1 free product since it was their fault. The last call took place on 5/20 and they were supposed to send me a new tracking and I never received anything.It is my 1st time ordering and I am very frustrated and upset because to go through a horrible experience. I want my money back at this point. I can be contacted via email or phone.Best

I ordered a teeth whitening unit over 2 months ago, which I still haven't received. I paid almost $300.00 for this unit. Snow has not made any effort to refund my money, or have a cordial conversation about the issue. Furthermore, one of their representatives has taken it upon himself to call me daily, suggesting that another unit could be sent. I have informed them that I do not want anything from their company except for the return of my hard-earned money. The same representative has now started to send me rude emails regarding the situation. I have no interest in any products from Snow; I simply want the full $300 that I spent to be refunded.

I purchased the first-generation Snow Teeth Whitening oral kit along with a one-year supply of whitening wands on November 28. My interest in the kit had been piqued for almost a year, but I hesitated due to the product's recent introduction to the market. Eventually, I decided to go ahead with the purchase, despite the cost. The kit arrived in mid-December. However, about two weeks later, just as I was preparing to leave for a vacation, the kit malfunctioned. The wireless component would indicate it was charging by flashing, yet the wireless mouthpiece would not activate or turn on. I reached out to Snow's customer service multiple times to find a solution. After persistent communication, they finally sent a replacement mouthpiece, which arrived four months later at the end of April. Unfortunately, the new mouthpiece was of the second generation and incompatible with my first-generation charger. At this point, I would prefer a refund, as the expense for a device that functioned for only two weeks seems unreasonable. The customer service experience has been disappointing.

This company is the absolute worst! First time I purchased, the wireless mouthpiece fell apart and did not go back together. *** would not send me a new one, they refunded the entire purchase. When I went to get a new one, it was all sold out, so I waited until it came back in stock. When it did, back in April, I purchased. Since then, I have YET to receive my new product. Instead, theyve indicated that I can upgrade to the new red wireless mouthpiece, which seems like a downgrade to me or I can get my money back. When I called customer service, today June 25th, refused to answer my simple question will it be sent eventually? I dont mind waiting if it will after the 8th time of her not listening, I asked to speak to a manager where she told me NO. On April 27th, I placed an order with this company for a teeth whitening system. The order indicated the product would arrive in 7-14 days, however, as of this writing the product has not arrived and it's day number 17. I try calling them to ask for an update and their customer support 1-800 number sent me to a voicemail (What reputable business does not have a live customer staff answering calls? - I called at 2PM CST, clearly during business hours). Additionally, I sent them an email asking an update which they did not respond either. This is unacceptable for a business which seems to have a very good marketing strategy and spends handsomely in high profile celebrities and TV shows to advertise their product. If they are unable to ship product on the promised dates, then they should proactively contact customers to explain or stop taking order altogether until they can remedy all customers who are waiting for their order. This is a deceptive business practice and this company should not be allowed to operate and scam customers by taking their money and then not delivering the promised products.

I placed an order with this company on December 10th and paid an extra $25 to ensure quickest shipping. The company confirmed my order and verified that I would receive my order before December 25th as long as there were no delays from shipping carriers. I have called and emailed several times and all I get back is an automated reply. It is now January 4 and when I check my order status on their website, it says that my order is still processing and not yet shipped. My credit card has already been debited but my items are still not shipping. I believe that the company sold me a product that they were actually out of. Instead of letting me know what the heck is going on, I am being ignored. This is not acceptable. This company already has my money but will not send me the products that I paid for. I did speak to someone once in customer service about a week after placing my order and the woman assured me that my order would be shipping soon, the products were in stock and I should receive them before Christmas. This never happened so I am left to assume that I was lied to and possibly scammed out of over $450.

On 12/25 I placed an order with this company for one of their Wireless Teeth Whitening Systems ($299). The order was promptly shipped on 12/28 and arrived on 12/31. I was out of town and returned the morning of 1/3, which is the same day I opened the package up and used the product for the first time. After following the entire directions and using the product I noticed many of the LED's inside the mouthpiece were not illuminated nd functioning correctly. I took various pictures and sent them an e-mail via their website that evening. On 1/7 I received an e-mail back asking if I had fully charged the unit. I promptly replied stating I did and it still wasn't functioning correctly. On 1/14 they replied to that e-mail and stated they no longer have that version available and to reach out in 3 weeks to inquire about a replacement. I replied immediately and told them that was unacceptable and asked what my other options were. Additionally, I responded to one of their automated texts asking for pictures of my wonderful new white smile. I stated the product I received was defective and that I was still waiting on a replacement. I have yet to hear back from the company regarding either of those last attempts at contact.

I purchased one set of the Wireless Teeth Whitening Kits Bundle, which consists of 2 wireless teeth whitening systems plus a wand bundle for $433.27. One of the wireless teeth mouthpieces will not come on/activate or turn blue, its defective. As a consumer, Ive followed all of Snows protocol for making the company aware within the warranty time, product registration, 3 email communications, successful completion of all requested troubleshooting directions, as well as made 3 phone calls and spoke with a live customer service representatives to request a replacement of this 1 wireless whitening system due to a defective product. All 3 customer service representatives, although they were nice, promised a manager would follow up and that I would receive shipment notification once my replacement wireless teeth whitening system was approved and sent out. Its been 24 days now, 17 business days since I first attempted to get this wireless system replaced but have not received any phone call, shipment notification, or other attempt to replace and resolve this matter. All emails, phone calls, & communications have been documented by the consumer. Feels like this company is just redirecting inquiries with no manager involvement or resolution in process to bide time. Thanks

SNOW Cosmetics During the Covid pandemic, I seriously needed a boost of some positivity

During the Covid pandemic, I seriously needed a boost of some positivity. My teeth have always been one of my greatest assets, and since this pandemic, I made an expensive purchase I couldn't afford. Yet, it was a birthday gift to myself to help me feel better with all this depression and COVID fatigue. So, in July , I decided after doing much research on teeth whiteners and it being shown on GMA, I thought.. yes! I haven't bought clothes, I'd been dealing with health issues and being unemployed. I purchased the starter kit ($149.00), and 2 other items - totaling $232.00. I received only the starter kit in August. I never received the other 2 items - but was charged the full $232.00. When I contacted the company, they told me the other 2 items were on back order for 1-2 months. I tried the starter kit, I was not happy and returned it. Unfortunately, because I had 2 broken ribs, a friend of mine mailed it back for me, but did not get a tracking #. It was a back and forth fight between my *** and TRYSNOW from July to December - 5 months later, I'm still battling this situation. Even with my producing documentation in my favor, it's still a fight. I would urge everyone to stay away from TRYSNOW! On ComplaintsBoard.com they have close to *** against them. I'm trying to find or start a suit against them in NJ.

This is what I sent to the *** which never was responded to:Hello, I cant begin to explain how upset I am right now. I placed an order for the wireless snow teeth whitening kit and waited a little bit for it to arrive. The whole process has been a nightmare, when I originally placed the order the discount I should have got was 20% and it gave me $20 off. I got the issue situated with a little bit of disagreement. Then the day my package shows it was delivered it was not. I emailed in and was told to wait a few days but then when I got home I found an empty box in front of my house.. with just blue confetti, and a thank you card as well as the gold stick of serum which was damaged. I asked to be refunded at this point because Im extremely disappointed in the customer service provided and this whole experience which I was told cant happen. I dont want another product sent to me as this has put a bad taste in my mouth. I was told a replacement can be sent out but the guarantee you have *** not be applicable because its a replacement. I was told I would have to file a police report which I did but cant get the report because I work 9-5, and I can only go to the police station between 8-4 and I leave at 8 for work because I work almost an hour away. So Im not sure how Ill get that police report to yous just yet but it will come. I just want you as the *** or someone that works with you to rectify this in my favor. I hope to hear from someone soon. The best way to contact me would be via email.. *** Thank you

I Purchased 2 wired mouth pieces(EN10123308)(EN10126549)@ 150 Piece for my kids March they still working .I then purchsse a wireless for myself (EN10126556)@306$ it suppose come with 5 yr warranty..Its been broke since March this yr .Which my wife tried returning and the receipt wasn't enough we needed to remember originally purchase email .Which I found .Then the problem shifted to none in stock for the wireless first generation they now have generation 2.My device I offered to ship for possible fix and the warranty turned into a marathon .The device (first generation gives you a firmware update button to press when you log in app once you press it kicks you out.They are very aware of this faulty issue its why generation one is obsolete. Instead of honoring a warranty and send me a second generation that currently are available exact same price they rather give you the quote (it could be 3 months, 6months ,1 year before the generation 1 replacements are available for me to get one. I've been strung along on a call back every week sir to see if they here. Unprofessional...If you cant honor a customer ..I was send a broke wired mouth piece as a gift bc they don't when they can honor warranty/ marathon they sold me on.I'm 39 and this is first time im my life I took time out be nagitive ,but to possible warn others don't spend extra hundred on wireless bc you think you will get a warranty..Im a patient man but my bi weekly check in today ended in the lady telling me they not making generation 1 wireless mouthpieces no more .SMH..I give up if they goal is to promote false warranty then so be it *** is what builds a good buisness (honestly).God bless and may peace be upon iyou .
