This product was sent to me after I called and told them I did not want this product.I kept getting calls .and I kept saying I did not want this product.received today May 31 and .saying my card would be charged. I need an address to send this product back to.I will file a complaint with my credit card company also.a man keeping calling ma after I told him I did not want this product. his name was john [protected] .I got him today he gave me [protected]. I did get in touch with the company they said I would only be charged the shipping charge and would not be charged any thing else, so they gave me a number and we will see. I'AM letting my card service know this.

I did not order two flash lights. I tried entering my credit card info, and it was denied. I had the money in my account. So I used another card that was approved. So I`m assuming that the first order went through without me knowing. Now I`ve sent other emails in reference, to this issue. Now I want a refund. I was given a free sample for answering an Amozon survey. All I had to do was pay shipping. I got the "free sample" and two days later another one arrived. I had a strange debit to my credit card from Health and Beauty supply. Since I had not made any purchases in a few days I called my credit card company. Reported it as fraud was sent forms to fill out and return. And given the number to the company and address And flash the same address different charging company name from shipper I called got told I needed a RMA #. Got it told to ship it back with tracking number and told there was a 10 dollar restock fee. I called the credit card company that I reported fraud And they suggested I cancel my card and get a new one. I did 30 days later no refund they sy they can't find it. And low and behold I get an email from Rapid fulfillment to UPDATE my credit card info. LOL thank goodness for my credit card company suggesting to get a new card They won't charge me again

I paid shipping and handling on some medication sworn to help with focus and attention. I ordered several bottles of this around November 2016. It was as if I was taking sugar capsules, it did nothing. I also around this same time started receiving a product called Enhance ZZZ supposed to promote a good night sleep which I did not order. I assumed this was a promotion. Over the past couple of months, I have continued to receive this Enhance ZZZ and noted that I am being charged an outrageous price of over $80 a month each month. I do not want this product and I do not want it to keep appearing on my card. I do not want to really cancel this card as I have it connected to several other automated banking things.
I am going to call the number that is on this site and the number that is on the top of my statement. This is a nightmare.

Credit card was charged by Dermatek for Mole Remover Cream, but was sent from Rapid Fulfillment, Inc. I did not order from either places. Never heard of either companies! It was also sent to my parent's business address where I work, . It I never have anything sent here. Attached is a picture the actual product, along with the address of the accuser with a customer reference number.

I received two packages of some products i didn't order nor authorized thus being billed to my account $89.71 and $89.17. I don't have an order numbet, receipt, phone number to contact these people. Products were returned not accepted. Contacted my bank to place a complaint for unauthorized deductions from my account to debate this so called purchase but they don't reply. It seems to go through two entities involved thus making it difficult to speak with anyone. Please help me. I'm on a fixed income and as a.consequence of these companies my bank card is.cancelled and account frozen for ten days. This is unacceptable.

A legitimate company should always speak to the customer before sending any product. This is a hap hazard way of running a business!
Someone needs to speak to the CEO of this company and show him/her how the company is loosing business because of this poor method of treating customers!

My complaint is about this company's web site in which to order. I wanted only one item. I got four. The website just applies any item that your mouse goes over to your bill. After I realized what I just paid for I sent this company a cancellation email. I was sent two days later a email that these items were canceled...Well... that didn't happen... Now I get to pay a restocking fee and I get to send back at my expense and I get to pay for two insurance fees as well. Then the sweet lady that I talked to on the phone has given me three RMA numbers which I'm sure they will screw up and I will still get to pay for stuff I don't want!

I have sent four jars back with requests to stop sending and stop charging my account for the SkinTek product which doesn't work at all.
I have called and they say they can't find my account, that they don't carry this product, etc...
I now have to go through my bank to deal with this issue. It is unbelievable that companies can get away with this and stay in business.

Ordered this product and received in dec, no it didn't work. Then another jar of this stuff arrives 1 feb 2017, which was not ordered, but charged against my credit card.

I have returned the product back to you 1 feb 2017, and request you stop sending any further jars of skintek mole remover and to also credit back my credit card with the charges, along with the next charges I see you have again actioned during feb, I am yet to received that jar but i'm sure I will, and I look forward to returning it back to you.
It would appear there is an automatic refill tick box that is not noticeable to the purchaser and you keep refilling willy nilly on a monthly basis.
I have also lodged a complaint with my bank informing them these are unauthorised transactions.

I called the phone number that Rapid Fulfillment gave me for Dermatek and the lady canceled my subscription that I didn't sign up for to begin with . Hopefully that takes care of it .

The lady said what is your first name and last name, they can't able to find me, she ask me do you have order no. she can't find my order no. either.WTF! She told me can i have your no, so my boss can call you. ILL KEEP POSTED MY COMPLAINT EVERY DAY UNTIL ILL GET ANSWER.I do not want this worthless product and want all future orders and charges stopped immediately! I request a full refund. This product doesn't work at all and does not do anything other than waste money and time.
I just had the same experience. Received three jars with no payment or charge information. Got the phone number from internet. When I called, they can't find me. Then hung up on me. In the mean time I'm checking credit cards and bank statements to see how I'm being charged. This is obviously a fraud and I will work to stop it. It has gotten out of hand. I'm sure they are stealing from millions of people.

I ordered one jar of skintek via the internet.. They sent 2 instead and charged me extra and now more jars have arrived with my credit card charged again without my permission as I only ever wanted one jar. I have now had to cancel my credit card and have blacklisted rapid fulfillment for making any transactions on my half. It is infuriating that there are rip off merchants like this who try to steal money from you. Don't use this company or give them your credit card details as they are completely disreputable.

Now I have been charged for another jar, which has just arrived (7th February 2017), that I did not order. I wish to return the unordered jar and get a refund of A$69.95. I initially ordered a jar of the Skin Tek mole remover and have since then received two more jars without authorization to charge my credit card. I ordered the product back in November of 2016 and have received the other jars on December 25, 2016 and another on January 25, 2017. I want you to stop sending the product and stop charging my credit card for product I did not order. I will gladly send back the second and third jar and request a refund for those two jars.

We ordered some cosmetics from Skintec in December 2016 and we were charged - although there were 2 payments on our Visa account for far more than what we were led to believe. We were charged again in January 2017 for another instalment from Moleskin - I knew it was the same company as the same order number appeared on our Visa statement against each name. Another parcel arrived from Rapid Fulfillment (which we have not ordered) and I believe this is the same company. This time from USA. Skintek and Moleskin are from Australia. We have not opened the latest parcel and will send it back to them. I have written 2 complaints to these people but haven't heard anything back and also requested a refund and to stop sending cosmetics etc. I would appreciate any action on this. Many thanks

Please stop sending me this product. To my knowledge, I did not approve recurring shipments of this product. I do recall buy one, get one free, which I checked. If there was some "sneaky" recurring shipment attached to that, I did not see it.
The rapid fulfillment company did not attach any contact information on the packing slip, such as, phone number, customer service contact email, product return label, or how much my credit card was being charged for the product (Which does not seem to even work as claimed anyway).
I am also filing a dispute with my credit card company. The product and order information listed below is how the product was listed on my credit card statement:
