This business does not deliver on it's promises
This business does not deliver on it's promises. They will sell you insurance to ensure delivery which means nothing because if there's a problem with the delivery they refuse to issue a refund. You are left having to dispute things with your credit card company. Buyer beware. Shady business practices!

A very cool concept, but the customer service is not good, and the return policies are awful. The kits come with a basic beginning, but much more is needed to make this system really work. The reason I've come to the Complaintsboard.com is because I belong to a Facebook group which includes the CEO, Sahara Lotti. It's great that she posts lives and interacts with the group, but she is so, so rude to her customers even when they have legitimate complaints about the products and/or the customer service. I have seen Sahara Lotti make entire posts being rude to customers calling them "classless," "entitled" and "atrotious" for contacting her regarding their experiences with the company. There is also a mean girls spirit in the Lashify community to anyone who isn't saying how amazing everything is and how perfect Sahara Lotti is all the time. Posts that express concerns or complaints are removed, as are the customers when they are actually in the right. Would I recommend this to family and friends? Absolutely not. Not because of the products, which can look amazing, but because of the customer service and most of all Sahara Lotti's real problem with unprofessionalism, disrespect and ingratitude towards those who actually make this business a business at all
Honestly, I love them
Honestly, I love them. I really don't know what everyone is complaining about. It's Covid so things don't come in a timely manner but that's no ones fault. If you get the starter set, then it's worth it because you have all the tools and appropriate adhesive (drug store glue isn't the same ladies). My lashes stayed in for 5 days, they looked natural and I got a lot of compliments. Granted the first few times I tried to put them on it was a struggle because I wasn't used to under eye placement. But all in all the product is great.

The lashes are cheap and do not stay after one day. If you wear them to sleep they will come off and the glue does not hold. I would have liked them more if you could reapply them once they come off but they do not stick after a one time where. You pay alot of money for a kit that promises flawless results but you are better of buying lashes from the drug store or having someone install extentions for half the cost and it will be worth it than useing this kit. I would also like to metion the customer service is unhelpful and fail to assist with returns. This is the company that once you buy the product you are basically stuck with it because you are charged for shipping charged for handling and charged if the lashes have been used. You basically have to pay $30 out of your own refund for a product that is cheap at best. I do not recommend save your money and do not waste it on this. At best you get a hold of customer service but they will be unhelpful, not assist you, and frustrate you further. Wished I did more reviews on the product instead of listening to the instagram influencers who are paid to promote this terrible and scam of a company.

Total waste of money!
Total waste of money! The only thing worse than their terrible customer service is their product. They will imply these are reusable every way they can without outright saying it, but fail to mention they can only be used one time and are designed to fall apart in order to make you buy new ones! I wore these for two days and 3 gossamers split evenly in half after the second day (how convenient, they split EVENLY DOWN THE CENTER EACH TIME). I contacted customer service who told me they're made to do that. Yet they suggested to me before buying that I could remove and reapply every day. So you are essentially suggesting I buy a brand new $20 cartridge every day? Yall are totally delusional! Customer service is so rude, I'm convinced all the agents are secretly just their deranged CEO Sahara pretending to be different people. Just look at the unprofessional responses on this page to customer's valid complaints! The cost to make this product for them vs what they charge is astronomical. You may be top dog now but just wait til companies with better customer service come out with an affordable dupe that lasts. It won't be long and then you'll wish you had all those customers back.

I guess I feel better that I am not alone in saying that their customer service here is abhorrent. I have spoken to someone on phone and email. Whenever I speak to customer service on the phone they are rude, snobby and unprofessional. It's a shame because I love their products having recommending them to my colleagues as I am also in the lash business, but no longer. I really hoped this would be a staple company in my beauty routine but their attitude and lack of empathy for their customers especially during COVID is unacceptable.
When talking to my friend who had placed an order of their starter lash kit, she was unboxing and showed an additional box that would house additional lashes (for subscriptions.) I realized I had never received that box and it's not available to purchase on the website (but comes in handy when storing extra lashes (as i DID have a subscription.) Via email and a phone call on X-XX-XX I had stated that I never received that box. I sent a text to their CS # (as stated by the rude, snobby phone call rep) of the box I did get sent. No response. Via email the CS agent said I need to send her the packing slip. I stated i threw that away? Who keeps a packing slip from an order 2 months ago? I'm not a hoarder? She said there's nothing she could do. End of story. BOTTOM line. They are rude, obviously dont care about their customers, and I will never be shopping here again.

Alright. I was so excited to try Lashify. I had been thinking about ordering for a long time, so once I finally did, I was excited. I gave it a shot and just didn't like it. I had reviewed their return policy and understood the fee I would have to pay, so I knew I wouldn't be getting a 100% refund. I initially contacted customer service on September 14th. The customer service representative was helpful and I went to my local UPS store and paid $13.00 to ship the control kit. Within a couple of days, I received notice that the package had been sent back to the store. The label said "receiver moved"...? I reached out to the representative that had been helping me and sent her a picture of the label. It took a couple of days to get a response, but when she did, she said that they did move but are still regularly retrieving mail from the location I sent to. She said she had reached out to the fulfillment team to create a shipping label for me. Since she said it would be emailed to me, I expected it quickly. I stated I was concerned about waiting outside of the 30 day return policy and didn't want to get stuck with a product I'm not happy with and be out over $100. She said that that policy wouldn't apply to me since I had contacted them and tried to return it on September 15th. It is now October 6th and there is still no return label in my inbox. I guess I'm not understanding why it is taking so long to email a shipping label.

I have a subscription with Lashify and my October delivery was never delivered. I had ordered £100 worth of products from Lashify. It was shipped on the 26th of September and it was allegedly delivered on the 4th of October. I emailed them after waiting for 2 weeks, however, they got back to me after a MONTH to say basically it is none of their problems and I should contact FedEx. So I contacted Fedex but they said they found the package and then they said they can't find it, therefore, they will deal with Lashify directly. Apparently, Lashify says Fedex declined my case on basis that the product was DELIVERED. And none can provide me with proof. I want to use my local governing bodies but because Lashify is a US entity, UK government cannot do much.
Lashify refuses to refund me for a product i purchased from them that has caused physical pain and discomfort. Their website states that you can send items back with "no questions asked". Clearly this is a lie and they will not respond or follow up on my return request.

I purchased the Lashify kit and was not happy with it. I requested a return of my money and on the website you can only select store credit. I emailed the concierge desk because they don't answer the phone. I was told to select store credits and I could still get a refund to my after pay account. After multiple back and forth emails to get a return label. I finally returned the product. I emailed again to ask about my refund. Today I received an email stating I could only get store credit because I used after pay. They hustled me and now they won't give back my money.

I was given the Lashify full kit as a gift but the bondage was missing. I placed an order for the bondage on my own. I received it 2 days ago and used it. It irritated my eyes almost immediately. They were red and itchy and it was very uncomfortable. I reached out to customer service to see what their return policy was on something that I seemed to have had an allergic reaction to. Under circumstances I thought I wld be able to return the bondage without an issue. Instead I was told all sales all final and "sassy" the CSR suggested I buy more products as her solution and watch a video. This is unacceptable. It's more about their lack of customer service that I am so upset about. I shop a lot and this seems to be awful how it's being handled

Lashify has sent at least 2 orders to my previous address despite me changing my address bothe times through the online site. The site appeared to have saved my new address each time I deleted the old one and typed in the new one but then when the packages were delivered, they were delivered to the previous address that I DELETED from my account. I have not been able to obtain these orders. I have also received incorrect items in the orders that I have obtained. I have reached out to Lashify several times in attempts to resolve these issues and they have yet to provide any resolution. They have consistently ignored my emails, I have received only one response stating there is nothing they can do for me a month after I emailed them. I feel like this is not okay.

On 5/5 I placed and order with Lashify for $202.03. This included their Control Kit and 3 sets of extra lashes. On 5/10 I received the package and it came without that wand that is supposed to come in the control kit and all the items looked as though they had been used. I took pictures of the items immediately after noticing the issue and contacted the company right away through their online chat, however no one responded, so I followed up with two emails. After not hearing back for 4 days, I found a number provided for customer service text messaging and decided to reach out through there. Finally, I was able to communicate with a customer service representative and I explained the situation. Despiste hearing about how my package arrived they told me I would have to pay $18 in fees for returning their faulty products. Eventually, they agreed to waive the fees, so I shipped everything back exactly as I received it, yet they only partially refunded me and now refuse to refund me.

I canceled and received confirmation from Lashify at 10:38 am on 3/10 that my "subscription order was canceled." At that time, my upcoming order had not been sent out, and a shipping label had not even been created by USPS. Yet, somehow, 3 days after I canceled my subscription, I received a notification saying that my order was being shipped and was out for delivery. Apparently Lashify had gone ahead and charged me $85 for another box, AFTER I had canceled my subscription. I immediately reached out to ***, which asked me to provide the tracking and order info (attached). Even after reviewing that, they alleged that my order was created on 3/9, so even though I canceled before the order was shipped, they would not cancel or refund me for the order. I am really annoyed because I believe their lag time in processing my subscription cost me $85, and their customer service refused to acknowledge their mistake. Conveniently, their refund policy is... NO REFUNDS.

The products broke as I attempted to remove the from the cartridges following the company's instructions. I sent the company an email, two texts, and a message in the Lashify app, requesting replacements or a refund beginning on 01/29/22. The only response I have gotten was the following automated text response: Thank you for contacting Lashify! Please allow a few days for a reply, wait times are up to over 96 hours currently. *Please note that emails, texts, chats and phone calls filter to the same mailbox, and multiple messages can increase the wait time. We recommend to send one request at a time - we promise we'll reply once we get to your inquiry. We thank you for your patience! It has been far more than 96 hours, so I attempted to post on the Lashify Facebook page to ask if any other customers were experiencing this issue. My post was deleted by the Facebook group administrator, which seems awfully sketchy for a company that boasts about its customer service. At this point, I'm not sure what other steps to take to rectify the situation, aside from reaching out to the Complaintsboard.com.

I purchased a membership/subscription on January 18 order #XXXXXXX for $60. I went in to the website a little later to order under my new membership. After adding the lashes I wanted to my subscription box and clicking that I wanted to order them, an additional 12 month membership was added to my order not by me and with one click my order was finalized. This order number was #XXXXXXX for $81.20. I tried to immediately contact customer service to make sure they rectified the situation. There is no way to get someone on the phone. The message says leave a text or email and they'll respond within 72 hours. I sent an email and texted. It's been 48 hours and I have yet to be able to get ahold of anyone. The payment status for both orders says paid. I have absolutely no reason to have two 12 month memberships. There is a place for returns on the website which says memberships are not returnable (even if Lashify added this to my order). I want my money back. I can't image this business is above board. The membership was added to my second order without me adding it or wanting it. There's nothing on the description of the membership that says there are no refunds. There's no grace period for orders. There's no customer service.

The lashes looked great and said they could stay on for 3-10 days. I went to bed that night and woke up the next morning with itchy, swollen eyelids (I have both pics with lashes on and the next day after). I immediately removed due to safety and contacted the company to both let them know of said reaction and to start the process of returning a defective product. Business attempt to resolve: after going through every detail of this incident I was provided a nearly impossible solution for return- first they wanted me to set up an appointment with a lash professional to retry the lashes (I am not risking my eye health for that) or I can return under the clause that I was "unsatisfied" which would only let me return the products if I had all packaging inserts (which I don't have the foam anymore), all product pieces (which I do) and I would only be able to return for store credit since I used a promo code (the site literally pops up with a promo code so everyone gets a promo) and obviously with a reaction like this I will not be interested in buying anything else so I was told I wouldn't be receiving my money back. I ordered the Lashify Control Kit in January 2022, I received my package on January 29th. I tried the item out and almost instantly the product did not do what they had advertised. The lashes would not stay affixed for even a half hour without coming off. I decided to return the item and started the returns process on February 6th. I did not receive an approval of my return request until February 24th (after I repeatedly checked in on it). They only allow 30 days to return with no exceptions. I boxed everything up and sent back in my control kit. after not hearing anything from them for weeks I checked in on my return. I received an email back yesterday that I had not included everything with my return and they were denying the return. So not only am I out the whole kit, I will not receive a refund and had to pay to *** ship all items back to Lashify. They are using a faulty return policy in order to evade paying return fees and refunding these faulty items. I did everything I was supposed to do and they have made returns so convoluted that they will not have to accept anything sent back to them. STORAGE BOX MISSING -We are unable to accept the return if any part of the Control Kit, including cartridges (empty is fine) or the Storage Box is not included. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our other items. All other items are final sale/non-refundable. Non-accepted items that are sent in will not be sent back or compensated. This business should be shut down for faulty business practices.

#XXXXXX spent $225, product is awful. Didn't last a day. Reached out to company and there is "nothing" they can do. The lashes can't be reused. #XXXXXX I was very excited to order this product, as I have been getting lash extensions for 5 years now. Unfortunately, I missed the fine print about no returns unless you get the starter kit. The only reason I didn't get the starter kit was because I wanted to try the fuller lashes. So $225 dollars later I end up with lashes that won't evens at a full day. Today, I was standing in Line at the grocery store and one literally just fell out. This is day #3 I've experienced them. Each day, I have gone through the same exact process with them coming off, having to rewash my eyes to try and get the tackiness off and then trying to reapply praying they will stay back on. I am very frustrated and upset that I spent this much money and these are the results. I can't even reuse the lashes anymore either. I don't understand how it's possible to advertise a product like this one and to have people spend this much money and have this kind of experience with the product. The company told me that there is nothing they will do about it other than advise me to watch some tutorials on how to use the lashes - which I have already done. The lashes I have now can't even be resumed because they are so tacky from the glue. Since I was told I wouldnt get a refund, I asked if they would at least send new lashes and their response was "I apologize, but we can't" These guys completely ripped me off.

Hi, we automatically enable Route on all orders unless the customer removes it or has previously opted out on their account during checkout. It is set to be on by default. The only way for it to be disabled is by the customer's own action. We ensure Route is active for all customers, but if they choose to disable it, they forfeit the insurance for their order. Our policy states that we are not liable for orders without Route. Lashify is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if a customer declines Route shipping. I apologize for any inconvenience, but our policies are clearly stated on our website and are always accessible. On 11/29, I ordered a Lashify Control kit with a discount, charged $117.00.
On 11/29, I ordered a Lashify Control kit with a Black Friday discount for a total charge of $117.00. I received notification via email that my order had been delivered and immediately went to retrieve the box on my front porch where I found it completely unsealed and opened. It appears to have been shipped poorly by Lashify rather than being a delivery issue as the box was not damaged or crushed. Lashify has no live customer service-- you have to submit requests via their website or via text and wait a considerable amount of time to hear back. I contacted Lashify immediately about my issue and also sent photos of the box in the condition it arrived. I asked Lashify to allow me to return the item for a replacement as I was concerned about safety. While on the Lashify website they state to offer a 30 day trial period for the control kit for returns with no questions asked, it is deceptive. If you go to another page you will see that if you received a discount you can only send back for a store credit. And return shipping has to be paid for by the customer plus a $20 non-negotiable fee. In my case I was told that Lashify would do nothing for me because I did not opt for their additional charge for Route Protection. If you check the Route Protection website they do not reimburse for items that arrive unsealed so Route Protection would have been of no benefit in my case. Lashify customer service gives every excuse possible not to take care of customers rather than addressing issues. If you look at their reviews online you will see that many others are having issues with this company. Lashify now wants me to pay for return shipping, plus an additional $20 fee to receive a store credit. I do not trust this company with a store credit. I would like Lashify to replace the item I ordered without me having to pay for shipping fees plus their additional $20 fee just to hope to receive a store credit that will never be honored.

Honestly, I love them. I really don't know what everyone is complaining about. It's Covid so things don't come in a timely manner but that's no ones fault. If you get the starter set, then it's worth it because you have all the tools and appropriate adhesive (drug store glue isn't the same ladies). My lashes stayed in for 5 days, they looked natural and I got a lot of compliments. Granted the first few times I tried to put them on it was a struggle because I wasn't used to under eye placement. But all in all the product is great.
