I reported him to the store manager and she yelled out that "you're a liar". No I am not lying and I thank corporate for agreeing to review the surveillance cameras to confirm that I am in fact reporting truthful to you. My account records all of my transactions and interactions with "Chase". A review of those encounters on the video camera will verify who is a "liar" Miss Manager. Don't steal from people, we are your customers!

Please review the surveillance cameras on the dates that your employee "Chase" waited on me. Also, my husband and I would like to shop at the Sanford location as it is closet to our home. I do not want anything to happen to us when we return to your store there. Please speak with your manager so that we will not be turned away again. I very politely told the manager that the employee did not return my change and she had no right to yell out in front of the entire lobby that I was lying. No ma'am I am not lying and the cameras will prove it. She could be sued for falsely calling me that and we are very upset about it to be honest with you. Maybe she is related to the boy who took our money, I don't know, but like I said the cameras will determine who is lying and who is NOT. We work hard for our money and no one should be allowed under your corporation to take it unlawfully from us.
