Turkish Airlines about service and flights

Dear Sirs

I am a leading international celebrity chef & global masterchef jury that have been using your airline on routes mostly Dubai & Sofia and return.

Business class

Never ever I have had such poor experience... the connection between Istanbul and Sofia and the return are very tight, I never know if I would make the flight and I was like a marathon runner only loaded with a case in the old airport.. not once your staff didn't offer help or a ride, not once your staff didn't alert the ongoing flight to Dubai that my incoming flight is late... So tell me what is business about your business class! It's shameful how you treat me as a world traveller!
On my last flight via your new mashallah and mabrook, Airport, with the most stunning longe with the most delicious food MASHALLAH, I was loaded on to Dubai on what was not the usual business class, in fact I didn't sleep at all, was an old aircraft! The seats hardly went back!

So I now want to be compensated for that, s I had to use all my points to upgrade... and you didn't deliver

But here is what is the most important part, I have anew TV season of Masterchef and I need over 16 flights all on business class return from Dubai @ 2800 euro each... Tell me why should I use your airline ? That is a huge 45000 euro!

Your staff are sweet but clueless
Your on air facilities are poor
I can be sure that I will be helped to be rushed to my connection flight especially on your new airport where that taxing seems longer... so likehood is that I will miss my connecting flights!

That is how you have a chance to not win me as a regular business flier!
In regard to your lounge well there is no time .. last time your flights were late so I had tome to look into the new longe

This is shame as I have a nice healthy following on all
Social
Media and I could have shared about the food which is delicious ... Your chefs recognised me and basically I was very impressed with the food!
But what good is that for me especially when I done have the time!

So you see, you have done nothing for me

All I want is a comfortable bed to sleep and been take care of to
Make sure I get on my connecting flight
I will
Be flying every week from November!

Instead your offer stress, delays and poor seating not the reclaiming business class bed. Ooo and the blankets are literary papier-mâché... it gets cold all I want is to sleep so next day I work!

I want you to see what you can offer me other than words as otherwise you are taking my 45000 euro!

I want this escalated to high management and I want you to understand that although I have in the past complaint, nothing was ever done

Do not send me some circular standard letter! Treat me like the business customers that I am as otherwise I will publish on my social media about my experience

I hope that can see how discounted I am
But also to appreciate that I am
Giving you of my precious tome to write such a long email

Turkish Airlines connection flight

On 11 July 2019 I had a flight from Kuwait to Antalya with a connection in Istanbul .. or flight from Kuwait to Istanbul delayed more than 30 min. And as you know that Istanbul airport is too big and we couldn't find the proper help and direction to reach earlier than 15 min. They also refused to let me book a new business class tickets with less cost on any other company or even yours as they told me that I will be no-show which will cancel all my route back😡😡 so I had to pay more money and wait more that 12 hrs in the airport to take one of your company planes. By the way we reached the gate on time before 15 min of scheduled time and the man scanned our boardings. And the great mistake is that our luggages sent on the original plane without us being on board against to the international regulations( imagine that there was something wrong in our bags?!) and we waited in Antalya airport for more than an hour searching for the luggage's and we found them in lost and found as they arrived in the morning missed plane.
I need to compensate me that money paid for the new connection tickets and to take all the official proceeders regarding my complain.
I have 2 kids
1 years old and 8 years old with no food or baby milk or diapers for more than 12 hrs in the cold airport.

Turkish Airlines rescheduled flight without compensation

Hello.
I was buying flight from Bali to Kosice (SVK) and back Kosice- Bali. U cancelled my september return flight from Kosice and changed it to Budapest.

1. That flight from Budapest was cheaper than the one from Kosice
2. plus I have to get myself to budapest, which is totally different country and it cost minimum 40 eur for the shuttle.

I was tryingto cal customer service few times. everyone said is not their responsibility.
I was asking the manager at the Istanbul airport, who said for sur Turkish is gonna pay me for my transportation, after i write the complaint.

SO IM DOING IT.
PLS HELP ME FINALLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

Turkish Airlines I am complaining about my luggage not arriving my final destination

I boarded turkish airlines on the 15th of july 2019 from douala airport in cameroon and was to transit in istabul and there after board flight TK 0760 on that same 15 July to dubai but i was refused to board the plane at the checking gate saying i had trouble with my transits in dubai of which till now i dont understand and at that, point my luggage was not given to me i bought another ticket still going to dubai this time flight TKO762 still to dubai and again i was refused and told even if i brought 100 tickets with the same destination i would not board the plane when i complained about my luggage at the transfer desk i was told when i get to dubai i should ask there but still they refused me to go to dubai and i was sent back to cameroon without my bags and now i need my bag the bag information below

Turkish Airlines loss of my bag and unprofessionalism

Hello, I was flying from Istanbul to Tunisia on 27 if July flight number 0663 and I lost my baggage, I was offloaded and my bag never came bac in Istanbul. I had to book for the next flight to tunisia without my bag but nobody helped me to find my bag and they said I have to complain in Tunisia which doesn't make sense for me cuz turkish airline lost it in istanbul aiport it was not even loaded and they don't know where is it. Is that even possible? Lost and found said to check if it s in tunisia but it s not there however nobody could help me as I lost my baggage number. Is there anything u can help me with?

Turkish Airlines lost of money in my luggage

My name is Ms. Ruth Kinuthia from Nairobi Kenya. I travelled with Turkish airlines No. TK 607 from Istanbul to Nairobi Kenya on date 23/07/2019 yesterday. I am writing to report my luggage No. 0235 TK 117011 was opened and money stolen from my wallet. I need compensation! I did not expect this I am fully disappointed if my luggage can be opened and money stolen from it. I will take this matter very serious until the airline compensates me. Turkish Airlines flight delay

Dear Turkish Airlines,

I and my wife both took the flight from Mumbai India to Berlin on 2nd July 2019. The delay caused by the incompetent service level of your staff resulted in an inconvenience of almost 28 hours!

Please see below the schedule of events to understand the amount of inconvenience that we especially being a senior citizen had to face!

Original schedule is as per attached ticket.

Departure:

• Mumbai on 2nd July at 6.30 AM.(TK721 MUM-IST & TK 1725 IST-TXL) & expected arrival in Berlin at 13.55.on 2nd July itself.

• We reached Mumbai airport at 3.30AM on 2nd July but could not check in as counter was closed by your Airlines as planes landing and taking off were stopped due to an accident in Mumbai Airport Runway.

• At 7 AM we were informed that the plane is delayed and at 9 AM were informed again that fight is canceled and the next flight may be at 11 PM same day, but not certain. We were asked to call airlines for the confirmation.

• 2nd July 10 AM- we hired a taxi for the whole day and had to go back to our residence in the city which was an additional expense for us.

• Received a call at 8 PM from Airlines asking us to report to Airport before 10.00 PM.

• Reached airport at 9.30PM and waited for check-in. By midnight we checked in but no sign of flight till 2 AM on 3rd July Morning!

Why would you ask to report at 10 pm and make us wait until 3.30 AM!

3rd July

• The 3.30AM flight finally takes off ( Flight#-TX 1721 )and we reach Turkey at 7.15AM and miss the 7.30AM connecting flight (TK1721) to Berlin. Obviously!

• We report to airlines counter and we get a new boarding pass for 12.Noon flight.TK 1725.

• We get a lunch coupon for Burger king which may be for 10 US$. This is after the hassle of missing flights and waiting for close to 24 hours for our scheduled flight

• The TK 1725 took off on time and we reached Berlin at 2 PM.

Delay sector wise-

• BOM-IST -2nd July 6-30AM (TK 721 flight canceled ) 6.30AM to 3.30AM -21 hours waiting in Mumbai.

• BOM-IST-3rd July ( TK-1721 took off at 3.30 AM instead off 11.30 PM on 2nd July) 4 hours delay in Mumbai airport.

• IST-TXL- 3rd July- TK 1721-Sch dep 07.50Am. Missed this flight due to the late arrival of Mumbai flight and took TK 1725 flight dep at 12 noon.- more than 4 hours waiting in IST airport.

We will be raising this issue on social media as well as other airlines complaint sector as both my wife and I were seriously inconvenienced. By giving us a burger king voucher, your team seriously thinks that they can reverse the hassle that we had to face. I am a Kidney /diabetic patient and I had to suffer serious health issues because of the mismanagement and communication caused by your team.

I would be expecting an answer very soon basis which I will decide at what level do I need to escalate this issue.

Turkish Airlines baggage language

I imran ali lost my luggage during journey.
Frist came from misrata libya through afriqiyah air line 8U 974 and ticket number 8U/ETKT 546 [protected] on Monday 15/7/19 to Istanbul and Istanbul Turkish airlines TK 710 ticket number TK/ETKT 235 [protected] on Monday 15/7/19 to Islamabad.
I was booked two luggage. My luggage was over wait due to over wait I pay money.But due to over wait afriqiyah airline staf booked my one luggage for Islamabad and 2nd for Istanbul. I was requsted please booked my both luggage for Islamabad but they don't do that.
When I was reached in Istanbul then show me shown my baggage tagged to Istanbul Turkish airline staff for change my luggage tagge. Turkish airlines staff checked my luggage tag and asked me don't worry sir we checked your luggage it will transfer automatically and no need new luggage tage.
When I reached Islamabad I found only one bag which is booked for Islamabad but 2nd was not came then I asked for complained to Turkish airline staff no body makes my complained and no body take responsibility.
So request you please proceed my case I shall be thankful to you.

Turkish Airlines baggage

This is regarding my baggage, I was travelling from Boston to Delhi ( connecting flight from Istanbul turkey), PNR no UUV2H3 in the name of Mrs Shakti Atrey .
As landed in Delhi I was waiting for my baggage at airport and the moment I received my baggage it was half open and found few things missing from bag.
Items missing- 2 Packs of AirPods (brand new packed boxes), brand new water bottle ( pink colour, designer steel ), few Disney toys ( expensive one )
It was very annoying experience I travel IS so often this the first time I experienced something like this.
And I request the Turkish airline to do something regarding this and provide me with some compensation against the same.

Turkish Airlines change of aircraft without previous information

Hello
I am extremely disappointed I have payed 820 euros for a business class ticket from Stockholm to Istanbul and the aircraft was changed from A321 to an old A320 without previous information. Taking in consideration the comfort is extremely inferior.
I want a compensation because of this, it is not serious.

Turkish Airlines customer service diabolical

I am currently sitting in Istanbul airport totally amazed and shocked what I have encouraged
I am a freelance journalist who work for a few different travel mags in the uk
I flew out last Wednesday from Birmingham via Istanbul to Bangkok then on to Cambodia to review a new hotel opening
All fine no issues
But today I flew back via Istanbul if which I am still here
I am a diabetic and missed my meds on the flight from Bangkok to Istanbul not normally a major issue but one landing at Istanbul I felt very tired and fell asleep at the boarding gate for the 725 am flight back to Birmingham
I woke to find it was 740 and the plane had left
I went to your ticketing gate and explained the situation to someone who was not at all helpful but insisted I had to pay £258 to get on the next flight
I told him I did not have my cards as they where in my luggage but he then said pay cash £238
I told him I need to get some money transferred from uk but I had used the 15 free internet connection and Needed to get on the net. He replied this was not his fault but he could get me on flight for £170
How can this change in space of 15 min
And I managed to use another persons hot spot and got the money transferred
And bought the ticket

I am now feeling extremely unwell as I have not had a sugar intake for over 6 hours. I go to your desk and ask if I can get some water and sugar I am told no I must go to desk d and speak to them
I go to desk d and the lady says she can not understand me so I ask for a manager
Or someone who can help me
A lady called olive she refused to write name down as I said I was not happy and wanted to make a complaint she then laughed at me as I could feel my body closing down and started talking in Turkish under her breath

This is appalling customer service
After getting no where I managed to find your vip lounge where the gentleman can down and bought me water with sugar in it
Not before i passed out at the bottom of the stairs
He offered to call a doctor and was very helpful but I explained I just needed sugar levels replacing

I am now in airport £170 out of pocket and need to say I have traveled the world with every airline and never ever had such bad service

I was laughed at spoken about under my breath offered 3 prices told no one in authority could assist and could not even get me some sugared water knowing my situation

I look forward to your reply as I am currently still in Istanbul

Turkish Airlines I am complaining about my damaged bag

I traveled with Turkish airlines on 22.02.2019 . Flight No. 1022 label 1P488570 Dep: SJJ, Arrival : IST . When I pick up my bag I saw that its broken and scratched all over it. I made complain they told me to send pictures and complain on web site . I did it and the procedure till now its not finished. The last email I got from them is that the final evaluation for demaged bag is that they are offering me 23 $ ... I complain again but they don't answer anything. I would like first of all to take propor amount for my demaged bag not peanuts that I can't even by plastic bag to take out some items that they damage inside. When i reached and Open bag i found 2 parfumes broken all over clothes, some food broken damaged, in ONE WORD :" IT WAS MESS ". I would like to ask for all compensation for damages as it was cosed by the turkish airlines it salfe. To negotiate with them it seems its just loosing time and nervs because they really behave in arogant and bad way, disrespectfuly. I am kindly asking you to give me advice what is the way someone take his rights from this Airline?! Thank you in advance,

I am writing this letter in regards to cancelled flight by (Turkish Airlines) My name is Ahmed Gad, I was departing on my honeymoon trip with multiple connecting flights I booked a trip departing from Cairo to Varna; transit in Istanbul
Trip details:
Flight no. TK 695 Cairo/ Istanbul 21/7/2019 8:50 pm
Flight no. TK 1069 Istanbul / Varna 22/7/2019 1:55 am
My return flight to Cairo was supposed to be on 28/7/2019 the Flight was supposed to depart from Varna to Istanbul
Flight no. TK 1070 Varna / Istanbul 3:50 am
Tk 690 Istanbul/ Cairo 6:25 am
but Turkish airlines cancelled this flight which lead us to stay one more day in Varna and cost me one night in the Hotel which was not in my plan as I should be back to work on Monday 29th of July 2019
kindly find attached copy of my new ticket after cancellation and the cancellation from the company.
I am seeking a compensation
I look forward to hearing from you and would welcome a response within 7 days.

Turkish Airlines rescheduled flight

My original destination was from Istanbul to Medinah: departure: 1.10 AM, Arrival 4.40 AM. THEN !y flight was rescheduled to 11.10 AM departire, so that meant I had to wait 11 hours at Istanbul airport.

I asked them for a hotel, they said you need to get Visa first and I have to pay for that because the hotel is 45 min outside the aitport. I told them I had no money and it's not my fault you changed the flight and I told them up this delayed flight and waiting for 11 hours will effect my work.

Because of this delay I could not go to work and missed my working day and my company did not pay me.

I want the Turkish Airlines to pay my money back !

Turkish Airlines lost luggage

I traveled with Turkish airline from Athens, Greece to Abuja, Nigeria on the 27th of June 2019, and my 2 baggage were not on board the flight i have filled the PIR form in the airport and also online, the airport staffs promised to send the file ref number which i have not received until now. The feedback number i generated from online is [protected].

My Final destination is not Abuja, but Malabo Island, Equatorial Guinea. i had to catch two more flights from Abuja which i was advice by your customer service that the bags would be sent to me.

I have spoke with several CSO to send the luggage to either Port Hacourt Airport, Nigeria or Douala Airport, Cameroon, and hand it over to Cronos airline working from either airports. . This is the 3rd week now and its not only causing issues to my work also to my health as my medications are in the bags. Please who ever is in charge i need my bags.

Turkish Airlines canceled flight/ no assistance

My flight was canceled bc I never made to my connecting flight on my original flight to Athens. On the way back (a week later) when I was checking to return to my country I found out My flight had been totally canceled( without notification, email warning etc). I am pregnant and told the attendant I needed to be back home that day as I was feeling some pains. The gentleman did not care and topd me there was nothing he could do except to offer me a business class ticket for $3k. Because of my situation I ended paying it but found the company very careless about their customers.

in 26 June i traveled with Turkish airlines round trip (bko-ist-amm)
flight # tk 541

in my return flight i didn't find my luggage in BAMAKO airport (2 bags ) one of my bags i received it 2 days later and but the other one with tag # RJ 690008 till this moment i did not receive it i spent more than 7 days in the capital of MALI (BAMAKO) i didn't attend my job in( GAO) i spent a lot of money in hotel also my absence days from work .

i have an important personal items and necessary things in my bag # rj 690008 .

Turkish Airlines lost baggage

i travelled from Brussels - Istanbul - Karachi in Business Class on 27th June 2019. the flight from Brussels was delayed for a while but within tolerable limits.

however after arriving Istanbul, It was informed that flight from Istanbul to Karachi is delayed for about an hour. with a connection of about 5 hours, delay of 1 more hour added to the discomfort.

finally after reaching karachi, to my surprise, I did not receive my booked luggage. however, contacted the ground handler who informed that message has already been received and my luggage is still in Brussels. it was assured that baggage will come on next flight and will reach karachi on Saturday morning (29th June). again adding to the misery, it wad found that baggage has not even received on 29 th June and no status is given.

Turkish Airlines economy plus refund

My name is Jeffrey P. Shultz I was booked on the Bucharest to Istanbul to Manila flight on 30 Jun 2019 arriving in Manila 1 July 2019...Booking Ref: VFLHM6
My company booked the ticket...on the segment from IST to MNL I purchased a seat upgrade from Economy to Economy Plus. I was unable to fly to Manila and needed to change my itinerary dates and location. My company cancelled the ticket through American Express Global Travel. I called Turkish Airlines customer service to get a refund for my seat upgrade that I would not be using. I am a United Airlines elite mileage member, which I made aware to the service representative. I have had this happen in the past more than a few times and every time my upgrade was refunded to me. It was not part of my original ticket and has nothing to do with whether the ticket is refundable or not. Turkish Airlines for some reason labels my seat upgrade as a service fee. And, therefore, doesn't have to refund my money because service fees are nonrefundable. This is a disgrace. I paid for the upgraded seat. It is not a service fee. A service fee is something additional added to the cost of the seat for processing the change and not the entire cost of the seat in the first place. I will not be considering any flights on Turkish Airlines in the future and I will be forwarding this complaint to United/Star Alliance. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

Turkish Airlines refund

in Canada my husband has brain injuries from car accident in that happend in February 03-2019, so i call to last minute agency to cancel the ticket and to get refund, so the last minute agency told me you have to send us the husband medical report, i sent to them and i was waiting waiting waiting to get answer but nothing, i called them again they said to me you have to call the turkish airline, i call the turkish airline they said we are not responsible for this case you have to call last minute agency, so i call them again, they said to me they are going to send to me the email, after 2 month they sent me email they said we are going to refund you only 67 euro because the turkish airline they declined your case, i told them that i spend 1, 387, 25 euro how come you refund to this amount, they said that is not our problem is turkish airline, i told them that my husband can't travel from Canada to Algeria and from algeria to istanbul because he has brain injuries and also he still in take treatment and he still every week he has to go to hospital to get treatment like psychotherapy and speech therapy.i can't believe it what happened is unbelievable i am so disappoint, are you stealing my husband money or what?
