Hi ! I discovered that i have discovered a direct payment from my bank account with twoo, are nearly 2 years. I didn't noticed at the beginning but now is upsetting . I don't have an Twoo account and i don't understand why on transactions appear vdp-twoo . I want to cancel or disable any of this.

I was given so called free "three boosts" based on being lucky thousand user couple of days ago and today, on 14th Match 2016, i find out i am subscribed without any consent or agreement and also my credit card was deducted 30 euros without my authorization. Today 15th March 2017, an amount of inr 8599 has been deducted without my authentication and knowledge from twoo..I had no clue about the transaction and i tried contacting my bank to cancel the transaction since it was not authenticated but no luck..When i tried searching the contact information of Twoo only an email contact found of no use..Please refund my money back and dont ever do such kind of unauthorised transactions ..!Please stop my subscription and refund the money. I have never subscribed to this stupid dating website and yet I have been constantly been getting scam text messages sent to my phone and email. I can't unsubscribe because I never signed up for it. And I'm not going to create an account just to delete it. Your company is nothing but a scam and I will be reporting you to the better business bureau as well. It is harassment and spam like I have never seen before. A simple search of your name brings up nothing but complaints. Delete my email and phone number from whatever database you have. In fact, delete your whole ### company.

One question kept coming to mind, and that is...Did the originator of this complaint ever give her email address to one of the guys that asked her for it in a message? I have been approached numerous times from men wanting my phone number (to text, of course), email address, wanting me to do WhatsApp and HangOut! I refuse to do any of that, but if somebody HAS shared their email address (or other personal info) with the potential suitor, then it's likely THAT'S how the email address was captured! Only saying that, cuz I haven't received any spam and my friends aren't complaining about it either. There are a lot of fakes on this site, and men's whose profiles say they live where they don't, but that being said, one has to be discerning & wise when it comes to things like this. Best to not engage too long online, cuz the longer you do, the more likely you are to drill the beans!

The spam originates from email lists that are not created by friends and contacts of legitimate users. My email address was an invitation from someone I don't know... so clearly Twoo pay people to mine email lists from wherever they can find email addresses online and blanket spam them under the pretence of an "invite". This is not consent. In the EU this is illegal. Twoo need to stand up and have a single option to unsubscribe via email address, without sign in, and for complaints to be directed to a proper email address for Twoo - not a catch all info@. Untill they do us Aleksadra can shut up with her silly statements of "feedback from our users is important". Maybe prove to us she has our consent first?
Twoo have a business model designed to increase their membership numbers, to increase their corporate share value, by scamming their own members to add their address book contacts. That is not consent by those in the address book.
The deliberate "unsubscribe by signing up" is a scam to get consent. The "email info@" is also a scam to coroborate our email. Aleksandras empty offers ignore the long term evidence of victims that Twoo is out to scam to increase corporate value. Twoo's business model is contrary to the rules of GDPR. Twoo's excuse that they have our consent is a lie. They can not provide any evidence they have our explicit consent nor that they mined our email address legitimately.

The problem is, if you DO unsubscribe, you, essentially, VERIFY that the email address is valid and current. Does that unsubscribe STOP the emails? NO it does not.

If someone else referred my email address, then why don't you (TWOO) have a system rule in place that triggers one email and stop. You essentially do not have permission to continue sending messages to those who are not subscribed to the TWOO site. You know exactly what you are doing. I mean, I get 2 emails a day (2 A DAY) on my personal email address, and 2 to 3 emails on an email distribution list at work - your business practices are unethical and no matter how much you apologize, feel sorry we feel that way or feed with comments on how you want to resolve complaints, it is absolutely not the truth. No other business with good practices and standards, have this issue. Then take it down, rethink your vision for the company, employ new people that can put systems in place so you don't have to wonder why and you don't have to help stop messages. I have never dealt with any organization that needed me to contact them to "help" stop emails or text messages... because... it just works. How can you NOT think that one email is enough. Oh, and forgot that - the person that "referred" my email, I have never heard of. I think you run scripts through the net and collect email addresses.

I'm trying to delete my email on twoo.com. I wrote to the email address they state [protected]@twoo.com a week ago, and no one ever responded.
The problem is specific, so I even had to open an account with twoo.com and write to their help on the board there, and it says someone will reply within 24 hrs. But this is simply not happening, even after several tries. Twoo's support seems desperate, i'm sorry, but I must say so.
I'd recommend no one to make an account there, and have a problem, supposedly they wont be serviced. Instead, they'd get stuck to the point where nothing more can be done.

Twoo didn't give me an option to unsubscribe their service and instead the card number authorized only for auto subscription used it while I clicked on to check other service price and without asking me for card details it directly took the money. 2 transaction of 1099 INR and 224 INR.99. Please stop my subscription and refund the money. This is unethical. First you don't give an option to unsubscribe, the only option you give is to extend and when one clicks there to look for more option you directly charge them. This is not acceptable I need refund for my last 2 transactions.

spam dating invitations despite request to delete account
I subscribed to the free Twoo service some years ago and quickly realised that it is a sham company, so never used any of their services and never subscribed to paid membership.
I am inundated with spam. I tried to unsubscribe via the unsubscribe button, but continued to get mail from them. I then contacted them by email and requested my account to be deleted. They asked for examples of the emails I was getting, which I sent them. They then stopped communicating and I still receive daily spam from them. Many of the emails claim to be responses to approached from me, which cannot be since I never go near their site. This proves the dishonesty of the site.
I did warn them that I shall be reporting them, but it made no difference to their attitude.

I am registered and paid for 3 months 16.99 EU. Unfortunately I am very disappointing because of you charged additional 44 .99 euros for additional services which I dont need! Please send me back 44.99euros and disable all necessary services for which I paid 44.99. Just leave 16.99 which I paid for 3 months membership.
I dont know how it was happened but its not very nice from your side to grab money for nothing!

These people simply don't care! Zorpia is full of scammers and rude nasty people and Zorpia moderators are absolutely useless. I was abused and harassed by one user and I reported him to Zorpia and they did nothing to help. Their rep was terrible and even asked me what I did I want him to do. They said that I have to deal with everything on my own and said that was not their responsibility.
Remember, that in case of any issues no one will help you!

They offer free communication but anyone you talk to has you get a ID verification but you can only do this with a credit card. Not everyone has a credit card! Now I know there's other sites that just have you take a picture of your drivers license or ID. Though they would rather have you do it in a way that you pay, so after you have been talking to women from the site all day long none of them are willing to meet you because you don't have a ID verification which is BS!
