Twoo.com fake charges and prices

I bought a Twoo account with a fake price and I want my money back. Its said it was at a different price. I suscribes to the premium account today with date 28/06/2019.
I wanted to cancel this at the last minute and it was charged automatically wothout any permission... The website deducted t with out any intimation, in this regards I request to you please reimburse my money as soon as possible, otherwise I will move to legal aspects.

Twoo.com twoo blocking me

They have frozen my activity for no reason and have not given an email stating the reason for the account freeze.
Ive never disobeyed the rules and had been active for four months with over 8 thousands likes.
Now nobody can contact me or me them.
Ive tried to establish a new profile but the same thing occurs, theres no activity and there has been no attempt to explain to me why this has occurred.
I have not been able to open other accounts with them because they have me on shut down status for no reason.

Twoo.com premium vip membership

Hello!

I unintentionally subscribed to Premium VIP membership. I do not need or require this service, but was unable to cancel and prevent money from being taken from my account.

I have not used this service at all, or intend to. Therefore I would be grateful if you would refund this subscription.

I have informed my credit card company who will take action if you decline my request.

Twoo.com deduction of charges even after deactivation of account

I have deactivated my account [protected]@yahoo.co.in as guided by email from twoo. But this month charges are deducted from my credit card even after deactivation, I mailed the concerned about to stop further deduction and confirmation of same and refund of this month charges but no response from twoo team neither confirmation that problem is under process or mail has been read . I want solution from twoo team

Twoo.com someone used my pictures

I didn't create my account in Zorpia. I even don't wanna date anyone. Now many people viewed my pictures and sending me vulgar messages and they think that I'm some sex worker or something. This is very sad to say that Zorpia had used my pictures and made me disgusted. They have to immediately remove my pictures and apologise me for such a terrible thing they have done. Hacking into my computer and getting access to my pictures and using it dating when my match for the wedding is getting fixed now is really awful.

Twoo.com twoo premium

Hi Team,

I was old customer in Twoo. Due to some personal reason, I left from Twoo and again I have joined here and today on 24th April 2019, I have purchased Twoo Primium. But It's not working. I am unable to send message, also I can not see any likes or etc. My gmail id: [protected]@gmail.com

Please let me know after purchase premium upgrade, why i can not access premium feature. It's very depressing and not expected from you.

Twoo.com need to discontinue twoo subscription

Hi,

I rakesh mishra I have taken the twoo subscription for which I have charged rs.399 every month for my credit card, my login id is "[protected]@gmail.com.

I don't want to use now plz advice me how I will cancel the subscription of the same and what is the process for the same. Its a great help if u do this.
Plz let me know the process of unsubscribe this.

Twoo.com twoo community site

Dear Twoo team,

I have stopped and canceled the membership more than a month ago but am charged with the fee.

When I started to subscribe, I initially had no intention to become a member but it happened when I bought IPAD and registered the IPAD email. When I opened the explorer, Twoo, somehow, popped up and when I tried to close it, the popup did not close. I was trying to exit and clicked wherever possible which forced me to become a member. Without noticing that I was a member, lots of Twoo messages came in, tens and tens of messages in a day. I saw some of my friends so I thought I will stay for a while, but as time passes, the messages increased to a level that's annoying.

I wanted to cancel but did not know how to and just this year I found out the method that was written by one of the users. I canceled the subscription and membership but I am still charged.

The email that is associated with my account is [protected]@gmail.com for subscription and [protected]@icloud.com (probably) for email associated.

Twoo.com dating premium charge

My credit card has been charged after i stopped my subscription and deactivated my account, why?

I purchased a premium subscription on 13/03/19 for £8.99 and cancelled it within 24 hours in order to end the subscription and to avoid being charged on 13 April 2019-the renewal date.

Instead, my credit card has been charged £19.99 on 23 March 2019 after my account has been deactivated and without my concern.

I'll like to know why I've been charged after subscription cancelled and my account deactivated, why I'm charged before the renewal date and why I'm charged £19.99.

I need this refunded now plus any interest that will be charged and I'll go on every social media with this if not dealt with ASAP.

Hello. I am one of the twoo users. This site is very weak. There is no support on it. I have changed 3 account. Because as I make new one twoo block it with out any reason. I cant recieve likes and views and msg. And I cant send any message. And there is no reason for desctivate my pages. Plz solve my problem and unblock my page. Twoo.com please do not charge amount for my account

I subscribed for twoo once and since then i am being charged automatically a sum of Rs. 2710 every three months. I want to inform you that i deleted my account a month back but again i am charged this month on 17-02-2019, i want to request you to please stop this immediately.

I am deleting my account once again today, i hope you address my complaint soon and do the needful.

I did not authorize your site to charge my account for reoccurring charges. You have used my acount details with out my permition to withdraw money from my account (find my bank complain attached)... I didn't order any of your services this time... Twoo.com just used my bank details from last year to withdraw money from my account with out my permition.. as i've explain before I did not authorize your site to charge my account for reoccurring charges! if so desable it..

I want the reimbursment of the 23.99 €.in other words I want my money back!

Please answer me ASAP.. then when I get the 23.99 € back. ill withdraw the complain from the bank.

Twoo.com refund and stop premium subscription on two premium account

Hi Twoo team,

Kindly treat this as urgent and important.

Today, i've just registered twoo under the name Lamin and subscribed twoo premium for 3 months ONLY when it stated that having promotion for only USD 2.33 per month and another one for USD 7.33. After put all the credit details and click on. Pop windows came in stated i've succeed subscribed premium and under button CONTINUE; little note written down there, it stated I'm going to be charged usd 28.98 every month instead 3/month? Furthermore i've been deducted 28.98 from my credit already.

TBH i'm so confused and get scared. Of course I don't want my card to be charge that much just for a make a new friend services? : (

I've decided to stop twoo premium subscription right away and do the necessary action such as stop the subscription and the reason why I'm writing here is I want to refund my 3 month cash back from Twoo and confirmation regarding my cancel premium subscription.

Twoo.com payment

Hello.
Today when i woke up i saw that from my credut card was taken71.99 €. It was an automatic payment which i didn' t want to do because i was not going to get the payment becoause i don't have the money for this right now. I would like a refound. I didn't have to eveb confirm the payment so this kind of makes me angry.

Twoo.com unauthorized automatic renewal charges for twoo premium

Twoo charged my account £373.32 before I noticed (68 weeks at £5.49 pw since September '17) via Paypal for the automatic weekly renewal for Twoo Premium, which I never authorized. I also never used the service in this period. I contacted them via email several times in the last 2 weeks demanding refund. I also asked them for a proof of my authorization which they claimed they had (a "confirmation email"). Since then I've never received neither refund nor the proof, and they stopped responding to my emails!
I request a refund of £373.32 immediately. My email for is [protected]@ivic. biz, pls use this for correspondence.

Twoo.com I was charged twice same day without my consent!!!

I was charged twice in same day without my consent. I want nothing to do with this company.

Since it was not useful to me, I decided to quit and didn't opt for the auto renewal option and switched off switched off the premium services.

I never authorized this transaction and same has been done without my consent. I am shocked to see this transaction, how can my card get used without my authorization.

Since I never wished to continue the services, request to to kindly cancel the charges levied and process the refund for it immediately.

Further I will be thankful if you can delete my account from your site to avoid any mishap in the future.

Awaiting your immediate action - please refund the transactions.

Twoo.com with out asking to confirm the card details the amount got deducted

Hi Team,

When I was browsing suddenly the pop up came and my mistake I clicked yes and with out confirming the card details the amount got deducted from my card this is not correct. I want my refund and I don't need the subscription. And always it should ask for the confirmation of card details with out asking for card details it is making the transaction which is not correct... I hate this app worst app and useless app

Twoo.com unauthorized charges

hi,

I have been charged twice foir the last 4 months for services I never used, I had thre app on my phone for less then 2 x weeks, than deleted it and delete my profile too, I was charged in September and now in November again!

I want my money back ASAP

Dear Twoo Team,

Please be informed that I have subscribed in your premium weekly 7 USD per week, but unfortunately, my credit card was debited twice with an amount of 29 USD and then later debited with an amount of 86.99 USD without my agreement. I did want to upgrade my subscription to more than one week. Please assist me and provide the best solution for me.

I kindly request you to cancel my subscription and refund the money back to my credit card account
