Twoo.com undue deduction of subscription money

Twoo.com has unduly deducted subscription money, without any intimation or an opportunity to not renew. They have automatically renewed my subscription and deducted Rs. 2000 from my account. I do not want to continue with the subscription of Twoo.com and wish that they refund my money. As I have no use for this renewed subscription, I request you to please refund my money.

Twoo.com unauthorised auto renewal of subscription

Hi, I had subscribed to Twoo in Nov-Dec 2014 and was not aware that it is going to be auto renewed. I'm no more want to use this website and also I work in a GCC country where Twoo website is blocked. I some how deleted my account and now I want to know whether the unlimited subscription and auto renewal is stopped and I will no more be charged henceforth. My login id is [protected]@yahoo.com. Please help.

Twoo.com deduct fake charge from credit card

sir my previous complaint not solved till date . twoo.com had deducted Rs2400 instead of 200. my email ID [protected]@gmail.com and my twoo account login ID [protected]@yahoo.com. As per previous complaint comment of Eveline_twoo I have already communicated by [protected]@ twoo.com but no reply I get till date.please help me to solve my issue.

Twoo.com scamming money ~fakes

Uses employees working as social contacts to get you hooked then when you join there is no more ability to do anything until you purchase CREDITS which are applied to use. Credits cost an absorbent amount for only a few that only lasts a couple of contacts then buy more, and more. Most that are listed are fakes making money. IF I HAD KNOWN THEY WERE IN BELGUIM, I would have never EVER used my credit card to join. They appear out of New York City using a front person picture, no name.

The images attached COULD NOT BE PRINTED OFF OF WEBSITE. These are "SNIPIT" images saved as JPG files. I have images of also of messages between him and I on CHATS

First, they send email to all my contact list even though I didn't click "connect" button. After I delete my account, they still send email to all my contact list. This is my professional email. Please stop spamming my colleagues and send email as my behalf. Get your new member with ETHICAL manner!

Today I got a commercial advertisement through my mobile (android) abou some subscription from www.twoo.com. I denied that BUT I WAS SURPRISED when 960 INR deducted from my Corporation Bank Accountin INDIA directly with out giving any information through Internet or Net banking . My money deducted against POS payment
How can it possible when i not entered any information regarding my bank details.

I haven't subscribed for any 3 monthly subscription. Still an amount of INR 960 were deducted from account without any kind of prior intimation. I didn't fill any of my debit card entry today.

Twoo.com unwanted emails to my contact list

I was on the site for well over a year. Today, I got two emails from people that I had invited them to the site. Both people were in my Gmail contact list, and one of them was also a Facebook friend. Suffice it to say that I did not knowingly give my permission for this to happen. It is a site to meet "friends." Maybe you don't want everyone to know you are looking for "friends." I know I didn't.

The website joined hands with spring me got hold of my personal information and refuses me the opportunity to delete my account.

I knew the site from a previous encounter and now I am bullied into something I do not want to be part off. Ridicilous.

Twoo.com stole my money

I had never heard of this site until it had gotten my attention in my bank account. It had stolen $400 in just 5 months. I've been trying to contact them trying to get a number to contact them to straighten this out with my bank with no luck. If anyone has had the same problem you let me know how you all dealt with it.

Twoo.com the site was filled with ads for dating/sex and was very inappropriate

I got an email from my niece from this site saying she had left me a private message. She is only 12 years old. It immediately asks you to give it access to your gmail account or similar, your birthday etc. When you finally get through, the "message" is just a welcome from their social network site and you immediately get an email saying that the person who invited you wants to be your friend on the site. The site was filled with ads for dating/sex and was very inappropriate. I felt violated and I cringe to think of who I "invited" to see a private message through this viral site. This should be illegal.

Twoo.com bunch of bloody amateurs, no consideration of privacy

Appallingly invasive. Similar to another reviewer I joined via Facebook now impossible to leave. Inbox immediately flooded with pics though I never stated my gender choice. Discriminatory. Bunch of bloody amateurs, no consideration of privacy, looks like I got contacted because it had access to a friends contacts.

hey, i am facing the same, i didnt create the profile but i keep receiving spam mails said that someone left me message.
how can i delete it! it is so annoying, i am not interested in these social webpage !
i m trying your ways to log in and it shows that my email never registered, but why there's mail coming into my mailbox?

Twoo has created a profile on my name, creating my private e-mail without my authorisation. It publishes private information about myself and has added some fake one, such as gender choice.
Now I receive spams from them. It is impossible to delete the account, as they asked for a password. I do not have a password, as I never created an account. I have lodged a complaint to the Belgium Policy against this site. Is there any other legal action that I can take against them?

Hi, today I have seen a transaction that I didn't authorize this is fraud, people be aware of this it's not fair that people should just come in my account and do as they please. The Twoo website has no customer support whatsoever. I have been constantly emailing them and they have not replied to any of my emails. I am honestly so fed up. I made an account 9 years ago, that I have no idea what the email or password is corresponding to it. There is no way for me to get help to delete it. When i made this account it wasn't called twoo nor was it a dating site. I just do not know what to do or who to contact about this. I suggest no one ever uses this website because honestly if you do and ever have a problem, NO ONE will help you

i think its to be expected that a dating site will have it's fair share of fakes and scammers. What i don't expect from a dating site is a complete disregard for their paying customers. Six weeks ago I was offered and granted a 7 day free look and full access. During that time i had tons of replies and EVERYONE at least saw my posts to them. A few days after the free trial ended i decided to pay for the service so I could keep in touch with all of the ladies i met. 30 + posts and a month later not a single lady has even read a post from me. No replies whatsoever. Even women I was chatting with in other socail media verified that they saw nothing from me even though i was messaging them there. I complained but get very little as far as a rely or customer service. My advice would be to run from the Twoo dating site as fast as you can. They even still want to charge me for a month of service that yeilded ZERO results. And just now they had the stones to email me asking for my verified info again. WTF!

I keep receiving emails from this site. I never subscribed, but you have my email address, God knows how. I go to the bottom of the email to unsubscribe, it takes me to your site and it's asking me for my personal details. I'm happily married and I'm not interested in any man or woman. At some point you need to explain how you get hold of people's email addresses that you have not been given, as I view this as hacking. Khanya

Thank you for your message! Could you provide us with the email address linked with your account on Twoo? We will check why your account is charged and provide your with an instruction on how to stop it.

If it's Premium, you can deactivate it from your Settings page. Just click ‘Edit’ and then select ‘Stop’ in the dropdown next to Premium account. You will not be charged again once you have stopped your subscription, unless you decide to reactivate in the future. Of course you can still use Premium for the period that you have already paid for.

If you encounter any difficulties following the instructions or would like us to turn off the autorenewal for you, don't hesitate to contact us at info-en@twoo.com.

You can not unsubscribe in any way you try. It is not a free ab as advertised. If you do not like it they stay connected to your e-mail. I think they just want your credit card detail !

Difficultly contacting online dating sites is very common. I have a new group, where I hope to list companies with poor service and unethical practices. You are welcome to join this group: 'Online Dating sites to AVOID'

I just ended my account with Too. In your account settings there is a place to delete your account. Hope this helps. I went through the section where yo choose what to receive and what not to, etc. but then I found the Delete My Account button.

I used the method I said and it worked for me. Try again please. Open your inbox then the message you got from Twoo then scroll down the page of the email and click unsubscribe. You will be taken to a Twoo page where you will choose what to receive from Twoo and what not and how often. There you will be able to disable some options. I hope it helps. Thank you.

I have received a message from zorpia.com that they have announced a winning prize under their profile promotion award and you are the lucky winner.I have told that i should contact to Grey Hound Express services.I have also received a mail from Mr.Johnson Harry, the customer attendant of Grey Hound Express .I was asked to select one option among the 4, so that he can deliver me the winning prize.All 4 options were for delivery charges.I had received mail from this email address, ([protected]@live.co.uk).I want to confirm by you that is it a genuine mail or just fake .Are they deceiving me by using your name? please help and guide me.

The site is full of slappers and fake id's and it's trying to pass it'self off as being a Brand..? it's charging money for silly things but thousands of profiles have no pics and they block you for no reason?

This website sends unsolicited emails to young children and has highly suggestive and inappropriate photos of men and women, including notices that "Paul, 52 from Australia, is waiting to meet you." When you try to terminate the account, it sends friend requests to all of the email addresses in your directory. I have spent an hour trying to terminate my 8 and 10 year old childrens' accounts that were created by opening an unsolicited email.

I keep getting constant emails from this same website indicating I have a new message but I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT with them. I never joined them nor knew who they were till I saw the emails filling my ministry inbox. Reading these comments from others it sounds like this site is violation people's privacy and hacking email accounts. There has to be a way to die them because this has to be illegal.

These kind of messaging happened because of spam problems but now this site is completely well to use. After fighting a long battle with spam Zorpia made their services and security more better to provide convenient experience to their users.

I am totally not concur with it that Zorpia is brimming with fake people groups and abusing emails . I get great administrations from it and that helped me part to make my social vicinity well. Yes there was an issue of messaging yet that is settled now so you don't need to stress over It .

I am so MAD! I got a email from POF when I tried to open it, sent me to Zorpia I have never heard of this site and i do not want anything to do with it. They try and force you to use the site i will not use it. I will file a complaint with someone that can stop this crap!

I'm very angry with this site that has stolen over 500 of my BUSINESS RELATED email contacts and not only sent them and invitation from "ME" to join their slimy site but now they are sending REPEAT emails to REMIND my contacts that I want to meet them at Zorpia! I am so very angry. The site should be dismantled by the authorities. ARE there any authorities, except for the ones who want to take our money to be on the internet? I'm ready to scream.

Zorpia saying that one of my Contacts had joined Zorpia, the same contact they stole when they hacked into my Account.

23 Dec 2012. I answered an email thinking there was a message from my friend only to find myself on zorpia. Within a short time they have my photo, birth date and me on line as if I am a registered member. I DID NOT REGISTER. I DID NOT GIVE ANY PERMISSION FOR MY DETAILS TO BE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEN somehow zorpia accessed my computer email list and emailed MY CONTACTS with the same unethical trap = An email saying I had left a message for them on this low life website. THEN my friends find themselves in the same unpleasant situation of being on their website with all their details and photos. SURELY THIS CAN NOT BE LEGAL !

Same thing here. It basically stole in an unauthorized fashion all the contacts in my son's gmail accounts, set up a home page for him on zorpia.com, and continues to send out emails from him with a reply to of invitation@zorpia.com. Since he never created an account, they have no password on file to send so that we can delete the account. They ignore my emails to zorpia@gmail.com . How do we take action?

Wake up!

While that's a lovely looking document, it's a forgery. It's amazing what people can do with free software like Gimp and Windows Paint.

Here are some clues:

1. The ticky-tacky flowery border to make it look like it's some kind of official looking document. Sweetie, it's not.

2. The "logo" for Zorpia is all squished. That's because it was stolen right off their web site.

3. Parts of the text are in a slightly smaller font than the rest of the document and not lined up with the rest of the text.

4. Mrs. Rose Denise doesn't even exist. Look closely at the name. Smaller font and slightly to the right. Does the signature look like Rose Denise? Auntie has her reading glasses on, dear. It doesn't.

5. The courier company uses a yahoo.co.uk e-mail address. Reputable companies (and even disreputable ones, now that I think about it) have their own domains.

6. That document isn't even legal. "You have every right to sue ..." Oh my! That's called an attempt to lull you into a false sense of safety, dear.

If you really, really, really want to be sure about this, dearie, go to the Zorpia Web Site (the actual Web site, dear, not any link the scammers have given you). Go to the Customer Service or Contact Us section. Ask them if they are running a Grant or Lottery program. Get it from the horse's mouth.

Auntie is pretty confident you'll get an e-mail or message back saying, "No. You are being defrauded."

Now drink your tea before it gets cold. You did not win GBP 350, 000. You're not that lucky. (And if you're not going to listen to people who really are trying to save you heartache and your money from nasty con artists, then you *will* learn it the hard way).

Wow. You're a lucky guy. Just like the thousands of other lucky guys out there who win big prizes. Thousands of e-mails a day land in Inboxes containing fraudulent schemes.

Very likely, this is what is termed a 419 Fraud E-mail (more on this below). If Zorpia really wanted to give you GBP 350, 000, they wouldn't be quibbling about courier fees. They would see such a cost as part of doing business -- getting the money to a sweepstakes winner.

This is just the first of a long list of "fee requests" you'll receive. Each one will likely be more than the last request. When you finally get fed up and start chasing them down for the money, all of a sudden you won't be able to find them. They won't answer your e-mails, take your calls because they know they've milked you dry for money.

A 419 Fraud E-mail or Letter is so named because it's the section of the Nigeria Penal Code that deals with wire and mail fraud. This type of fraud is prevalent in Nigeria and elsewhere. Nigerians started this scam back in the days before the Internet, using postal mail.

It's called an "advance fee fraud" scheme. Do not give them any personal information. Do not share you credit card, banking or any other financial information with them. By having your identifcation, personal, and banking information, they can steal your identity, max out your credit cards, and steal the money out of your bank accounts.

If you have given them your personal information, I suggest you contact your local police. Likely, you will want to talk to the department that handles fraud.

These types of scams come in as many flavors as you care to imagine. I recommend you search online for terms like "419 scam" and "advance fee fraud". That should fill you in on what it all means.

dating site zorpia is infested with scammers in 2 days i recived over a dozen msgs from scamers and just a few from real daters, i reported the scamers and zorpia removed the reporting feature from my profile, they dont want me to report scamers, , what does that say about zorpia ? I have to agree with what everyone is saying about Zorpia. I have been on the site for 3 days now and I have close to 300 requests. Everyone I have come across cannot spell, they love me within an hour or two, and they all seem to have to go to Africa to retrieve money. I don't know about anyone else, but I have not believed a word that I have been told by these men. Now I am not sure if I could distinguish a true person from the false ones. I had received a friend request from a Dr. David Mark on Skype not too long ago, and today I received a friend request from the same photo with the name Benjamin Philip. I don't know how to delete the people, and I have tried everything. So the only advise to give is DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE, AND DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THEY WILL INVEST YOUR MONEY FOR YOU.
