please fix my account!
I put in a complaint before, but I will do it again, just to make sure. I wanted to get a one week membership for 7.99 and twoo.com charged my card for well over $30! I want this fixed immediately. I wanted a one week membership, so there's no reason for this and I want my money back immediately! How can you randomly charge my card like this? I do not trust your site! I also noticed that on 2 other occasions you charged my card for no reason! Yes, you refunded my account on those occasions but why are in my account in the first place?
Fix this issue and please stop invading my account!

Before two months itself you automatically detected amount for premium account. On that time itself I clearly mentioned, I don't want any premium account in future. But again now you gave one week free time, and auto renewed for another 3 months. I never ask you to activate. How can you activate ? I want my refund . I received an email today sent to debbie.[protected]@hotmail.com from twoo saying Lewis Dixon has sent me a message, well I can assure you he has not left me a message as he died on 21st November from a sudden heart attack how dare you send messages like this which are quite clearly false your company is disgusting what kind of company needs to say such lies in ordet to generate business i am so distressed about this matter as my friend is dead you have obviously lied saying that' he sent me a message so explain why you have done so ?

The card was charged twice and i no more need this account to be activated or to be charged. it is really annoying that without checking for renewal you charge the card.
I also found that its a fake website not connecting friends.

A persons have came across an account that is NOT mine, however it has all of my personal information on it including pictures of me when I was 13-14 and I would like it taking down immediately. I defiantly did not make this account, I believe that the email address does not exist anymore as I have tried doing some research on this matter. My account has been charged multiple times this month. Every 2-3 days. Since nov 9 2016 till today 9 december there is 7 deductions and increasing. I have been a premium member for several months now. Looking back at my transactions they seem to be about every 10 days give or take a couple they take $7 usd everytime.
They are inconsistant, repetitive and 100% fraudulent. Now i know I did sign up for premium but i did not agree to erratic unauthorized transactions nor to be bombarded by spam. For instance i recieved a message from a user so i checked out her profile n she had not even been active for over a month. Wen you inspect mails n profiles u will see guaranteed msgs from people that havnt been active and people with different names all using the same pictures.
The transaction frequency has been increasing lately. Just this month alone i have 3 transactions already and its only 8 days in. On the 1 dec, 3rd dec, and 7 december so far.
So out of interest i logged into to see my account had no credits n It says my subscription expires on the 14 december so im assuming they will attempt to take more $. I have cancelled my subscription and
I will be getting a larger transaction history from my bank to further inspect exactly how many double charges have taken place and persuing the refunds for all of these non authorised payments.

In the nature actually there should be cost for no service, why to pay for a service not provided? It was written in the notice that, the days shall be counted and proportionslly deducted and the rest to be paid back.

On the 30th July2016 I subscribed to two at R30.00 a week.
I received two SMS from them just after that my subscription was successful.
Every week till today that I stopped the subscription R30.00 was taken. I got a SMS that I am unsubscribed.
My account was never activated. Twoo is not interested to look why unless I send them MTN billing info. I am a pre paid user and don't get billing info. When I subscribed nothing was mentioned of billing statements. All correspondence with two has been like corresponding with a pre school child.
