Twoo.com customer service

I think its to be expected that a dating site will have it's fair share of fakes and scammers. What i don't expect from a dating site is a complete disregard for their paying customers. Six weeks ago I was offered and granted a 7 day free look and full access. During that time i had tons of replies and EVERYONE at least saw my posts to them. A few days after the free trial ended i decided to pay for the service so I could keep in touch with all of the ladies i met. 30 + posts and a month later not a single lady has even read a post from me. No replies whatsoever. Even women I was chatting with in other socail media verified that they saw nothing from me even though i was messaging them there. I complained but get very little as far as a reply or customer service. My advice would be to run from the Twoo dating site as fast as you can. They even still want to charge me for a month of service that yeilded ZERO results. And just now they had the stones to email me asking for my verified info again. WTF!

This site is a scam because i tried to pay with my visa card about two weeks ago and since i paid they have been deducting money from my accounts all the time, i went to my bank to find out and i saw that they have deducted money more than six times in less than a week from my card and i am surprise, so i have decided to close my accounts here and my bank accounts fake site.

Twoo.com unauthorized charge for premium feature

Today 17.07.2016 in 05:01:54 am gmt without my consent my bank account has been charged and the premium feature activated for 3 months. my twoo.com account is [protected]@gmail.com. furthermore the option to cancel the subscription is not working on firefox, chrome and ie - so it will auto-renew in 3 months. I don't agree to this and want a refund.

Twoo.com premium vip

I have never authorized the purchase of the premium VIP product, just the premium one, which costs 23 E. How is it possible that you withdrew 107 E from my account and set up a regular subscription for this transfer?

I demand cancellation of the subscription and the product and return of my money! I already marked the payment as unauthorized and hope that Paypal will help with this.

How is it possible that you don't even have support contact on your web site?

I was charged twice in same day without my autorization in TWOO.

Since it was not useful to me, I decided to quit and didn't opt for the auto renewal option and switched off switched off the premium services.

I never authorized this transaction and same has been done without my consent. I am shocked to see this transaction, how can my card get used without my authorization.

Since I never wished to continue the services, request to to kindly cancel the charges levied and process the refund for it immediately.

Further I will be thankful if you can delete my account from your site to avoid any mishap in the future.

Awaiting your immediate action- please refund the transactions.

Twoo.com deducted money from my credit card without any intimation

i have recharge my credit pack for 550 credits. along with that twoo team automatically activate daily boost pack without my request and deducted money from my credit card without any confirmation or payment gateway.
fraud site for stole money.

Twoo.com obviously fake!

Twoo is an absolute scam! I found a nice girl there and we have been talking for a while. But then I noticed there was something strange about her. Sometimes she suddenly disappeared from chat and when she came back she was a completely different person! Sometimes she even did not understand what I was talking about, even though we already talked about these things. First she asked me about my job and hobbies. And when she came back she asked me the same question even though we already talked about it! And she also told she was from USA, but her English was extremely poor. Obviously fake!

Twoo.com unauthorized account registration

I am highly disturbed at how an account has appeared in my name. I received a so called invite from a user of this facility and decided to have my email addressed unsubscribed from further emails. In this process I found myself on the site. Roughly 20 minutes later I received an email confirming that an account had been registered, providing me with the account details. This has left me extremely upset as I do not wish to have anything to do with this site what so ever. I did not provide any details, accept any terms and conditions or in any way request that an account be created in my name. Furthermore, like many others it seems, found that there is no support structure in place whatsoever. This has simply added to to my shock. I, therefore, kindly request that my details are removed and this account be closed immediately. This is not an unreasonable request. With that said, I do not wish to have to say anything further on this matter nor will I be following any instructions to have these requests auctioned as I did not create this account. Should I not receive a satisfactory answer in around 24 hours I will be escalating this further.

Twoo.com they used my photos!

These scammers used my photos on their site! They used my identity and photos to create a fake profile! I never used this site and never knew about it. But I was lucky to have a friend who is a big fan of dating sites. He called me and asked when I joined Twoo and why didn't I tell about it. The same day I joined the site and crated a profile. I could not believe that someone actually uses my identity, so I decided to check it myself. And yes, I was there! They purchased my personal information from some app on Facebook. I asked those criminals to delete my profile and later received an email with excuses. A week I got a call from my friend. Well, ChipMe created another fake profile with my personal information. There was everything there, even my published my geographic location! But I can't delete this profile, because they created it and I don't know the password. I'm so mad and sick of it!

This system is full of regrets! i got a week præmium for free, i didn't accept any service that twwo could charge my money for more weeks. but they still did! its there decision to give a week for free. but hiding the truth so the can recharge your account for more weeks after the free one is over, that is some really bad things! they just have to give poeples money back for all those things the do...

Thank you for your message. Please let me explain why you have been charged. Twoo Premium is a subscription service. When you upgraded it was clearly stated at the checkout and in your payment confirmation e-mail that you will be charged every week until you cancel your subscription, which you can do in your Settings. Please see a screenshot of this statement attached. I’m sorry that you have been surprised by this and, if you would us to, we can turn off the renewal for you. Please contact us at info-en@twoo.com and we will check it.

You can also turn your subscription off in your Settings section from the top right dropdown menu on the site.

I hope that this answer ends any confusion around how Twoo Premium works and I hope you continue to enjoy using Twoo to meet new people!

Twoo.com not willing to cooperate

On December 9, I filed a request to have an unauthorized twoo.com account be deleted. Prior to the request, I received a notice that was in Spanish. The profile, as it stood, was created with Spanish as its primary language. I corrected this and tried to find the means to contact customer service. Both the site and notification email did not have a viable means of contacting them about this. I did, however, manage to find an email. I contacted them requesting that they delete the account as I did not authorize it. I also cited the fact that the created account was a violation of my privacy rights, and no corrected actions taken would be seen as harassment. On December 10, less than 12 hours later, I received a response that completely disregarded everything I had stated. It told me that I was registered and I was to receive emails from those who were interested in me. They also said how I can avoid these messages, which means registering information for the account. Which I refuse to do. And I have sent them a second email, and expect the same results.

It is possible to delete the account by going to Settings and choosing Edit in the Account section, then clicking 'Delete account' and follow the instructions. For security reasons, you need a password to delete the account.

If you'd like us to delete the account for you, please let us know what was the email address used to delete it or provide us with the link to the profile.

Twoo.com cannot edit city/location on my profile

How do I change my location on Twoo? Moved to another city, but cannot edit city/location in my profile. And cannot ask technical support, cause you don't have one, so I post here. Please, consider a tech support service on your site. It would be really nice addition. Overall, site is good, keep it up.

You can change your location by going to the 'ID' section on your profile page. All you have to do is click “Edit” and choose the location you live in.
If you want to change your location only temporarily, e.g. because you are travelling, you can do this at the top of your profile by clicking “Update” in the “Now in” field. If you still encounter any difficulties with changing your location, please contact us at info-en@twoo.com we'll help you change it.

dating site twoo.com has been using account on name zanete mikelsone without any permission. in google is possible to find pictue and full profile on this name, but there have never been given permission to use it. there is no possibility to contact this site, to put complain directly to the website. i am thinking to put complaint to fbi page. many people have been complainng about this site, so maybe its time to shut it down.

Hi i've just found this netlog account through using pipl. (http://nl.netlog.com/smokeey_bear)
This account uses all my details or at least the false details I provided for an old hotmail address, but uses my correct name. That email address was hacked some years ago and I have since lost access to it.
I have not created this account so can you please remove it immediately as I believe it is being used for spam purposes. I've tried to report this through the netlog website and was blocked for some reason from submiting my report. Can you please remove this account as I find this highly suspicious and am considering contacting interpol as I believe possible identity theft may have taken place.

Im just as angry and someone has created the accounts sweet_kicky and jazz1992 as an attempt to slander the names of my sister and I. I have sent emails to that address but i have had no replies or apologies. Delete these accounts immediately and any trace of them or I will be forced to contact the authorities.

Account that has been created on name Zanete Mikelsone is false.And somebody is using it now with Zanete Mikelsone name. My name has been blackened! My security is in danger! If yo are not gonna delete this account i will be forced to write complaint to FBI and Interpol. You have ho rights to do this. So delete this account with my name now. Immediately. I was reading many people complaining about this website www.Twoo.com. Also complaining that this website is not deleting accounts.

Thank you for contacting us! You had an active account on Twoo, that has been transferred from Netlog. Netlog is joining forces with Twoo to enable you to chat and mingle with millions of new people.
I have now deleted your account on Twoo. If you never had an account on Netlog, please contact us at info-en@twoo.com, because someone might have access to your email.

I'm not sure where you got the information that we don't delete accounts. If someone has problems with deleting the account, we always do it for them. If you know someone that finds it difficult to do so, please tell them to contact us at info-en@twoo.com.

Twoo.com delete account

Twoo.com joined hands with Spring.me however I am not interested in Twoo. I don't trust the website. When I tried to unsubscribe from e-mails sent to my e-mail address this distrust was indeed confirmed. Clicking on the unsubscribe button gave the website the opportunity to withdraw personal information from my gmail account.

Having obtained the information together with the information from spring.me Twoo created a personal account on their website in my name. I tried deleting the account without success. What a a hateful and despising people to deal with! You are taking my freedom from me ... remove the account created without my specific permission.

Hi Douw,

I am very sorry that you feel this way about Twoo. Please let me explain what exactly happened. In July 2015 Spring.me and Twoo joined forces. Since Spring.me was no longer going to be active and we weren't able to keep the platform up due to technical issues, we didn't want the users to lose all the information from their profiles, nor their contacts, so we have decided to transfer the accounts to Twoo.

I have now deleted your account, so you shouldn't receive any more emails from us.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced by the account, it was never our intention to make you upset.

Twoo.com violation of privacy

Good day, I am sick and tired of these dating site. i got an email to say i am registered to twoo, never in my life, my wife went into this account and deleted it but yet i still get emails from twoo about girls whom wants to meet me, this is causing ttrouble in my relationship, we did try to email the address twoo provides but the email failed due to address not a real email address, i want my gmail account removed from this site foreseen i did not register to them and are sick and tired of receiving emails from them. my wife and i see this as a violation of our privacy. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my wife [protected]@yahoo.co.za
Please i need this removed from my account. kind regards m booth

Hello Marc,

My name is Kasia and I'm a Community Manager on Twoo.com. I'm sorry to hear you receive unwanted emails from us. I wish you have contacted us through our helpdesk before (on our email info‐en@twoo.com), then we could've helped you much faster.

I see you mentioned you have tried to contact us before. If you decided to do so by just clicking 'Reply' to one of those emails you received, then we wouldn't get the message. The emails are sent from a no-reply email, as you should be able to check in the invalid address return emails.

From what I see you had an account on Twoo coupled with your gmail. The account has been confirmed through your email, so if you don't think you have created it, I recommend changing the credentials to your email. The account has already been deleted, so no more notification emails will be sent.

Most likely you still receive invitations from your friends who want you to visit our website and create an account. At the bottom of those emails there's an 'Unsubscribe' link that allows you to stop them. However you won't need to do that anymore. I have just added both marc69586@gmail.com and nnpi_irrigation@yahoo.co.za to our special list, which means no more emails will be sent to you or your wife.

Twoo.com deducted my amount without intimation

On april 20 my HSBC bank account has been deducted with £21.49 towards twoo.com.
I am shocked how can you deduct my account without informing me. i have not opted for any renewal service. I want my money to be refunded. Please let me know about the same. my mail id naveen.[protected]@gmail.com

Hello Naveen,

I see that you have contacted our Helpdesk at info-en@twoo.com and the situation was already solved. Twoo Unlimited is a subscription service, of which we inform at the checkout and in the payment confirmation e-mail. The subscription can be canceled from Settings, but since you haven't stopped it, you have been charged again. I’m sorry that you have been surprised by this, it was never our intention to cause you any inconvenience.

I hope the situation is clear now, but if there's anything else we could explain to you, don't hesitate to contact us.
