Today 28 jan 2013 you people deducted money from my credit card . I need the refund . You have to inform about renewal of the service . You cant just deduct the money.

Please let me explain why you've been charged. Today you've purchased 12 months of Premium. This transaction was not automatic and you had to trigger it. We're sorry you've been surprised by this. I’ll arrange for a refund through your credit card immediately. The amount will either not be billed, or will be credited to your credit card as soon as possible. Your subscription will be cancelled starting from today.

Dear Ankush,
You bought a 3-monthly Unlimited subscription on 29 October 2012, which was renewed automatically as is explained on the site and in the e-mail we sent you after your initial purchase. If you want to stop your Unlimited subscription, you can easily do this on the Twoo Unlimited page by clicking ‘Edit’ and then ‘Stop my subscription’ at the bottom left. Like this, you won’t be charged anymore. We've now stopped your Unlimited account for you and refunded your last transaction.

You debited me on twoo today whereas i deleted my profile also many weeks ago. How can you debit when profile itself is not there. Please orgaise refund and dont debit again. Am not impressed with twoo and not interested anymore. Ensure no more debits and work out refund.

These guys save your card details even if you use once your card on their website and keep on charging you whenever they want.

Twoo is constantly deducting my money, I mailed them and they told me they deactivated the account and they still deduct my money
I need a full refund

Today 2400 INR was deducted from my credit card for renewal of my premium membership.
I did not opt for any renewal then why this happened?

Also I was not asked for any payment transaction details then how my credit card was used for the payment. Are you storing my credit card information?

This is absolutely incorrect and illegal to deduct money from my credit card without my consent.
Please check on this and revert the amount as soon as possible.

My name is Marcel Sandu. I am using twoo site often but never happend this. On 6th and 7th of May this site charged for my account 80 pounds without my authorized. I would like to request a refund because I need my money back because that was stolen from my account.

After registering on Twoo.es and subscribing to the Premium Service my credit card was charged €71.99 + €23.99 + €14.99 for the subscription on 31-12-2015.

I subsequently canceled the subscription as soon as the system would allow, but my card was charged €71.99 again on 31-03-2016 and again on 29-06-2016, both without my authorisation.

Please cancel my subscription and refund the two unauthorised charges to my credit card.

Thank you for contacting us. Let me explain you why you've been charged. Recently we offered you a free week of Premium subscription. When you opted for that, we informed you that after the subscription ends, your Premium would be automatically renewed after a week. I'm sorry that you have been surprised by this.
You can turn your subscription off in your Settings section from the top right dropdown menu on the site.
