Extremely unprofessional behavior
Money transferred on 25th Jan 2020 to my son's account in US for college fee, agent confirmed it will be credited by 29th Jan, following up since then, no resolution till now. Every day they say, will credit next day. This unprofessional behavior, we will face financial loss and could lead to termination of student enrollment from college

It's been 7 days the branch says the money is processed but the can't give me proof of the transaction and my bank has not received any funds every time we follow up someone lies to us, they first said it was processed on the 28 which was a lie. This has resulted in our son not being able to register for his final year in university.
We still haven't received the funds and all they do is lie to us. We have contacted them a number of time enquiring what is going on but every time we get a different story, the first story was that it will be credited to our account that evening as it was already sent on the 28 the date we called was the 29th then again on the 31 January 2020 we were told the its already sent to South Africa but they cant give us proof as it is not ready yet till to date we have not received anything and they do not even bother to give us any update or reasons as to why funds are delaying. I'm suspecting this is how they make their interest by holding on to our funds so that wherever they have kept them may generate interest. This is very bad as a child has to suffer and spend a year not studying because they did not send the funds and now he missed his registration date for the year and it's his final year.

I had carried out an online money transfer to India into my wife's account on the 2nd of December 2019 and i got a text message from UAE exchange on 6th of December 2019 that the money has been credited to my beneficiary account.
Once we reached India and checked my wife's account on 9th of December it was found that no money was credited into her account. Upon checking with UAE exchange they said they will check with The bank and provide the confirmation after 24 hours.
We checked again with our Bank branch manager on 10th of December and he asked for the receipt from UAE exchange for the transaction and found that the account number has gone wrong and the wrong account number does not exist. So when I called UAE exchange and told them that the account number is wrong said as per the bank the money is credited and will register a complaint and get back in 24hours. I had also sent an email on this issue on 10th of December and got a response from UAE exchange that they will verify the status with the bank and respond back and no time frame was provided, however i got a text message stating that "hope your query is resolved kindly share your feedback".
I again sent a reminder email on 11th of December and have no response from UAE exchange.
I accept that there is a mistake due to my typo error, however how come UAE exchange provides An update that money is credited into the account without verifying the account holders name which was also provided at the time of initiating the transaction, moreover the wrong account does not exist.
Now i have no update of where my money has gone and whom to contact for my money as UAE exchange is not providing any information or even any document to state that the money is actually credited.

I transferred fund through UAE Exchange App on Friday 8th @10 am to india and still money not received, they have many excuses that bank close, holiday and all and today 13th Nov in the morning agreed that within couple of hours money will credited in account but still not received.one of the worst service i ever experienced.once call them they used to take your 8-10 minuted to reach them, than again takes your time and sometime they cut your call as 2 times they did today.
They are harassing people, normally people transfer fund india for work purpose, but UAE exchange is playing with customers money.even i am going to complain to central bank.

I made the transaction thru UAE Exchange mobile app last October 7 and transfer the money to ADCB - UAE Exchange Bank Account last October 8. I called the customer service to ask the status and I was told to send an email of my bank debit statement of acct for proof that I have transferred the money. I did. I waited for an email from your team with regards with the status but I did not receive anything. I called again to follow up couple of times but I received the same info which is ''the issue was sent to the concerned department and they are looking at it.'' It's been how many days but until now it is not resolved yet! I thought online transaction is faster and easier. It's not a big amount of money but my friend really needs it as she is very sick and she stopped her medications because of this delay.
I am so disappointed from your unsatisfactory level of customer service. Your team could have at least send me an email to update me with the status.
Please do something about it ASAP.

But I didn't received the summer cooler voucher. why its was too delay and treating of customers are too delay. 2 Days now i didn't get any call back from your side. I was receiving an error message " to resubmit my Emirates ID to the nearest branch" while doing online transaction, which i already did few months ago.
As i wanted to make some urgent transfer so i visited UAE exchange center at al wahdah Mall on 7th Sept 2019, and presented my EID to the counter staff and asked the reason for this error. they said it is the procedure you have to submit the Emirates ID whenever we required. we had a little argument about this, anyhow after a while she said your account is activated.
when i came home and try to login the online account it was complete disabled. she has disabled my account intentionally and contacted customer service several time but my account remain disabled until now.
I am dealing with UAE exchange since more than 7 years and never though of any other exchange and had very good transaction record but this incident is a eye opener for me that don't rely complete on single exchange

Today I went to apply for gocash card. I told customer rep the I have only a copy of eim id with me and she checked with someone inside and then asked me stand me in the long que to get it done.When I reached the counter they told me Emirates ID copy is not accepted and they need the original.I spent 1 more than 1 hr only to be rebuked at the counter

I made an online transfer of AED 1000/- vide above mentioned transaction reference After following up multiple times and being informed by your call center representatives that amount will be credited to my account within 2-3 working days, to my surprise and shock, I was informed on 06th Aug that transaction has been cancelled due to Emirates ID expiry and that I will be refunded an amount of AED 985/- instead of AED 1000/-. I did not agree to that and even your representative understood it. He then advised me to write an email clarifying my stance (Refer Request ID 3994182 and attachment to this complaint). I did that on same day and then again followed up multiple times for refund of AED 1000/-. Yesterday after so much of follow up and waiting for 10 days, I got a refund of AED 985/- only.
This is my official complaint that "Why should a Customer suffer because of system issue of UAE Exchange". If my Emirates ID expiry is the reason, why I was allowed to continue even with the transaction and made to suffer?
In fact, UAE Exchange should be thankful to me for highlighting a system fault/snag so that other Customers do not suffer in future.

Hi my name is AJIN, I would like to raise a compliant against your online money transfer service. I have done a transaction of AED 5000 equivalent INR TT with ref no [protected] on AUG 7 2019 and I transferred AED 5000 from my Rak bank account to your Rak bank account on 9th of AUG. But unfortunately the transaction [protected] got cancelled on 13th of AUG 2019. So I reinitiated the transaction with same amount and the ref no is [protected]. Still now the transaction is not processed. Yesterday when I called your customer care executive she informed I will be getting a confirmation yesterday itself. But I didn't get any reply. If u can't process the TT do refund the same to me it's been almost 1 week . And I didn't expect such a miserable service from your end.

I made a transaction to India on 4th August 2019. Until Wednesday amount not credited to my bank account in India. on Wednesday evening when I call and check then only they are replying that transaction got rejected due to account lock. When the transaction fails they didn't inform me.
So I requested for refund, so i initiated on Wednesday evening and they said Friday i will get refunded. but till today (14/08/2019) amount not refunded. whenever calling to customer care they will say that they will contact concern team and ask them to call.
But no progress on my refund.

I had sent money from UAE exchange metro branch of CAD $ 200 for which representative asked me for additional CAD $ 15 which would be deducted by intermediate bank and 200 will be credited
However only 167 has been credited, Why soo less? What are these charges for?
For sending CAD $ 200 if I have to pay AED 658 which is too high and moreover if same been informed to me initially then I wouldn't have send through your exchange

This is regarding Txn group no 00052440B4160E212 which i exchanged 6650 Euros to Omani riyal on 22.06.2019, complaining as i recieved very poor rate as confused by your counterstaff he told me higher amount and after collecting cash from my hand then gave me a different price.Also after the transaction he ran away did not face me body language shows he had done something worng and so he hid himself .
Your solution sir 6650 euros to 2880 riyals which i have to pay is loss for me, i have to pay 20 riyals extra to you so please advice another solution.Unfortunately, I checked with other money exchange managers they told me different story.
6650 euro to omr conversion yesterday travelex offered better rate 2800+ .Which means uae exchange has poor rate always as checked yesterday for same amount was 2847.
I am not saying you cheated me but you have to accept uae exchange has poorest exchange rate compared to its competitors. You also adviced me why I didn't go to travelex if they gave me better rate before ? Sure next time I will go to travelex or lulu exchange why should I deal with poor exchange rate sellers? Your employee confused me first when I asked him to exchange from euro to omr he said first 2900 then he said that was selling price and gave me 2860OMR.
I assure you if I was dealing with other money exchangers I would have got a refund difference by now, because your employee did not tell me correct rate on first time and this is your company mistake, also in other companies there are helpful managers who can resolve my issue as they care for their customers .As I know I won't be getting my money difference, its time to say good bye as I won't be dealing with you ever again and that's good for both of us. i can request you for a simple solution if you wish to help me.
If you could exchange my 6650 Euros and take it to travelex or any money exchange which give good rate they will give you a much better rate say 2880+or fluctuating difference of 20-40 more OMR minimum .( UAE exchange was only 2859.5 means you are making higher profit than all others & big loss for me) .Just pay me the difference which you recieved and this chapter is closed.
If not, Hope your counter staff and managers got good commission with my money let them enjoy. But if there is God, those who tricked me will pay a price.
