On 06/29/2024 I was visiting a uhal company I went there to enquirer about a truck to move my daughter out of are my home long story short I walked in and slipped on the wet floor there was no wet floor signs out or anywhere to be found I was treated badly I asked for a ambulance and I was told that they was about to close this happened in Jacksonville Florida Southside Blvd I asked for a incident report and they never gave me anything I had no records to show my injuries I’ve lost so much my job my vehicle I did call and inquired about a lawyer to find out my rights from my understanding they want too dollars and will go to the Extent of winning this claim I’m trying to work with the adjusters but it’s looking like I will have to hire a lawyer

U-Haul really dropped the ball on this one. You slipped on a wet floor with no signs in sight, and instead of helping, they brushed you off like it was closing time at a diner. No incident report, no help, and now you're dealing with the fallout. Sounds like they’re more focused on clocking out than on customer safety. If the adjusters aren’t stepping up, a lawyer might be your best bet to get what you deserve.
