5 a.m. in the morning--went in to get coffee--hardly any coffee made--countertops from the previous day were filthy and apparently not wiped off--the creamer was curdled--so I had to throw the first cup in their sink and try again. And for-warned another customer who was getting coffee to be careful with creamer.
I don't understand why the employees let the store look like this--you are getting paid to do a job and as long as UDF has been in business it makes them look bad--almost afraid to get any ice cream or sandwiches that must be made. I give this particular store business 2 days a week. I go in for the French roast coffee is not even made some days--so I have to request they make it--sometimes I get a look or attitude when I ask it to be made. Tell me where it all is and I'll make it myself.
All this shouldn't be happening especially after the pandemic we have just gone through the past 3 years and undoubtedly will go through again with fall setting in and winter behind. No hand sanitizer is sitting out--in this case, it should be accessible to the customers if the store isn't going to be kept clean.
Desired outcome: Customers would like employees to keep it clean--the manager keeps it clean when they are working. If the manager isn't present the employees don't bother to keep it clean.
