Never have I been so disrespected and/or humiliated by a person such as the young child (child - because of her actions) at a UDF then I was today. Springdale and Kemper Avenue UDF — will never suggest or advise anyone to visit this store. Rude mouth, disrespectful (I was called B*ch's) walked up on and really was about to have a fight. The manager was great but can't handle that employee. Customers begged me to please leave and let it go because that girl was off the chain with her mouth, cussing, and yelling. Will continue to pray for the young girl with child because she is going to need it. Bad part about its Mary another manager showed up when I was leaving and laughed about the whole thing. The manager there told her to call me before I left and still no call. There for management isn't being management but being a friend and letting the poor Customer Service happen.
Immediately report the incident to United Dairy Farmers’ corporate office, detailing the aggressive behavior and inappropriate language used by the employee at the Springdale and Kemper Avenue location. Include the date and time of the incident, as well as the fact that no follow-up occurred despite the manager’s instructions.
