I purchased the sofa in 2023, never used my Uniters warranty until I tried 2 days ago. My cat peed on the sofa 3 times, but it was all within a 24-hour period. I reported it immediately and did not treat it myself as instructed by the warranty company. Had I treated it myself I might have been able to take care of it but now the sofa is a lost cause. They told me that because it was 3 times it was not covered. They claimed it was repetitive, as if I ignored the issue. They did not get back to me for 5 days. Again, this was all in a 24-hour period with no response from the Uniters Warranty. Their app is cumbersome, and you cannot talk to a live person either. If they had been responsive that would have not happened. I will never buy a warranty with this company again or a sofa from living spaces. I am very disappointed in this company. This sounds like fraud to me and would have been very easy to treat. This company only cares about the bottom line and not the customer. I will be doing negative yelp reviews on living spaces as well as the warranty company.
