1) Poor CS & doesn't take feedback about their drivers. UniUni provides poor Customer Service and is not serious about receiving feedback about their drivers & service. Customer Support Form on their website is not working and returns error message "Failed to create ticket. Please try again.". Have tried multiple times, 4 days in a row with same result. I contacted UniUni at 424-284-2432 and spoke with James to file a complaint regarding a driver. Offered details on driver & vehicle, but he declined to take the information. He only asked for my email and telephone #. He stated I would be contacted within 24 hours by email to address the complaint. I have not received any email or telephone call from UniUni.
2) Have not been able to file complaint about their driver. Driver blocks residential driveways preventing access going in/out. This is NOT the first time this vehicle had done this and parked illegally. Driver lives in the area and this is not for a delivery being made. Driver has no consideration for laws or anyone else but himself. Why didn't he park in front of his own driveway? White Camry with California license plate. I've seen 3-5 different vehicles parked in the area with the UniUni stickers.
Desired outcome: 1) Contact by business2) Business to address issue with their driver to obeying traffic laws and parking vehicle where it is not blocking driveways preventing in/out access.
