I made a typo on my address and UniUni last updated my package as "In Dispatch" at a location near me. I called the location to see if I could arrange a pickup since it was nearby. The location said that "UniUni no longer comes to their location and has been using their location unethically."
I then tried contacting UniUni via phone (during Midday). Phone line said (something along the lines of) "There is currently no representatives available to take your call. Goodbye". Same conclusion at 2nd attempt 2hrs later. I submitted a ticket and offered to pickup nearby (If Package is still nearby), as well as offered to provide correct address for redelivery. It's been a week and no reply. Just an automated email saying they got my ticket.
I had to resort to Shein offering my correct address for redelivery or else demanding a full refund (unfortunately package is lost at this point if, they too, don't know & cant access UniUni to find out where it is).
My only fear is that UniUni may be taken advantage of, by the location they submitted, by stealing packages (keeping them) and providing dishonest service to customers (by lying that UniUni isn't there). I hope that if that is the case, then for UniUni to hopefully start leaving packages at (reputable and reliable) postal offices, at least!
Claimed loss: $200 worth of clothes. 10+ days of "shipping"
Desired outcome: Contact me for redelivery options & ethical work procedures. I'm willing to provide the info of the loc. i called to assist in your investigation (if you care).
