Terrible Experience with US-Appliance: Got Charged $7.8K for Nothing!
So, I gotta say I had a pretty bad experience with US-Appliance. I ended up buying a gas stove from them for a whopping $7,810.80 back around the end of September 2020, after shopping around for a bit online. This salesperson dude said he'd email me a confirmation of the purchase, but he never did. I just assumed the whole thing didn't go through.
Well, turns out I was wrong! On October 19th, I got notified that my shipment was on its way. I didn't recognize what the heck it was for, so I gave their customer service line a call. And man, those folks sure didn't waste any time giving me grief! They straight up told me I needed to be more responsible and keep a better eye on my credit card app. Like, what the heck?
Anyway, I explained that I never got any kind of confirmation or invoice or anything, and that I didn't even remember what company I had ordered from. They eventually emailed me an invoice on that same day, acknowledging that they had totally dropped the ball and didn't send me anything beforehand. They still wouldn't refund me, though, even though they hadn't even told me that an order had been placed!
So, understandably, I had to dispute everything with my American Express card. They ended up giving me back $6,114.10, after claiming I was responsible for some cancellation fees and shipping and handling charges. But I never actually got the product! They still kept $1,696.70 of my hard-earned cash, for nothing.
Overall, I gotta say that these US-Appliance folks are pretty darn terrible. They didn't communicate with me at all, they were rude when I called, and they still ended up keeping a ton of my money that I definitely didn't owe them. Stay far away from this company, folks.
Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with US-Appliance
Man, I wish I had better things to say about US-Appliance, but the fact is that it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered some appliances back in June, but without giving me a heads up (calling or emailing), the order was simply canceled, and I had to find that out the hard way, by checking regularly for updates.
I am aware there's a pandemic going on, and back-orders are common, so I decided to wait until today to give them a call. The sales representative seemed overworked and apologized for the inconvenience, stating that they had canceled my order due to a billing code issue caused by me using a post office box. I was left with only one option: to order online and wait up to another 6-8 weeks until the appliances were in my hands.
As you can probably imagine, I was quite upset. And to make matters worse, when I spoke with a manager, they didn't seem to care at all. The manager didn't take responsibility for the mistake and instead aggressively shifted the blame onto me by stating that "they emailed me several times" (which is a lie - I check all my email accounts, including the junk box).
Both the sales representative and the manager claimed that the email has most probably been blocked by Gmail, as this is a common issue with their customers. It is simply not good business practice to neglect a customer and lie to them to cover internal errors.
Due to COVID-19 and the increase in appliance sales, it seems like US-Appliance does not care about particular sales, especially when it comes to customers spending several thousand dollars on a product. Needless to say, I am in the midst of a kitchen renovation, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible Experience with US Appliance: Lies about Shipping Policy and Rude Representatives
US Appliance is worth zero stars in my book. This company can't be trusted; they lied to me about their shipping policy and their representatives were downright rude. One of their agents assured me that they could split and ship the order as the appliances became available, which was a crucial factor in my decision to buy from them. I was planning to break down the order into smaller orders for faster delivery as I needed the appliances urgently. However, months after ordering, I was hit with a shipping fee for each delivery. I had sent numerous emails to ensure the order was being split as promised, and no one mentioned the charges until it was too late.
To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager, Ron, he was incredibly ignorant and lacked proper etiquette. He bluntly stated that no one had promised to split and ship the order, and that the customer (me) hears what they want to hear. I was shocked by this response as I have a lot of experience in similar conversations with other retailers, and none of them had ever been as rude or unprofessional as Ron.
Furthermore, the customer experience at US Appliance is disorganized and unfriendly. Ron's behavior was unacceptable, and he even hung up on me when he realized I wasn't happy with his response. He seems to care only about his version of the story and didn't bother checking with other colleagues to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
Overall, US Appliance is a mess of a company, both in its policies and customer service. I strongly advise against using them, and their website has misleading self-selected reviews. I suggest checking sites like Yelp and BBB to verify the accuracy of any reviews.
Buyer Beware: Damaged Goods and Delays with US Appliance
i got a thing to say bout US Appliance. i dunno what i was thinkin buying from them but they said they had what i wanted when noone else did so i gave it a shot. boy was that a mistake. i ordered a kitchenaid fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave in black stainless. they said theyd ship in feb but then it kept gettin pushed back to march and then april. i kept findin the stuff elsewhere and cancelin my order bit by bit. weird thing is, as soon as i canceled some of the stuff and bought em elsewhere, suddenly they had the items ready to ship. like wtf?
anyway, the range that finally shipped was dropped and messed up on the side but we couldnt return it cause we missed the window. we had to pay 240 bucks to send it back and get a replacement. when the next one came it was still dented. now our dishwasher is also dented and we cant return it cause of that tight timeframe. the fridge had cosmetic damage but we needed it. the delivery guy said this happens a lot cuz their pallets and packaging are crap.
i think they just sell damaged stuff and put it in nice new boxes. dont buy from us appliance unless u want a migraine and stuff that looks like it got beat up by a dragon. dont be like me, learn from my mistake.
Us-appliance.com Fails to Deliver on Promised Timeline and Customer Service
So, I gotta tell ya, I ordered my new appliances from us-appliance.com back in April, ya know, 04/01/2021, and was super stoked to get my new stuff in 8-10 weeks. But, boy howdy, was I ever disappointed when I called them up on June 7th to check on the progress and was told my range wouldn't be delivered until dang near September! What's up with that? And to top it off, they didn't even bother to give me a heads up about this insane delay! That really chapped my hide!
Well, I called them again today, on July 7th, and talked to this dude Ron, who said he was the Manager. So, I asked him why they're still taking orders and telling folks they'll get their stuff in 8-10 weeks, when they know darn well it's gonna be way longer than that. And, let me tell you, this Ron fella didn't take kindly to my questionin'. He said I was callin' him a liar and saw on my order notes that I was "rude" the last time I called. Well, heck, I was just frustrated! I mean, I spent over 9 grand on these appliances and I still don't have a solid delivery date! That's crazy!
Anyways, Ron starts gettin' all defensive and says, "Well, would you be upset if you bought a new car and it was back-ordered for a long time?" I mean, what kind of analogy is that? I ain't buyin' a car, I'm buyin' appliances! And, I was promised a delivery date of June 2021, not near as fall!
So, here's the deal, folks. I think us-appliance.com is pullin' a fast one on us customers. They're takin' our money and promisin' us timely deliveries, but they ain't followin' through with their end of the bargain. And, on top of that, they ain't even tryin' to make it right! That Ron dude coulda at least tried to help me out, instead of gettin' all testy with me.
So, just a heads up, if you're thinkin' about buyin' appliances from us-appliance.com, you might wanna reconsider. Cuz, honestly, I don't think it's worth the headache or the waitin'. Ya hear me?
Avoid US Appliance: False Advertising, Rude Salespeople, and Scamming Customers
This company, US Appliance, is not recommended at all. Let me tell you, I had a horrible experience trying to buy a TV from them. I received a confirmation email stating my order had gone through, but the next day, I got another email from them saying that they canceled my order because the price was incorrect on their website. What a scam! Can you believe it? I was so upset, so I emailed them to complain, but no one got back to me. Then, I called to find out what had happened and the salesperson was so rude to me. Can you imagine that?
I did some digging and found out that this company has a history of price errors, which seems fishy to me. In fact, it seems like they do it on purpose so that people will go to their website and buy other things while they are there. They either have terrible management or are committing false advertising crimes. If they were a well-run online retailer, they would have procedures in place to prevent this from happening.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction and are only interested in scamming people. It's a shame that businesses like this still exist in this day and age. Just be careful and don't fall for their tricks like I did.
US-Appliance Review: Good Prices, Poor Service and Processing Time
The US-Appliance website is pretty decent, but they could use some improvements. I placed an order for a bundle pack deal online, but I had to input my credit card information to see the discount. It was nerve-wracking, to say the least. Even though the price was discounted online, I called the sales line, and they gave me a better deal. They offered me a price of $1,846 with free shipping compared to the online price of $2.1k. It was definitely worth it to speak to someone. I bought a Samsung 3D TV along with a warranty that was better than what other stores offered. Nevertheless, I'm honestly starting to doubt my purchase. I made the order at the beginning of the week, and it is still being processed. I tried calling them every day, but I haven't heard back from them. I received an order confirmation email for the warranty and the invoice, but I'm not sure if they've charged me for it yet. When I called them, they didn't recognize the invoice number. I feel like I've been robbed blind of a warranty for a product they haven't even processed yet. When I researched how long it would take them to deliver my product, it's going to take a minimum of ten days to arrive. I calculated that it would take about two weeks to a month from picking up the phone to talking to my lawyer. Honestly, I would recommend that you save yourself the stress and order directly from a reputable site. The cost savings never materialized in reality. It will end up being flat with a month-long wait compared to a regular store. They always say that they are busy, but so am I, and that's why I wanted to order online instead of in-person. The moral of the story is if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Attention to Detail from US Appliance - A Complete Disaster!
I ain't gonna lie, my experience with US Appliance was a complete disaster. I dealt with the sales manager, Franco, who claimed that it was a family-owned business but let me tell you, I didn't sense any family involvement in the way they handle things. Franco's attitude was rude and dismissive, and he didn't even bother addressing my issues. He just wanted to argue and ignore my complaints. Not cool at all.
So here's the deal - I spent my life savings on a brand new custom-designed kitchen, which I was excited about. I specifically wanted a 36 inch French door stainless steel refrigerator to be the centerpiece of my kitchen. I mean, who wouldn't want that? But imagine my surprise and utter disappointment when I found out that the refrigerator I received was only 30 inches instead of the 36 inches that I had ordered. This left a hideous gap in the space where my kitchen wanted a 36 inch fridge to fit, completely ruining the design I had in mind. Believe you me, it looks terrible and to make matters worse, I really needed that extra space. As someone who is physically challenged and living on social security, buying groceries on sale and in bulk is a necessity for me. Now, I'm stuck with a fridge that's too small for my needs and it looks totally out of place in my kitchen. Not to mention, I can't return it because it's custom-made.
Here's where the good customer service comes in: I had ordered a slide-in range from another company named Plessers before, and let me tell you, they did everything right. They called me to confirm what I had ordered and gave me a detailed description of what they were shipping. When I received it, they called again to make sure I got what I ordered. I was totally impressed with their service and I highly recommend them. US Appliance, on the other hand, didn't give me that same level of attention to detail. There was no follow-up call to confirm my order or even a description of the fridge on the invoice or delivery ticket. Franco claimed there was no room for a description and frankly, that's just a lame excuse. A refrigerator is a big investment and should come with a proper description, don't you agree? This was the last piece of my dream kitchen puzzle and they ruined it for me.
Overall, I would highly recommend steering clear of US Appliance. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service really left me high and dry, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience. Stick with Plessers or find another reputable company that cares about their customers.
Buyer Beware: US-Appliance is Not Trustworthy!
buyers Beware!
i ordered from these guys and it's been a total mess. they keep telling me lies and i don't know if i'll even get my order. if you're thinking of buying from them, think again. they're not trustworthy.
so, i ordered a TV over the phone on 2/14. they said they'd send me an email confirmation that day or the next, but i didn't get anything. i called them the next day and they said the order had processed and that the email would go out "now". i still didn't get an email and they charged my card.
on 2/16, i called them again and they told me that the email they'd sent might've been blocked by gmail altogether and asked me for another email address. i thought that was ridiculous. they're a business trying to do things online, but they have trouble even getting emails through to people? it doesn't make sense.
i kept calling them and they kept lying to me. they said that my order had processed and that the email was going out "now", but i never got anything. they wouldn't give me a confirmation number or anything even though they'd already charged my card. that's just not right.
i even tried messaging them on Slickdeals, but they just told me they were short on TVs. whatever that means. they said my order should be here in 7-10 business days, but i still hadn't even gotten a confirmation email or number from them.
so, on 2/17, i cancelled my order and disputed the charge with my credit card. i ordered the same TV from Amazon instead and it's already on its way. i'd rather pay a bit more and get it from a company i trust than deal with shady people like this.
don't make the same mistake i did. stay away from US-Appliance.
US-Appliance Review: Nightmare Experience with Damaged Appliances and Unhelpful Customer Service
Used US-Appliance for a second time and they really let me down this time. My dad and I used them over a year ago for an investment property and everything was great, except for some damage on the dishwasher that we didn't notice. This time around, it's a completely different story.
First of all, it took a whole month to get the appliances even though they said delivery would only take 1-3 weeks. We ordered on July 22nd and didn't receive them until August 23rd. The delivery men were behind schedule and seemed in a rush, but my family did a thorough inspection of all items by cutting the cardboard off the sides of the boxes. At the time, everything seemed okay so we signed the delivery papers and let the men leave.
However, when we were moving the appliances into the garage, we noticed that the oven had a completely bent leg and the hinge was also bent, causing the door to not shut properly. We inspected every side of the box before, but this damage was only visible when the oven was lifted and looked at from underneath. We sent two emails with pictures to US Appliance for a resolution, but received no reply. When we called customer service, they were extremely rude and refused to help, saying we failed to adhere to their 24-hour damage policy (how can we report damage we don't see?!).
We then contacted Frigidaire and they sent out a technician who determined that the range was structurally damaged and could not be fixed. Frigidaire refused to replace it and told us to contact US Appliance again. But when we called US Appliance, they basically told us we were out of luck, since we didn't have the original box. We were beyond frustrated at this point and had to dispute the charges with our credit card company.
It's been almost two months since this whole ordeal started and we finally received a refund, but it's too little too late. The shipping company even failed to pick up the defective range the first time they were supposed to. We're still waiting for the refund to fully process. This entire process was an inconvenience and nightmare, and US-Appliance did nothing to help us except take our money.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and wished I had read the Yelp reviews before buying. Many others have the same story as me and I regret ever doing business with them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Mixed experience with US-Appliance: Great website, frustrating delivery experience
US-Appliance has everything I was looking for on their website. It was easy to navigate and find what I needed. However, I do have some concerns about their delivery policy. While I understand the importance of inspecting a package before signing for it, my recent experience with one of their drivers was frustrating.
The driver arrived over an hour late, and then parked in the middle of the road. He helped me unload the package onto a cart, and handed me the delivery paper. At this point, I was supposed to inspect the package before signing for it. However, it was winter and there was deep snow on the ground. It was also cold and windy outside, which would have made inspecting the package a challenging task.
Understandably, I did not want to risk exposing the package to the elements and possible damage by opening it outside. Repacking the box would have taken too long, and the driver was not able to help me bring it into the house. So, I reluctantly signed the paper, knowing that I would not receive any help if there was damage.
I appreciate US-Appliance's policy, but I feel like they did not understand my situation. If this were to happen again, I would have to reconsider buying from them. It's important to note that I have other options for purchasing my items, and I will explore those before I come back to US-Appliance. In the end, I hope they consider reviewing their delivery policy to help accommodate their customers in similar situations.
Beware of US Appliance: Terrible Service & Delayed Deliveries
Don't buy from US Appliance! I never wrote one of these reviews before, but I felt so strongly that I had to. We got every new appliance we needed from them and had to purchase a total of 7 items. Their prices were lowlowlow, which is why we choose them, but their service was just as bad. Our appliances were delivered damaged, which made us wait for months to have them replaced. It costs just as much as any other company once you factor in all the waiting and replacements. We ordered all our stuff back in October, they told us it would only take 2-3 weeks, but we STILL don't have 2 of our items - that's over 2 1/2 months of waiting. And the delivery company they use is terrible! If you're thinking of ordering from US Appliance, please heed my advice and don't do it. If you're already in this presdicament, I hope you'll have better luck than we did. But if you do order from them, be prepared to be annoyed and waiting for a while. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
US-Appliance Review: Great Prices but Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Times
I was on a remodeling mission and wanted the best appliances for my newly designed home. I opted to shop at US-Appliance since I heard they provide quality appliances at an affordable price. Their prices were great, and I was able to buy multiple appliances for my home. Even with multiple transactions, their prices were consistent and very competitive, which is something I appreciated.
However, I wasn't happy with their delivery times. They charged my credit card right away when I placed the order, but my orders took too long to arrive. But, I have to say that their service was generally satisfactory.
However, things went downhill with my most recent order. I purchased a Bosch electric kitchen range, and it arrived damaged. I wanted it replaced, but the process of resolving the matter was frustrating and showed their true character in a negative light.
They were insensitive to my needs as a customer, and it took a significant amount of my time to resolve this issue. It wasn't until I involved American Express that they took action, but by then, so much time was wasted.
I was disappointed in their customer service and will not do business with them again. I learned that you only know the real quality and business practice of a company when things go wrong, and in this case, I was left wanting more.

Disappointing Experience with US-Appliance: Delayed Order, Damaged Appliance, and Poor Communication
Not gonna lie, I was pretty bummed about my experience with US-Appliance. I was super stoked to score a Miele Dishwasher G4977 during their Memorial Day sale, but things quickly went south. My order was delayed a whopping 6 weeks, and the excuses they gave me were honestly weak. Like, "we had to send it back because of damage" and "we're waiting for Miele to ship the item"- really guys? I get that delays happen, but this was a bit much.
To make matters worse, my credit card was charged right when I placed the order, not when the appliance actually shipped. Um, what? That doesn't seem right to me. Finally, when the dishwasher did arrive, the box was all ripped up and the appliance was damaged. I had to refuse delivery, and the US-Appliance manager offered to lower the price by a couple hundred bucks or wait another few weeks for it to ship from Germany. Not gonna work for me. I asked for a refund and went with another company instead.
Honestly, the only positive thing about my US-Appliance experience was the customer service rep Scott. He was super nice to me, but there wasn't much he could do to help since his management seemed pretty apathetic. Oh, and I found out that US-Appliance was offering tax-free shipping to my state after a new tax law went into effect last April. Wish they would've told me that upfront!
All in all, not impressed with US-Appliance. I'd recommend shopping around before committing to a purchase with them.
Terrible Experience with US Appliance: Poor Customer Service and Additional Fees
My experience with US Appliance has been really terrible. I mean, they delivered a wrecked dishwasher and told me they won't make any compensation for me having to take another day off work for the delivery of a replacement. I was really ticked off, like, what kind of customer service is that? But then again, when I called them up because the fridge I ordered was too huge to fit into my kitchen, they told me that I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping, both for sending the appliance back to the warehouse, and also for delivering the new one. I mean, what's up with that? Why am I being charged for their mistake?
If they can't get their deliveries right, I shouldn't be the one to suffer the consequences. Plus, if they're shipping the damaged dishwasher back to the warehouse and also shipping the new one to my address, why should I still cough up money for the fridge that is the right size? They also told me to go find a replacement for the dishwasher at a local store and they would take the charge for the damaged one off my bill. Like, hello! I ordered the appliances as a set to match. Don't they get it?
It's been over a month, and I still don't have a new fridge or dishwasher in my kitchen. Can you imagine that? I mean, I'm completely messed up without them. You really don't want to go through all this headache. Take my advice and go to a local appliance store where you can touch and feel the appliances before you buy them. The money you think you're going to save at US Appliance isn't worth the trouble.
Stay Away from US-Appliance - Disappointing Purchase and Terrible Customer Service
So, I decided to check out this US-Appliance site because I wanted to see if they have any sweet deals on appliances and electronics. Ended up feeling really disappointed with my purchase experience. I grabbed myself an LG TV and they promised to have it delivered in just within 24 hours. But dang, that wasn't the case.
I kept waiting for almost 3 weeks, still no TV. I received an email from them where they informed me that the shipment got delayed. Okay, things happen, right? Then after waiting for another week, they said the shipment already arrived. Sweet! But then nope, still no TV for me because apparently, they did not have enough stocks for the orders they received. I'm like, "What?! You already charged my card, where is my TV!?".
So, I asked them when can they get me my order that they freaking charged me for. Their response? Crickets. They couldn't give me any assurance on when they can send me my item. I was so freaking frustrated and annoyed with US-Appliance that I can't even begin to describe.
I am telling you guys, do not buy from US-Appliance! They will take your money and make you wait for Forever. And even worse, their customer service is non-existent. They have no freaking clue on what's happening with their inventory and needs to fulfill their commitment with their customers. They are truly the worst online retailer I have ever come across.
I ended up purchasing the TV on Amazon from a different seller that charged no tax and got it in just 2 days. Lesson learned. Don't waste your time and money with shady online retailers like US-Appliance.
Misleading Prices and Poor Customer Service at us-appliance.com
Found this website called us-appliance.com while looking online for Kitchen Package Deals. Saw some really good deals, and decided to do some research and settle on the LGBD1 Package Deal. The package was listed at a price of $3599, and after confirming that it met my requirements, I proceeded to make the purchase.
After filling in all the necessary information and clicking on the review order tab, the price showed up as $3599-$359.90(Storewide Discount)+$202.44(taxes)= $3441.54. All set and ready to click on the place order button, I noticed that the website didn't seem to have processed my order. To my surprise, the price of the package had changed to $5330-$533(Storewide Discount)+$299.81(taxes)= $5096.81.
Naturally, I couldn't continue with the purchase due to the massive price difference of $1655.27. I decided to call in and speak to a manager about the discrepancy, but unfortunately, things didn't go well.
I explained the situation to the manager and told them that their website is falsely advertising prices. I even went a step further by taking screenshots, printing off my cart page, and doing a video recording of my screen to show them that I am not doing anything out of the ordinary.
The manager, however, seemed disinterested and just reiterated that the price of the package was $5330 and didn't seem interested in working out a reasonable solution. I kept insisting and telling them that I was looking at their site, and the price I was seeing was different from what they were quoting me. Eventually, they hung up on me.
It's unfortunate that they couldn't honor their advertised prices on their site and that their customer service left a lot to be desired. I was left disappointed and frustrated by the whole experience.
Thought I Found a Great Deal on Appliances from us-appliance.com, But It's Been Three Months and Still No Delivery!
So, I found this website called us-appliance.com and I was beyond excited when I saw the price on a set of kitchen appliances! I jumped on it and placed my order on 1/30/2021. I was so pumped to finally get my hands on some shiny new appliances, but then I got an email saying delivery would take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. I was a little bummed, but I figured it could still be worth it for the price.
Fast forward to the end of February, and I still hadn't heard anything about my order, so I decided to give them a call. I asked for any time frames they could give me, and also inquired about whether or not my products would be left outside if I wasn't home. The person on the phone told me that my appliances should arrive around the end of March, but that the fridge was on back order and would take a few more weeks. I was a little frustrated, but I could handle another few weeks.
But then it got worse. Around the end of April, I still hadn't received any products or any updates about when I would receive them. I gave them another call, and they told me that I should expect to receive my order around the end of May, and that the fridge was still on back order and might not even arrive for a couple of more months! I was so disappointed, and couldn't believe it had been three months since I ordered and still no appliances.
When I talked to their customer service reps, they were all really friendly and understanding. They explained that no appliance places had anything available because of COVID, but I wasn't sure if I believed that. I ended up calling around to some other sites and stores, and some of them even said they could get me my order within a couple of weeks! That made me really confused and frustrated, and I started to worry that maybe something sketchy was going on with us-appliance.
Now, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I don't know if I should cancel my order and buy from somewhere else (even if I have to pay more), or if I should just keep waiting and hoping that the appliances will eventually come. It's so frustrating to be without a stove for three months, and I'm starting to worry that if I do ever receive my order, something else will be wrong with it.
US-Appliance Failed to Deliver: Worst Customer Service Ever!
I recently got some new appliances from US-Appliance and paid top dollar for them. I was really excited for my brand new refrigerator to arrive and when it did, the packaging looked perfect! So, we decided to wait for our house to finish construction before we opened it. A little over a week later, we finally decided to unbox our new fridge. When we got it out of the box, my heart sank. The back of the refrigerator was all dented and scratched up; there were even strange pieces of white glue covering a hole, and some plastic wire had been mangled. I was shocked and quickly contacted US-Appliance. They told me that since the packaging was fine upon arrival, it must have been the factory that had shipped it damaged. I was told to call the warranty department for assistance.
I had purchased a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator for $1300. I reached out to the warranty department and a local repairman came to take a look at the fridge. He opened a claim and assured me he would return with a solution to the problem in the near future. Unfortunately, that was almost 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to hear back from the warranty department! As a result, the fridge is still sitting unused, and it feels like I thrown my hard-earned money down the drain.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and called the Electrolux warranty department since they own Frigidaire. I was put on hold for almost an hour! When someone finally did answer the phone, they said they would call me back later in the day. Honestly, I haven't heard anything from them yet!
I am beyond disappointed with the service that US-Appliance has provided for me, and I would not recommend them to anyone. This is the worst customer service experience of my life, and I really feel like it's all a big scam!
Terrible Experience with US-Appliance: 3-Month Delay and Poor Customer Service
This here company, US-Appliance, is absolutely terrible! Don't even bother with them, seriously. I was redoing my home and had a renovation loan pay for all new appliances to be sent to me. It shouldn't take that long right? WRONG! It took them a whopping three months to even send me ONE appliance. And to top it off, they still have my check for the last appliance, which they've had for OVER a month! Ain't that just lovely?
I'm thinking about bringing this to court, I mean this is highly unacceptable. My order has been open since the 6th of July and it's now 30th of December and I still haven't received the last appliance! It's crazy! You know what makes it even worse, is the lady in charge, Jennifer, just LIED to me. She wrote in her notes that she called me and spoke to me about what's happening with the order, yet she hasn't even called me once! The only way I got my other appliances is because I had to go to her supervisor! And don't even get me started on how long it took her to reply to my emails. It would take her ONE OR TWO WEEKS just to reply back to me.
When I asked for the cooperate office's phone number, the supervisor said "I am not going to give it to you". I mean, that itself just shows how guilty they are. I bet they knew I'd get them in trouble if I had the cooperate office phone number. It's just sad that places like this even exist, seriously. I mean, wouldn't it be better to just shut them down so we don't waste any time on businesses that don't take care of their customers?
