I was wrongfully terminated in my positon as a customer service rep for cardmember service. I was wrongfully accused of call advoidance when my equipment was barely working. My formal manager crystal cho feshaye tried her best to get rid of me and she did by turning everything around on me. I am not the only one that thought this about her. My previous co worker, dominic limu quit due to her nasty attitude. She would also give us wrong answer in the chat and limit us for getting the proper help. Could you please evaluate her to see what she is really doing and my unemployement is pending in the state of alabama due to my nature of leaving the job.
