2/23/2020 I placed two separate orders. First let me start off by saying two of the employees were in an altercation while working and in-front of the guest. One order was wing combo with Cajun rice, mild with a extra Cajun rice... which were missing with the order... Second order, Wing combo, 2 chicken finger combos with fries and red bean and rice... in which i didn't receive the wing combo ... I called 205-201-4548 twice, to get hung up on, each time i asked to speak to the manager. Finally, after a third call, the manager answers the phone. After discussing with him the missing items from my order, , , , his response were as if, he was aware of my items missing because he knew exactly who i was on the phone. I went to pick up my missing items and the manager told me, i had to wait and be patient until he has taken care of the guest that were waiting on their orders. i waited and additional 45 mins for my missing items. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable to me. The manager was very rude and argumentative with his staff. Time and consistent is everything...
