Staying in the Gadsden, Alabama for 2 nights, with 3 small Weiner dogs. We ended up staying for 1 night, I would not want my dogs staying there. Room was horrible, shower had no pressure, ceiling paint chips falling off the ceiling on to the bed where I was sleeping, cigarette ashes. on end table when moving the clock that did not work, door had a huge gap in it, it was cold, and you could feel the air coming in.
They did refund my money for 1 night. Not the 30.00-dollar dog fee. This place has a language problem. Never again will I stay here.
Claimed loss: 30.00-dollar pet fee.
Desired outcome: It's not the money. Clean that place up! For other people to stay. Charged 79.00 dollars a night to stay in this place is a joke.
