I reloaded a debit card on 11/30/2021 at 8:40 pm at the CVS store in Pell City Alabama as of 12/01/2021 my money has not loaded as it never takes but 15 to 30 minutes for the card to load. I was told it could take up to 48 for my money to be on my card. When I checked with my company they show nothing even pending for the card. When I went to speak with Someone I was almost made to feel as if I were lying about putting money on the card all the time holding the receipt in My hand. I have never had it take 48 hours to add money to a card. I was also told that they could not give me a refund I didn't ask for a refund I asked for the money I gave them to be placed on My card as I gave it to them, I tried talking to Someone in the corporate office and was told the same thing I would have to wait 48 hours for any response to my issue
Desired outcome: i just want my money on my card
