Can there possibly be any more incompetence in a business? A company that relies on customer service now has a choice to provide services to customers. Hopefully everyone at CVS has a great healthcare provider but if they ever get older I hope that they get the same treatment as elderly do at this business. Hopefully they experience pain beyond belief for the rest of their lives. I was a customer for 25 years in California and I decided to retire in Tennessee. Big mistake. Apparently no one cares!

Claimed loss: Just 5 days without pain medication.

Desired outcome: No problem I’ll do business elsewhere.
