CVS review: Libre 14 day sensor

I was prescribed Libre 14 day sensor by my PCP 2 years ago. I get a month's supply (two sensors), and get it every month. Whenever I request a refill (which happens every month for 2 years), they're out of stock and it is DAYS before it's filled. I don't understand a major company that has data that shows customer X gets prescription Y every month, so their ordering process for inventory purposes should show the need to reorder when the previous prescription is filled. The store I used to use has all of the DEI boxes checked, which is compounded by being understaffed. The store is always a mess!
