On July 18, 2023 I called the Popeyes location 3540 US-280 431 N to ensure they had the menu items I was looking for because the one on Hwy 80 Phenix City did not. The lady did in fact answer the phone, but once I asked if they had what I was looking for she rudely smacked her lips and hung up the phone in my face. Didn't even answer me! I proceeded to call back 5 times and each time she just picked up the phone and hung it right back up. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received from any food establishment and not only that, I wasn't able to get the food I wanted due to the poor service. I then tried to complain through the automated text message system they who told me to "Bear with them for one moment" at 8:56 A. M I never heard anything else from them. Which was once again poor customer service.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response on the matter and a complementary meal at the very least .My contact email is : [protected]@icloud.com
