On 7-1 23 @ 3:35pm. Me and my mother visited benton ar location. (3655). The was 1 car on lot when we arrived. The was no immediately there to take our order. The boy came from back to take our order. He wasn't friendly or unfriendly. He took our order we got drinks went sat down. There is only 1 man in the store and now us. I went up and asked him to put sauces on tray. I was polite and thanked him. He was on his phone and was annoyed by me coming up there. He was in very rude tone. Yeah ma'am. At this point my mom and only other customer was like. Wow there not friendly at all here. I agreed. The man was complain abt how rude he was to him as well. So a lady came on in assuming she was manager. The employee met her at door talk abt how the man didn't like him. We got our food everything was room temperature. But the fries were un eatable. My mom took them up to the lady who immediately scolded employees abt poor quality fries. I heard her ask the to drop more. I waited for abt 10 min. No fries. She noticed I was still waiting asked for the fries 2 more times. I did not get my fries bc I finished what was eatable. And finllay gave up and left. $ 33.64 for poor service and cold old food. We don't live near a captain ds so we drive there occasionally bc we normally enjoy the food. Im very disappointed with my experience today. I fell like there is a reason this restaurant had only 1 other customer. The lack of quality food and service maybe running ur customers off. I never do feed backs but this is some of worst experience I've had in very long time. I was compelled to share my experience today.
Desired outcome: Training for employees and managers. And at least a partial compensation for the food.
