I went to the 4646 Hugh Howell Rd Tucker, GA 30084 location at 11/04/2024 at around 11:50. I went thru the drive thru because I have a short lunch break. My order was taken and I had to repeat it a couple of times. I asked for the Spicy fish sandwich combo. The store was nearly empty. When I got up the window, they told me that they were out of the drink that I had ordered, so I changed to something else. I waited 18 minutes for my order while the girl, Tysheana, talked and joked around with two other girls that just walked up to the counter. I had to blow my horn to get her attention. She rolled her eyes at me and said something to the two other girls and they laughed and then she slowly walked over to the window and just stuck a bag at me, and then just shut the window. I hurried back to work because I am now late, and saw that the Styrofoam container had not been shut and half my food fell out. The bun on the sandwich was so hard that it was not eatable. It was like it was taken from the freezer and then microwaved for a few minutes. Never again!
