We ordered from door dash tonight and after getting our food I called the restaurant and complained right away, the lady I talked to said it wasn't the drivers fault. But the food was cold, nothing taste right or good. We spent 33.85 I believe it was and couldn't even eat. All the lady could say was sorry, I am disabled and that's allot of money to spend on a fixed income for food that we couldn't even eat. coupon for free appetizer
I have a coupon that I received for joining the Rewards program I was trying to use before expiration date which is 9/15 due to the hurricane they are close will it still be honor once the restaurant opened. I've tried a couple of times before the storm was approaching but I work late and by the time I would get off it is almost closing i just joined recently and did not know the expiration date is short so when i thought to look it was near and Florence was on the way . So this is why i was texting to see what could be done if anything. Thank you
not honoring a coupon
On 9/10/18 went there to purchase food with a coupon. The young lady told me to pull to the window so I did. When I told what wanted and that I had a coupon she wanted to see it. So I did she then took it to her manager came back and said that they can't take it because he hasn't gotten his card from corporate for the coupons. I said excuse me these coupons came out in Sunday paper so what you're saying I can't use it and said yes. I think the manager should came he or she and explain the issue. This is the 4th time I've had this to happen to my family and nobody act like it's a

I ordered from Captain D's 3148 in Huntsville AL. I ordered my food at 5:22 PM received my food 30 minutes later. The workers where talking about rolling weed and playing. Customers came in after me and still received there food. Poor Customer Service. The drive through was even moving slow. When i ordered my food there was 2 customers waiting. I love captain ds but this is ridiculous
assistant manager
The Assistant Manager Jeremy treats his employees horribly, he cusses way too much and i believe he is in a homosexual relationship with one of the employees and is unproffesional and unfair to the other employees. I saw him yelling at his employees, its just horrible mangement up there, and i feel like everyone is hostile and unfriendly i dont think i will be going back to Captain Ds anymore... i spent over 30$ there and my experience was just downright bad... i hope yall do something to fix whats going on up there especially with the way the manager is always in drama...

My husband and I went to Captain Ds on 8/31/18 and the service was terrible. There were customers lined up out the door. When we finally got to place our order it was wrong. We had 2 3 piece fish meals with fried okra and green beans on both. When we got our order it had broccoli instead of the fried okra. The dining room was unkept. There was trash on the floor that I personally witnessed an employee walk over 7 times! Another customer picked it up and put it in the trash.
We went back again on 9/1/18 and the same number 1 was on the same table as the night before. The tables were nasty and there was still trash on the floor. We asked for more honey mustard to be brought out and after asking four times it finally appeared. We once again got broccoli with our order instead of fried okra. Don't know what their problem is but there were several people whose orders were messed up. This is the only one close to us but I will drive out of my way to go to another one from now on.
poor customer service
Visited Captain D's tonight and as usual, they got my order wrong. I ordered the 2 piece fish meal with fries and corn on the cob. I got to the window, paid for my order, received my food and drove off. Well little did I know, they did not include fries in my meal. So, I go back to the restaurant to the drive through to explain my situation to the cashier and she was very polite (Jessica). She closed the window to explaon the situation to her manager who #1 did not have a name tag on.. which is the #1 rule of delivering customer service, kept attempting to use her cell phone the entire time instead of helping the customers in the lobby and drive thru. She then re charged me an additional 2.00 bc she stated I did not order a meal. They clearly asked me what 2 sides I wanted..but failed to complete my order correctly and told me it was my fault! rule#2: the customer is always right! I thought it should have been common courteousy to give me my fries and not recharge me bc of the simple inconvience.! The customer service, attitudes, and hospitality were horrible! Will never visit again!

I went thru drive thru at Captain D's and ordered fish and chicken dinner, NO chicken. I'm so mad and inconvenienced. I'm all the way home and have to go to church tonight. No time to go back right now...please people who work in drive thru, be considerate and make sure u have customers orders right... It's your responsibility. I called and spoke to a manger and he said bring it back. Really? I'm starving and in a rush. I have 30 min to get dressed and be on my way to church.

All of the employees from the management on down to the cashier had the worst attitude ever. They kept cutting me and my daughter off while we were talking as well as rushing us to order. The Manager at the time of the incident had food crumbs on her face as if she was eating while cooking the food in the kitchen.They did not make us feel welcomed at all and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN.

Tonight on 24 August 2018 I went into the restaurant to order my meal around 9:00pm and I waited inside approximately 20 mins on the meal.
Once I received my meal (2piece fish dinner) it only had one piece of fish.
While I was waiting, I asked the manager /AGM on duty (Tinesha) if I was holding on okra and she rudely replied, "Yes, it'll be up shortly and continued chatting with an individual from the N. Augusta store who arrived for cleaning supplies while I was waiting. The manger/AGM Tinesha was in the cooking area when I arrived and shortly came into the register area. I honestly feel as if she may have initially made a comment to the cook when I arrived that caused me to wait longer for my meal.
She mentioned that there were orders ahead of mine which true in the drive thru, and one other couple that was inside that had already received their meal while I was waiting. After her rude response I waited an additional 5 mins for my meal.
After receiving one piece of fish I immediately requested a refund.
Tinesha then began to rudely yell through the open window into the cooking area to cancel the add. fish and the order for me.
She then requested my receipt with an attitude and I replied that I'd thrown it out.
While she was asking the other employees for my order number the young lady from the N. Augusta store had gone into the kitchen area to help the cook with drive thru orders.
At this point one other customer had arrived to order inside the restaurant.
Because she was so rude and unprofessional/ lacking customer service experience, I asked her for her name.
She began to question me what she had done in front of the customer and brought up a recent issue we had (in front of the customer with an attitude, mentioning that this was the second time they'd given me free food, which was a lie) and I mentioned that I was just going to make a call and told her to have a good evening. This was simply to avoid conflict and embarrassment in front of the guest. Tinesha did not have a positive attitude at all.
A couple of weeks prior to this particular incident when she was told by another manager in that particular store to discount my meal, I had waited well over an hour for my order and been told that they'd ran out of numerous things in their store and the truck was there unloading. Which is correct, but I was told upon placing my order the wait would only be 15-20 minute. I waited patiently with other guest who'd decided to change their order to the few items available. I had to wait on the Manager to arrive to simply receive a 15%-20% discount on my meal. I thought that was absurd, but I planned to notify the District manager. Well, I decided not to and strongly believe it was a mistake on my end. I hoped the future visits would be better. Not the case at all. Tinesha acted as if the store was hers personally standing in front at the coutner with her arms folded chatting while only one individual was in the cooking area preparing meals. She was rude with me, never smiled and I am still afraid to eat the meal given to me.
I truly think that she told the cook something to cause him to send my order through incomplete and that she was (again) inconsiderate of my time and unappreciative of my business as a customer. I have never had any bad experience's at this location and I eat there often.
Tinesha has an awful attitude and even after giving her another chance to show me different, she still was rude with me.
I will no longer eat at Captian D's restaurant while she is there.
my fish was rank! very bad smell
I ordered white fish meal today, when I got in the car I could smell a odor, when I broke a piece of fish off it smelled awful, I took it back and they cook some more and fried it a little longer, I drove off and headed to my daughters job at life help in Greenwood, she got in the car and said what is that smell... I opened my plate it was the fish... I didn't drive back to captain D's again.. I called for the manager ... I was told they don't take calls at lunch time... I called back and I was told their was no manager in. I said when you make someone sick with that old fish a manager will be in. I was very nice and understanding but to be put off is wrong.

I was at captain ds Saturday night at 11:20 cause it look like they were closing...well I saw two employee standing outside in the front I guess they were Conversating so I asked them where they closed they told me yeah but while I was asking them I was very disgusted by the smell that was coming into my car I mean the smell was just horrible...I'm not a smoker myself but I have grand kids that does the stuff they were doing I didn't think it was right for them to be standing in front of a business smoking Paraphernalia...I think the young lady I saw was kinda tall and look to have a manager shirt on and a mother boy with dreads...I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I do not want to come to a business where there are people standing in front smoking and not open just very disappointed

I have a friend that works at Jim Miller rd Dallas TX captain ds who was told by the manager Julia he was going to start at $10, yet he's only making $9. He's asked about this for 3 months and nothing is done. She does not make a schedule in time for her employees to know what they work...instead he had to wait until Monday to find out if he works. Is this your companies policy. Everyone there has codes to the alarm or keys to the building. He is treated like management considering he is the oldest on most of guys shifts. Something has to be done with this type of management. The employees just do what they want and the ones who actually come to work and work 11a to close aren't making any money. I would love for someone to pop up in there on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night and see its a [censored] show.

the general manager and her daughyer that works at you alls captain d's in forestdale alabama was very rude and loud when i cam in to make a order i asked a employee for there names and thats when they brought to my attention that the gm name was caroline lewis and the the assoc name was deatrika wimes and they were mother and daughter i still proceeded to order and when i received my food it was ice cold! i demanded a refund and they were persistant that my order was hot. very poor buisness and i trulu feel like a mother and a daughter should not be working under the same establishment period! something needs to be done asap
fish fry $4.99 meal
We ordered the $4.99 fish fry. The fish was cold like it had been cooked some time before we even got there. The baked potato I ordered was so cold the butter would not melt on it. The consistency of the potato was like the starch had started to congeal. Instead of being white it had started turning grey (old and cold). Even the hush puppies were cold. The only thing warn in my meal was the coleslaw. I have never had a bad meal from D's until tonight. Worst ever!
lobster rolls
When the lobster rolls are on the menu, I come thru and order these, about every other day. Your commercial shows 4 small scoops of the lobster mix on the rolls. Every time I've came thru the Highway 58 Captain D's, my rolls only have a single small scoop of the lobster mix. I would appreciate an adequate amount of the lobster mix on my rolls. This photo of what I've recieved is unacceptable and really should be addressed, by someone from corporate. Thank you

The difference in appearance between your promotional photos of the Lobster Rolls and the actual product are incredibly deceiving. Your promo clearly shows visible chunks of lobster, and the actual product looks NOTHING like the promo. In fact, in reality, the product is shredded and looks more like two scoops of coleslaw! We could hardly find any sign of lobster. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I visited Captain D's today. I bought a meal to take home. The whole meal was terrible. I got the 2 piece regular fish meal. The fish tasted very dry and like it had been cooked twice. The Hush puppies tasted like the fish. Probably cooked with fish. Lately their fish is getting smaller with so much breading on it. The Mac n cheese was strong. Oh yes I got that Salmon patty . Wanted to try it. It was terrible. Had to throw away. Everything tasted old but the slaw. I don't think I will be going back any time soon. I have always loved fish. Your place had always been good but today was.so awful.
waiting for 45 minutes on my order
I walked in the Dalton Ga store at 5:30pm today. Placed my order and finally received my order 6:20pm. I ordered 6 meals for about $35. Considering the length of the wait time, the manager should have been more on top of things. The employees in the front mentioned it had been 27 minutes at one point and it still took 18 more minutes. This is disgraceful for what I paid. Not even an apology or anything from management. Thanks for listening to my complaint..
I am complaining about the managers
The managers at captain D's in greenwood ms is very rude and disrespectful the female manager curses and have attitudes all they do is sit in the waiting area not doing nothing but being loud and have a crowd around. I also witnessed drinking there also I don't think I will ever order from there again as long as they are there, I will make sure to spread the word to my family members also the food have bugs in it sometimes I ordered string beans it had a fly in it and that was around 3 pm August 6th its a same they cant do better and be respectful I'll take my money elsewhere thanks. I wrote the managers name down I think this how you spell them shareeta, Austin and Giovanni it's plenty of times I went nd had problems I just rubbed it off but when I got disrespected that was the last straw for me I'm quite sure I'm not the only one and y'all need cameras in there it's to much going on they giving y'all food away for free bags of food to family and friends I bet if you put cameras there without them knowing you will see what I'm talking about and the restaurant don't be so clean they have rodents in there

I have visited this location over fifty times but yet I am dissatisfied with the food over and over! I have even experience poor customer service. They need to close this location! The always cook the food in old grease. My corn was over cooked with no handle on the corn to hold my corn. The fish is now fish tenders less food but overpriced! My funnel cake sticks were cooked in old grease and overcooked
