I was at the Captain D's #3698 at approximately 7:30 pm. The front staff was great and friendly. After I ordered I sat down and you could hear how the general manager (Chris Harmon) had a foul mouth. I asked a question about the food and the staff did not want to ask him because he was so hateful. Then another customer came in and ordered. The clerk said his payment did not go through but he said it showed it did. The manager came out and said it did not go through. He then told the man I'm canceling the order and you can leave. The customer showed me on his phone where it was deducted. The manager came back out and was still being rude. Manager was looking for his receipt and snatched mine from the clerk. When she said that was not it he insisted it was. I spoke up and said "it is my receipt".
The customer and I were talking about his attitude and how rude he was. The manager said, "I needed to keep my damn mouth shut and mind my own damn business". I have been going to this Captain D's for 26 years and have never been treated this way. Screen shot showing amount, time and date of purchase.
Desired outcome: Refund what I payed for my food ($37.58 on March 4, 2023) and/or move the general manager to another store. As long as he is there I will never go back!

Curious why Captain D's no longer discount kids meals on Thursday's ? I take my 18 month old grandson for lunch dates once a week and Captain D's is on our list of places he likes to eat at . He usually eats half his kids meal consisting of popcorn shrimp, fries and bread stick.
