I ordered two 2pc battered fish meals from store#3797. The order taker asked if I wanted to add 5 butterfly shrimp for an extra $1.99. I told her to add the shrimp. The drive thru cashier/order taker confirmed my order while accepting my payment and receiving my order. I didn't find out that the shrimp was missing until I arrived home. It was too inconvenient to return to the store. I wish the drive thru would check the order on behalf of the customer before passing it to them. It doesn't give a good feeling that this shortage my happen more often than not.
Recommendation: Even if you ordered a lot at the drive thru, stay at the window and take the extra time to open and check your order before driving away with your order
