Captain D's trying to place a order twenty min before closing time.

I got to captain D's at 10:40pm which they close at 11 I get that. I sit and sit nothing I drive to window nobody is to be found I walk to the door can not see anybody drive back around to try again nothing. I pull to window woman walks out sees me ducks down and hides. I call no answer call again she immediately knew I was just there and said we are closed which still was not 11 pmamd told me there head sets down before 1115 pm and they can't take orders. Said it's every night. I think they need to get it together so not advertise your open till 11 if you are not going to take the initiative to put a sign up head set is down come to window or something! In a customers eyes if they close at 11:00 pm you are ready to serve good till then. Poor management and work ethic. This was at the one on grelot and hilcrest in mobile al.

Captain D's our poor service

We ordered our food at the drive through then sat at the window for much too long. After several minutes of waiting we were given old, cold and chewy French fries at Crater Rd. Location. We ordered two chicken dinners with double fries which cost 23.09. We were very disappointed with the slow service and cold fries. Please help us get better service in the future.

I went to the Captain D’s location in Panama City Florida 23rd street I ordered 3 piece fish with broccoli and French fries with a side order of 12 shrimp plus a sweet tea. I went inside to order instead of the drive thru. I waited inside for 25 minutes to get my order. When I met my husband about 3 blocks away I realized that they had charged me for a couple shrimp dinner with broccoli and French fries. The broccoli tasted so old and the French fries and fish was almost too cold to eat. The shrimp I would say was warm. I love Captain D’s but I don’t plan on going back.

Captain D's food service

We always go to Captain days to get a two piece fish dinner and this time there was no fish and chips they always give us the chips the manager told us that could not afford or we had to pay extra for the chips never had to do that went to another location Captain D's and they had told us that the chips are with meal what's up with the one in Balch Springs Texas

Captain D's I am complaining about my food

September 2, 2017 I purchased a fish meal with a side salad, green beans, and a small sprite with no ice.
When I got home I noticed the lettuces in the side salad was brown and the green beans tasted salty. The fish tenders were not hot and fresh.
I was disappointed with my meal. I will like to get compensate for my purchase today. I included photos with my statement.

Captain D's product an the service

I and my sister went too this Captain d, s to have dinner, it was a disaster, on 09/01/2017. They were giving out the wrong orders to customers, and the drive thru was not any better, a customer got a empty box. My Mac & Cheese
was so cold. Then a customer had waited on his order for a long time, when he took his box that they call your order for and he sit it down and it slide across,
the counter and the girl at the drive thru thought he threw it at her but he did not. She kept on said he was not going to talk to her like that. In front of all the customers, she was the one making a seen, got the manger and he came out and was talking to the gentleman and told some one to get the big guy out of he kitchen. It really was uncalled for in front of every body. I have never exesperance any thing like this in a restaurant. my guest # 014

Captain D's seafood platter

I come to this store frequently. I always buy the same thing. I know exactly what comes on that platter. I paid $9.60 for this meal. I ordered hush puppies for one of my sides and plus I already get 3 with the mill. I received 6 hush puppies and about 6 french fries. And when the cashier handed the manager my plate, she said it only came with 6 which I already knew that was a lie and then she put the other hush in my plate and threw it back on the counter top. I told them to just give me my money back because I didn't like the way she threw my plate. I seriously doubt if I would be coming back to that store any time soon.

Captain D's general manager george

I went to captain Ds to talk to employees for a few mins and the GM George got into my face in front of other guests and told me to get the [censor] out of the store. As I leaving he threatened me and as I got into my car he literally came over to my car yelling and slammed my car door on me. He needs to terminated for vandalism of a customers car. This was uncalled for.

Captain D's catfish

Just purchased your new two piece Catfish dinner. From the pictures online and in the store it looks as if you would get two Catfish filets similar to the white fish dinner filets. WRONG! The Catfish filets were no larger than my thumb.
Judge for yourself from the attached pictures of your advertisement and the actual dinners. I bet you can tell which one I got instead of the one I thought I would get.
Truth in advertising this is NOT.

And I told her that Axel had broke under my car I didn't have no ride to get I call one of the employees to ask for ride she didn't answer so after I get my car fixed I ask her do I still come in she said it not her problem cause my transportation break down every since I been working for her she always send me home for no reason at all Mr.Clyde ask where I was and she told him that mess up my pants that do her no reason to tell she already hired somebody do come

Captain D's manager named gene who works at apd 40 store

My girlfriend works at this location and this manager blackmailed her said she would continue to because she said know where I work and if she don't do what she says plus extra stuff that she is going to call my job and get me fired so I would love to talk to Darrell who's the district manager over this location my name Is Tommy Pressley tell him to give me a call at [protected] and I'll gladly explain it to him thank you and please get back to me

Captain D's captain d's

In Cross Lanes, WV, a shift leader named Chris screwed my order. I ordered a family pack with sides, which was totaled to $28.37 dollars, and received only a box of two pieces of fish. He blamed the woman next to him, however I watched him pull the box, check it, put it in a bag and hand it straight to me. I want my money and him corrected. He did this 6 times the same night and blamed his newer coworkers.

On tuesday august the 7th at around 9:15 I pulled up and ordered some mozzarella sticks and had to wait almost 30 minutes to get. So I drove around and went in and no one even tried to help me. Just my opinion, there always needs to be a grown up instead of a restaurant full of kids. This was the very worst experience I have ever had, the very worst...

Captain D's falling in captain d's restaurant

On 6/3/17-Store # 3804. I went to the Captain D's restaurant to have dinner after I attended a funeral. After I got my food I went to set down in the bar stool chairs.As I went to set in the chair the chair kept siding.As a resort I feel and injured my right .Three people witness the incident when it happened on 6/3/17.The manager can out to see what happened and the cook that was on duty that day came out and help me up from the floor.The manager Neysa Flagg took a incident report and got ice to put on my right knee because it had started to swell.She then call her manger and her manger told her that this would be reported. Since the accident happened I have not hard from any one at Captain D's.I went to the to the hospital and had a ex-ray done.I have doctor"s bills and other documentation of this incident. I lost 2 days out of work because of this, Please have someone to contact me at [protected] or by email at [protected]@yahoo.com.Thank you.

Captain D's undercooked 3 of fish

The location is #3391 Pine Hills Silver Star Rd. My Oder # was #0174. Time 17.32 on 8/5/17. Manager on duty not cashier!

I ordered a 3pc fish and the fish was undercooked, very gummy. I attempted to eat and only ate 1/2 pic took it back to counter. The manager on duty only replaced two pieces and advised the cashier due to the fact I ate half piece she would only replace two pieces. Then proceeded to be argumentative and stated she did not care. I left a message on the voicemail, [protected], and asked for a return phone call. I asked for a refund and it was voided but this is unsatisfactory and expect an apology for the treatment received at Captain D's. I did not ask for anything free and not everyone that patronizes this location is below proverty or uneducated. Remember, employees follow leadership!

Captain D's the hiring manager

I was wrongfully let go and no conflicts happend in the restaurant at all..What happended outside of the restaurant has nothing to do with Captain D's period! I am so bad that so much mess goes and that they fired me for nothing...I did nothing wrong and Marie Tillett wrongful fired me..Jayla Coleman and her friends come harrassing me at my apartment on Tuesday night so yes I call the police to have them removed from my apartment! I feel like Jayla Coleman should be fired for harrassing me at my apartment! They letting her get away with mess not fair!

Captain D's 4 pc fish meal

On July 24, 2017 I visited Captain D's in Vidalia, Ga. I normally go to this restaurant for take out when I'm in Vidalia. I ordered my usual and received it in a timely manner. When I got to a stopping point to eat I was so surprised and shocked at my fish when I opened the plate. My filets were approximately one inch in width and very small. One looked like just a piece of fillet. I am a person that hardly ever complains but I really got angry that these filets were so small. This was the second time this had happened at this restaurant. The first time I just chalked it up as just the way it was that day but then I go back and this happened again! I spent $11. 21 on it. So, so very disappointed inn Captain D's.

Captain D's timeliness

EVERY time that I visit this location, the drive thru time is 20 minutes or longer. I pulled into the drive thru tonight at 6:55 pm. I sat in the line behind 4 cars that I could see (the rest were around the corner already) for 12 minutes without moving. I then drove away. The last time I visited this location, I waited for a total of 33 minutes in the drive thru from order to receiving my food. I've been inside during dinner rushes and there were only 3 workers inside. I've work on food service and am very patient and understanding, but this is rediculous.

Captain D's food

I ordered the Blackened Tilapia and Shrimp Skewer meal... And when I got home I started eating the tilapia and had a horrid taste in my mouth and to find out the tilapia was so burnt towards the end.. I couldn't even eat it. They mess up something every time and are terribly slow. How can anyone send food out that doesn't even look edible at all?! And they really don't care there. It's getting annoying.

Captain D's not following hours of service

Planned on eating at Capt. D's on July 16, 2017 at 9pm at the St. Charles Rock Rd location in St. Ann, Misdouri. Hours of service on front door stated open 10am to 10pm on Sundays. The inside dining was already closed and they were only offering drive thru service. Always horrible slow service, bad attitudes and very poor management at this location. Very, very disappointed and went to Long John Silvers seafood place down the road.

Captain D's fish?

I ordered the 3 piece batter dipped fish meal and when I got home and opened the container it looked like 3 fried straws... I paid $13 for this. Did the recipe change? If so I will not be returning. Extremely disappointed! Over priced for what I received. If game of thrones wasn't about to come on I would go back for a refund for sure! Hope they respond
