every time I come here it takes over 25 or more minutes to get my food. this time they said they could not find me and when I went up to ask about my food the lady said oh yeah we could not find u so my food was cold and I ordered at 6:40 and didn't get my food until 7:10 after it was just sitting where everyone germ was around. they didn't even care to try and fix it

While placing order your rushed & cut off asked to pull around. Once you pull around you cant place the rest of your order because they dont take orders at window .. once at the window your asked to pull down then you have to wait hours for them to bring out your food that is soggy & not hot.. this restaurant need some TLC & to teach the workers manners !!

It has been days since I started calling Captain D's telephone numbers. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a human being reference my problems with Captain D's Rewards Program. The only person I have reached has been the operator who transfers me to a voice mail. This morning I left a message for Gloria Reardon; no one will return my call. I went to your store in Hopkinsville, KY on Fort Campbell Blvd last night and the food was terrible. The freshest thing were the hush puppies. Everything else was so old and tough that I will never return to your restaurants again an I I will tell everyone I know how bad the food was. On the positive side the customer service was wonderful. I went into the restaurant today round lunch time and the young lady was cursing so lord that everyone in lobby was looking the she walk to the back and we could still hear her it was another young lady up there taken orders she was trying hard to get everyone other I didn't catch there name but she had a gray shirt on never had no bad experience at this location

As soon as I ordered my food I was instantly pulled up from the drive-thru window. I had to wait about 10 mins to receive my food. I was not told the wait would be that long. Also there were no cars behind me in the line either. So I do not understand why I was pulled up to begin with. They were not busy at all and someone should tell you the wait time before making customers pull away from the window.

When I got to captain d's it took bout 30 min total to get our food when we got to the window she was steeling trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and even had one drink wrong we asked if they still had pickles as a condiment and she was very rude about it well once we got the food the crab cakes was not done the fish was not done nor was the shrimp and the fries was hard and no salt at all was on any of the food it's awful well we also ordered lobster rolls to get them back and the lobster was not even in the bun this restaurant needs major help

my daughter was refused service at the Captain D's on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston South Carolina at 9:20 in the evening the store is advertised to close at 10 p.m. I called ask the lady if they were open she told me yes and then I asked her why they refuse service to my daughter and she said because they're actually closed because she does not have anyone to help make the food. She was very rude I asked for the corporate phone number she put me on hold for 18 minutes until I hung up. This place really sucks the service is the pits and I don't think that anyone can get any more rude than the manager that answered the phone.
