order deadly wrong.
11/16/2018 Friday afternoon. My family placed a order at Captain Ds. We order chicken tender kids meal (recipe to prove) for my cousin and they gave her FISH. SHE IS DEADLY ALLERGIC. we her lips were had swollen up and her throat started to close we had to take her to the ER. We were there for 3 hours. She had to get shots and they had to draw blood. It was bad and all the people at captain ds had to say was sorry. Sorry isn't going to cut it. Our WHOLE order was messed up

kitchen help
On November 2nd I visited the Captain D's, in Belleville, Illinois #3332 I placed my order with Carol and returned to set down set down in the Lobby. While setting in Lobby the young lady cooking in kitchen thru my togo box out of the kitchen and it missed the counter and went on the floor. In turn she did the same thing with my husbands order. Again throwing the box thru the window. when I asked to talk to manager was told there is not one at is time. There was an acting manager. I spoke to her and she approached young lady in the kitchen and she denied doing it!
Food service handlers in St Clair country when preparing food are also required to wear gloves and hairnets/hat.
According to my receipt Maurice Bembry is the Area Director.
I think some one of authority should speak to this young lady and make here aware of what the rules and responsibilites are. Also representation of Customer Service.

I went to the above location about 40 mins ago & after sitting in the drive-thru 35 mins, I made a $5 purchase via my credit card. The cashier (Crystal, is stated on the receipt), that took the purchase made a mistake & charged my card for another customer's meal, double the cost of my own order. She recognized this once she handed me the card back & immediately asked me to return the card. She then called someone up front (which i can only assume is the manager, being she never had the professionalism to introduce herself). I later checked the receipt & the person's name shows as Barbara. This person then proceeded to charge my card yet again for the correct meal. When she came to the window (again, never introduced herself), I asked why my card was charged 2 separate times for 1 meal. She replied with a very nasty attitude, that she was about to explain. She then continued to go on saying it would take 24 hours to be refunded. I pointed out I didn't appreciate the attitude and tone she was giving off for a mistake her cashier made. She not once acknowledged the mistake by simply providing an apology. I am highly irritated & very annoyed at this point by the inconvenience that was caused. Not only did I spend an excessive long time in line for this behavior to be exhibited, I was over charged, & then received behavior ( from a person on your management team) that was showed to make me feel like I caused the issue. When finally making it back to my place of employment (LATE) from lunch, I discovered the order in which i paid $15 for was completely incorrect & absolutely not edible. Is this the experience you wish for your consumers to have when dining at your establishment? If so, i will gladly take my business to more suitable standards.
I still have yet to receive a refund for my money that was taken, this is ROBBERY! & on top of that, I haven't received a response from anyone about how the situation will be rectified!

restaurant extremely dirty
I have eaten at captain D's many times in different locations but i have to say
I was in the Newark Ohio location on 11/2/2018 and the restaurant was so filthy dirty.
You could not get a table that did not have food and crumbs on.The table seats were dirty with
crumbs, we had to brush it off to sit down. The floor under the tables
had old food.There was three people working the counter and it was not busy. I do not understand
how this is allowed at a restaurant to be so dirty.
I have taken pictures if you need to see this, the pictures don't even show the worsed of it.

The portions need to improve. Imagine if you are going to a restaurant and your hungry, and this is the side of mac and cheese you get, not to mention the .49cents they charge for this less then a scoop to eat.

I went to Brunswick, Ga Captain D's off altama ave. @ 9:35p.m. to the drive thru a young gentleman came on the intercom letting me know they were already closed, BUT WHY? when the business hours posted on entrance door Sunday-Thursday close @10:00p.m. Friday and Saturday Close at 11:00p.m all I Wanted was an order of fries and 6 hushpuppies when I worked there about 6 years ago it only took maybe 3 mins but I know it wasn't longer than 5 mins I've always went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. This is bad for the business what I Wanted was minor but what if it would have been a $40.00 or more order? I'm very disappointed

Your store on Hwy 80 has an employee name Chandra (peaches) . I came into the store on yesterday and every word was a curse word that came out her mouth referring to the drive thru customers. She has a nasty attitude towards us as consumers. I have complained about this before and I see that nothing has changed. She makes your company look bad as far as customer service.

We went into captain ds last night in Chatsworth ga it was not busy. They took our order and we waited 20 mins for out food. I watched the two boys in the cooking area the whole time. They were not working just talking after 20 mins I ask about our food. They hadn't even started cooking any of it. He told me someone hid the Chicken. They weren't even looking for anything. There was new plates all over the floor fish fries and cheese sticks all over the floor. It was very nasty. The places really need shut down. They finally gave us our money back it was obviouse we were not going to be served any food.this was very disappointing Duane Vineyard [protected] . We were in the store for 45 min total time for nothing.
the north augusta captain ds
My family and I just moved to north augusta about a week ago.. We went around asking about good places to eat and a young lady at a store told us captain ds.. Later that night my family and I went to captain ds and before we could get in the door their was an altercation between co-workers and the african american lady was screaming she was gone kill people! Now my granddaughter is mimicking the scene. We will never come back to this location again! How terrifying!

Went thru drive thru to place an order. Could not get the entire order out of my mouth with out this rude young lady hollering " Is that it". Mind you I had four orders and the food total over $30. She was very rude . Got to the pay window paid for the food and had to wait over ten minutes because she did not give me the total order. The whole while waiting she turned her back towards the window. This young lady really need to understand customer service. I am a regular customer but she was very rude.

I used to frequent this establishment years ago with my son, before leaving the area. The food/portions/price were great. Upon visiting we went to this Captin D's about 6ish on 10/11/2018. I was never so disgusted when the person(Kloe) who took our order brought our food to the table. I almost wasn't going to eat it for it looked horrible. The portions were terrible as well as the size for what we paid for. The fish did not appear like the picture showing nor did it taste good. The fish was very small and greasy, the batter was not like it used to be. Maybe the cook did not prepare it right or just don't care how food looks going out to customers. I don't believe we received the proper portions, for our money. I ordered the 3 piece batter dipped meal with cole slaw and FF as well as hush puppies. My order number was 0197, for 7.39. My boyfriends ordered the catfish FST for 8.89, he ordered FF, slaw and mac and cheese. His portions were terrible as well as the mac and cheese tasted alful and bland. I like a coupon for for what we ordered to go to a different establishment.

I Went to Captain D's Where i Stay in Pensacola Fl on Mobile Hwy Around 9:18 to 9:27 Order 3 Full Meal Got Home Food Was Absolutely BURNT I Mean BURNT BURNT i IMMEDIATELY Called up There And Told The Girl On the Phone ( Who Seems to Not Even Care ) i Was Headed Back Up There to Get my Money Back because this food is VERY Burnt And She Replied OK Like She Didnt Care Or Anything, No im Sorry Or Nothing Just Plain Oh "Ok "So i Get There its between 9:47 and 9:51 Remind you . You Guys close at 10 so i walked up to the door and A White Girl with a Blue shirt ACT Like she didnt See Me So i Kindly Knocked and Pointed to The BURNT Food Gave Me and She Yelled You Gotta Go thru The Drive Thru Ok So i Did and When i Say I Got Not One Apology No NOTHING Just" Here yo 16.10 " WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER And i Actually Loved Captain D's Im Writing You This From The Beginning Because i know it is working at a fast food restaurant but i couldve NEVER Sold Anybody No Food Like That .

I sent my son to Capt. d's after looking at the menu at our local capt. d;s the three of us made choice s on what we wanted to order. my son choose the 3 piece catfish dinner listed with 3 side choices and hushpuppies. So he went through the drive through and ordered only to be told you have no 3 piece dinner with three sides. Well I went back and looked at the web site of our particular captain d's and it definately showed that. I called the capt d's location and she said they don't go by what we see on the internet, they don't have to. If you are going to show the location in Valley, Al. and show the menu attached somehow you should let us know that some things aren't available or don't show that product. The food was mediocre at best,

It is 8:41 pm and I have been waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and still have not reached the window. This is constant at the Madison, TN location. Misty is the employee at the drive thru window... I'm so glad I'm not starving or have any kids with me. This is completely unacceptable for FAST FOOD! I won't be back for quite sometime. I was very Hangry and wanted FAST FOOD.

My girl Leah karuri worked in Lima Ohio as of yesterday he called me on my cell phone talking really bad about her y he was telling me she was fired along with my daughter. Leah is a really bad diabetic and gets sick frequently and Mr Cody McBride now this before she got hired Did he tell you on his app that he register sex offender and he is working around all those young adults. I have text messages on my phone accusing her of being on drugs. Unprofessional to call and tell me to tell Leah she is fired.

I don't appreciate the managers using racial comments towards employees and customers that are black. My family and I stopped by the location on 31 for a quick bite. The managers Kayla Reach Alexander and Stacy Bowien were discussing how their GM, Gerald Smith favors his black employees and not them. They were using derogatory words such as "those [censored]s" . This is absolutely unacceptable behavior! It is 2018 and the world is a melting pot when it comes to race. Unfortunately we will never return to your business ever.😠

9/20/18 store 2322 Mansfield TX 19 E. Debbie Ln. Bought 2 taquitos, 1 slice pizza and refill on drink (own cup). Eric, cashier, rang up Nathan's hot dogs. I said that I had not bought hot dogs. He said it was roller grill. Again I said that I had not bought hot dogs, again it said it was roller grill. He called the manager, Maia. She also said roller grill and then added that all were the same price. That's all I needed to know. As I walked out, Eric apologized for the confusion but the manager gave me a dirty look. She didn't even stop to explain as she came behind the counter, she said what she had to say and kept on walking.

sewage smell in restaurant
Yesterday I took my
granddaughter to Captain D's to celebrate her 15th birthday. I ordered the meal for the 3 of us. It was over $28.00. I told my granddaughters to get a table. I walked to the table and they were saying it was disgusting in the restaurant. I smelled a strong odor also. I told the person behind the counter about it. She said it was sewage. I asked to have it boxed up
I also asked to speak to the manager. He also said it was a sewage problem. He never said he was sorry . very poor management
drive through
I ordered two giant fish sandwich ‘s at the drive through window. I sat there for twenty five minutes awaiting my order. Meanwhile witnessing the cashier at the window eating and drinking in plain view and what I can only assume as joshing back and forth with someone in the kitchen. There was no explanation whatsoever for the delay. I inwardly felt very agitated while patiently waiting for my order to be completed. This episode exemplified very unprofessional behavior on behalf of captain D'S staff. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth. Subsequently I tried contacting the area manager [protected]) with no response. This incident occurred in Orangeburg sc 29115 . Hopefully this matter will be addressed and corrected so as not to repeated now or in the distant future. Thank you
My family and I visited the Captain D’s on Nilles on Friday March 4. In the drivethru the menu advertised a 10pc for $21.99 with 2 sides. We placed our order and told the total was $28.35. When we pulled up to the window, w asked Nathan why we were charged so much when the sign in back said $21.99. He’s answer was that the priced changed three days ago. Okay but you have advertising showing 10 pc $21.99. Not to become irate, I asked to speak with a manager. Nathan tells me there isn’t one available. In this process he ran my card for the purchase without knowing if I wanted the item or not. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced from this Captain D’s. I’m contiplating never to return to Captain D’s again. This is bad customer service and needs to be addressed. Here’s a picture of their advertisement.
