I'm a salvage yard tech dismantling vehicles and i come home dirty, but i never felt the level of filth and dirtiness that this establishment gave me. I walked in and nearly went into shock because they had the ac cranked to 11, it was like walking into a walk in freezer. but i bet both the employees still had titty sweat both the man and the women since both are obese. being greeted made me feel bad for the person infront of me i was yelled at welcome and wait but that wasn't needed i know how stores work and i feel bad because the girl in front of me had to wipe your employees spit off her face.The background noise was your employee yelling at a lady in scrubs obviously already stressed out, your employee trying to make her pay 20 or 30 more while not being able to give her the phone she wants and trying to sell her an additional line she didn't need . The lady that "helped" me knew my phone just by looking at it but didn't know the common battery failure problems that's associated with it . After playing with the rock that once was a cellphone she came out front gave me the pieces then told me i dunked it in oil, because i was in my work uniform, and it was my fault! i didn't argue i thanked them for their time and when i got home i sorted through the pieces myself. I looked, i felted, and i tasted the moisture build up in my phone and it was humidity because I don't live in a freezer. She told me "you did this! this is your fault." I'm not sure but i think this is the first time i've ever been told that and it burns me right to my soul knowing it's not true.
