Sonic Drive-In

Went to the sonic on 7/1/21 in Forrest City, Ark. tried placing an order and the girl kept saying she couldn't hear we told her 5 times we wanted a XL Coney with no bun, if she couldn't hear she should have came out and asked what we wanted but no, we wanted popcorn chicken but surprisingly they were out of that so we told her to hold on while we called to see what the wanted instead of popcorn chicken she wasn't very patient and kept asking anything else so we told her the chicken strip dinner and a large Dr. pepper and that's all we got! We told her we ordered a XL Coney with no bun and A Lg Diet Dr. pepper and a Route 44 Dr. Pepper she said ok and went back in and we didn't get it and our chicken strips were getting cold waiting on the order so we push the button an ordered another Coney with no bun and drinks and paid on the screen and she brought the order out and told us we were disrespectful and she didn't appreciate it! I was laughing at mu husband because he was getting very upset telling the order over and over and over this went on for 30 minutes or longer! They gave me my money back on the Coney order but i will never again go back to that sonic! It seems like all the sonics have poor managers, I asked for the manager to come and and she sent the girl back out saying she would cancel my ticket, I was a manager at a sonic for 6 years and i would have never done that I always went and talked with a customer if there was a problem and not sent a carhop to handle it after she was the problem! There really needs to be a change in Sonic's customer service it is really horrible! I will never spend my money at a sonic again!
