I where at one of Longhorn stakes house locations. 3911 McCain Blvd. North Little Rock Arkansas, 72116. Tonight around 8:00 pm. We receed it with no utensil. I went back up front get utensils for me and my guest. As our unravel the call the knife and the fork was so dirty like it never been washed.. so I asked another waitress to bring me some more utensils.. so the waitress did as I got ready to unravel that one that one was just nasty and dirty as the first one this is very unacceptable for going into a restaurant of this caliper and receiving utensils just as dirty and nasty like it never been watched.. I act to speak with the manager on duty she came to my table and said that I apologize for the utensils being dirty I submitted this the second one she made a comment in the statement saying that the person that normally do the rapping of the utensils is not present is not at work today. That is not an excuse very unacceptable I will not accept that can someone from the corporate office contact me at [protected] Curtis Coleman.
Claimed loss: Just having someone to contact me back from the corporate office of the district manager of this area [protected] Curtis Coleman
Desired outcome: We could have received some kind of conversation from the manager I can understand one utensil but the second one they brought was just worse than the first one.
