Ford - f150 xlt

We were Loyal customers of the Anderson Dealership. We purchased a Toyota Tacoma but needed a truck to haul trailers, Knowing Josh who is family to the Anderson group helped us get a Ford. He knew our trailer was 8, 000 empty. He said he found us one and we had no other choice since he knew our financial situation, He said it will pull up to 10, 000 lbs and we purchased it thru Ford. We drove 3 hrs away to Flagstaff az to pick up our trailer. They went to hitch the trailer the truck was litererally on the ground, Come to find out that truck will not work It only pulls 7.500, My trailer is sitting in flagstaff and have a truck at 900 a mo totally usless plus a trailer payment and can't use it, Called Josh and pretty much he can't do anything else. Tried to get us in contact with their Chevy store in California. They can't do anything either unless we have a co-signer. Now we are so far upside down in the truck and even if I tried now to sell trailer we are upside down too. I am so pissed off and wanting to drive this truck thru a showroom window. Ford don't care about customers just sign your name, I need help getting out of this truck into one that will work. We cannot afford a bigger payment. Josh said to get air bags those are $800. The serviceman said that truck engine will not support hills, downhills and they are not heavy duty brakes, this is a accident to happen. Just the weight which I could also get pulled over being overweight Everyone at the Ford dealership insist this will work. Why should I have to worry about fixing a brand new truck that should never have happened. Josh realized this was a mistake, I tried numerous times to get in touch with him found out he's on a golf outing. He really cares just another sale for them. Were screwed, my trailer is sitting I will never get to use it. My wife is so stressed about all this and she is going thru kidney issues shes on her 4th surgery which she goes on the 26th this month. I would really appreciate a District Reprsentative or District Manager to get in touch with me or some kind of communication from someone.

1 year ago, Josh did the same trick on me. I traded in my 2016 Dodge Dart for a 2014 Jeep Compass that wouldn't even make it up the hill to Kingman. I complained. I wanted my dodge back and this happened 1 week after taking the Jeep home. Nothing! No help at all. Oh yeah they wanted to get me into a brand new Ford Escape something like that. I traded my dart for wanting bigger vehicle not smaller like the Escape. I was told my Dart is gone somewhere and they cant get it back. 1 week later? I have been pissed off since. This Jeep is a piece of [censored]! and now I owe more than what I traded in for. THEY SUCK! [censored]!
