Vicky Paulis works in customer service at Safeway on Hwy 89 in Chino Valley AZ. She left 3 customers waiting in line at least 5 min before she came out of the back room. She walked up and just stood there staring at us.
When I told her my Just For U did not work she told me I need to get the app.
I told her the app makes my phone slow so I dont want it. She said that she doesn't have time for this, that she shouldn't have to deal with this, and that she is tired of customers.
I told her that everyone else at Safeway always helps me and that the polite manager Jeff told me if I ever have problems they will always help fix it.
She told me I should go to the library to use the internet for the Just For U.
She said she would fix it for me THIS ONE TIME ONLY, but then refused.
She refused to fix the price for me and told someone else to do it and walked away.
It turns out the sale price was in the paper and the computer rang up the wrong price, it wasn't even a Just For U price.
Safeway is constantly charging me the wrong price but everyone is usually friendly and kind and always fixes things for me.
When I told her I would be complaining about her rudeness she made sure to spell her first and last name for me so I wouldn't get it wrong in the complaint. Vicky Paulis should not be working customer service because of her complete lack of customer service skills. She should be a night stocker so she doesnt have to be around customers.
I will be contacting safeway corporate as well.

I have been a customer for a few years. They have good service, but I had a very terrible experience this last Sunday afternoon. This woman named Reyna (Manager) is a stupid woman as a manager. I saw her taking pictures in public of some clients who were leaving your store and putting their things in the trunk while she hiding and taking pictures with her cell phone of people and car license plates as if they had stolen something and treated very badly to the employees. I spoke to the kids (employees) because this stupid woman (manager) was yelling at them because the kid was cleaning the little place with hand sanitizer all over. I saw her how she was yelling and offending the boys. She said that she didn't care if everything was dirty and referred to us clients as dirty people. I left a complaint in customer service and left my name and my phone number for the manager to call me and say everything. But he never called me If you as a large company do not do something about this person, I will make it public. because it is illegal for her to take photos of clients in public. I saw her hiding and taking photos of customers and car license plates. I hope you guys do something. Anyone who is taking photos in that way could file a lawsuit against you. I hope your response very soon and that they remove this person.
