Well, it is official, Safeway on Mission St has lost a very long time customer and this time, no coupons or gift card will save this situation. It is very sad that a cashier is allowed to be a bully and be disrespectful to a customer. She should have been fired not talked to cause she needs manners on how to deal with disabled customers. Not continue to be rude and ask "thought you weren't shopping here anymore" give dirty looks and repletely ask rudely what is your name. Decided that other family members can give me a ride to other stores in Santa Cruz, and the little walking that I do is not worth me crying or having panic attacks of going into this store or company. It is very sad, there are 2 managers who are really nice and I used to wait for them. But, haven't seen them lately and unfortunly, Safeway got rid of the good employees and kept the bad apples. Bad
Desired outcome: Close this store down and learn on how to check out customers with disabilities and take classes on empathy.
