My name is Judy Pearce. On 8/9/2023 at 10:33 AM store 363, I purchased a preordered cake for my husband's birthday. My son and I stood with a bakery staff member right in front of us. We were the only ones there. After about 5 minutes of her not turning around I did finally say"excuse me" and the member turned around and gave me and not to happy look. I explained I had ordered a cake. I was not pleased seeing the cake and the shape of the box. (see photos for the reasoning). In her defense she did apologize for the look of the box. To make matters worse, the checker was rude and dismissive when I told him it would be hard for me to pick up the box without making a mess. This is supposed to be a celebration... there won't be anyone saying what a great looking cake! Hope it tastes better than it looks! Please talk to your staff about this issue as this should have never happened. They should have at least replaced the box before the customer get there and decorated the cake like an adult instead of a child.

Your Deli has the best Italian subs I have ever had. I have bought them many times in Florence Oregon now the problem. Approx 50% of the time when I go in to buy one, they advise they do not have the proper bread to make the sandwich. I advised them they have a bakery 50 feet away and their response is we cannot co mingle assets from another department. I notified the manager locally on 15 Oct and he advised he would take care of it. mOn 17 Oct my wife went in to purchase 10 subs as we had a lot of company watching football, again no bread to make the subs. They have the bread in the bakery but cannot co mingle assets. If your going to sell the sub, please insure you have the ingredients to make the sandwich. Fixing this problem cannot be that difficult. Subway corp would be out of business if they could not provide the bread for their subs.
