first car i bought they wanted $1000 down then changed it to $1200 down. not many problems until after it was paid off. a 1993 pontiac gran prix that i overpaid $13, 000 after interest. then i traded it for a 2003 mercury sable that they charged me just about $19, 000 that has been nothing but problems after the first year a lemon that i am paying more than double what the car is worth. i got robbed 2 times by drive time, first car was ugly duckling co. then they told me to bring in repair bills for sable and they said they would defer 2 payments in writting and then changed their mind and was calling me and my neighbor being very rude. i wish i could sue drive time and i hope they get closed down soon. i will never buy another car from them and they dont put a full tank of gas in their cars like they said too.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
