We have ordered in person and via Uber eats 4 times with C=Popeyes. We are in AZ 85355, so we are equally distanced between two stores. One near LAFB at Glendale and Dysart Rd and the other at Estrella Parkway and McDowell Rd. As new customers we were won over by the Sweet Heat sauce and the Blackened Ranch. Again, via Uber eats we have a wide range of choices, but chose your company due to 1) the crispy chicken and 2) the sauce. We ordered this evening after welcoming our son home after a long absence and his craving your food. Over $70 of your food and the only sauce we rec'd was cocktail sauce. My husband called the store and they advised him that they were out of Sweet Heat and had rec'd the Blackened Ranch after our order had left for delivery. No phone call. Nothing, Just chicken tenders with no sauce. Ummmmm, thanks?
This has been our experience at the two stores closest to our home. What is your advice in what to do? We have even been in the drive thru at the Dysart and Glendale location where we are informed that they had none of the sauces ordered and we have canceled and driven to a farther store. I suppose it's pretty difficult to ascertain how much sauce a location will go through on a daily basis and order accordingly? Super frustrating and I have to admit, with so many other options available, should we just go to another chicken franchise?
I am happy to discuss and give you copies of my most recent receipt as a business owner I like to give someone the opportunity to make things right but this mama was disappointed that the evening, however casual, didn't go off as hoped.
