CubeSmart - Rat infestation

I have a rat infestation in my unit. My neighbor's unit was also infested as are many others. I moved out of my unit due to a mold issue and was upgraded to what I thought was a clean and better unit only to find out that the units in that area are all infested with rats. I contacted management and they tell you to file a claim. Telling me to file a claim to take care of the issue for damages due to rodents when they know damn well that the insurance offered through them does not cover rodents or damage due to rodents is misleading and has wasted my time and caused me to have to pay for another couple of months rent. My items have been eaten, [censored] on, urinated on, and I currently have a large dead rat in my unit. I have about $1500 in damages to my personal items and this location does absolutely nothing about the issue, nothing to solve, they could care less, offer no money off for damages and only intentionally guided me in the wrong direction to collect more money while i was trying to relocate my undamaged items and file a claim, then wait to hear back from the claim office. It's not only bad customer service, but it makes this whole chain look bad. I'm afraid of getting a disease or something going in there to clean up the rat, feces, and urinated on items and want help in dealing with this. Nothing in the unit I can keep. Even my $600 Christmas tree was shaking out a ton of rat feces and is unusable due to being [censored] and urinated on as it would potentially be a health hazard. We lost all of our Halloween and Christmas decor, clothing, and many more items. Please help.

I filed a claim for damages to items in storage at Cubesmart located at 909 S. Country Club Drive, Mesa, AZ 85210. Store #0274. Two Units: 167 and unit 168 due to full rat infestation. My name is Christi Haase. My phone number is [protected].

Desired outcome: Refund for month claim was made as everything, but the damaged items remain. No charge for this month due or next month as I want help in immediately disposing of the ($1500) items, the rat/rats, and the rat feces.
