I am having a major problem with the storage unit at Mariposa Storage, Nogales, AZ 85621. I am not able to get them on the phone or have them respond to my e-mails. I have been a customer here for quite a few years and the service has always been a problem. The latest incident was on Thursday, Feb. 20th. Someone went in to pick up my mail (by notification) and the service desk was not helpful at all. The manager was not in that day and apparently unavailable to help.
